Nina Garcia is Out at Elle
Nina Garcia has left Elle, but neither she, editor in chief Robbie Myers, or even the spokeswoman for Elle could be reached for comment. Nina has been writing a monthly fashion column for Elle since she returned from maternity leave last Spring. Nina showed up for work on Friday at Elle, but was gone by the afternoon. Rumors that Nina would be leaving Elle have been circulating since Joe Zee joined Elle as creative director at the start of 2007.
There’s no word if Nina’s position on Project Runway will be affected by her departure at Elle.
