Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr (aka Nikki Sixx) (49), and 26-year-old girlfriend Katherine Von Drachenberg (aka "L.A. Ink" star Kat Von D), attended Heatherette for MAC in Los Angeles last night. Kat is not pregnant. It looks like Nikki is holding her fly closed. These two are really a perfect match. They look just like sisters.

We’re not attorneys and certainly can’t claim to be experts in legal matters, but this $20 million lawsuit Motley Crue has filed against one of their managers strikes us as misdirected frustration.

Instead of taking their anger out on Tommy Lee for being a bonehead and doing a couple of stupid reality shows at the expense of the band’s tour, they’ve sued their shared manager for lining up the gigs and "pushing" Lee into those projects.

That’s kind of like suing Pamela Anderson for ruining Tommy’s reputation by being really hot and enticing him into having sex on the boat, in front of a camera.

What made Motley Crue think they could count on him to put the band first?

Where have you guys been? Don’t you watch TV? It isn’t 1985 anymore.

At this point, everyone expects Tommy Lee’s extracurricular activities to be recorded.

It’s what he does.

Former ‘Baywatch‘ beauty Donna D’Errico has filed for divorce from Motley
Crue bassist Nikki Sixx after 9 years of marriage.

D’Errico is claiming irreconcilable differences and is seeking physical custody
of their 5 year-old daughter Frankie-Jean and her 13 year-old son Rhyan from a
previous relationship. D’Errico is requesting that the court give joint legal
custody with child visitation to Sixx, and that spousal support and attorney
fees be paid by Sixx as well.

Sounds very amicable, especially compared to Denise Richards. Looks like Donna and Nikki are thinking about the best interest of the children. Way to go Donna, and Nikki.
