Nick Hogan Cops a Plea

Nick Hogan will enter a plea of guilty in court tomorrow, while accepting a felony criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. This will be an "open plea" since no deal has been made with prosecutors. The judge in the case could sentence Nick to a maximum if five years in prison.
Nick’s reckless driving left former Iraq veteran John Graziano with severe brain damage.
Hopefully the judge will do the right thing, and lock Nick up for at least several years.
Hogan Family Gets Sued

The family John Graziano injured in Nick Hogan’s August 2007 street racing crash, has filed suit against Hulk, Linda and Nick Hogan alleging they were negligent and are directly liable for the crash that seriously injured the former Marine.
According to court papers filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. Circuit Court by Graziano’s court-appointed guardian Peter Musante, Hulk and Linda (whose real names are Terry and Linda Bollea) should be held legally responsible for their son’s accident.
In the suit, Musante alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing another man in a Dodge Viper, a car also owned by Hulk. The suit claims the Bolleas were aware of Nick’s need for speed and knew that he had souped-up his vehicle for the purpose of racing.
In the suit, Musante also says Hulk purchased alcohol the day of the accident, August 26, and that Hulk "knew or should have known" Nick was driving under the influence of the crash and he failed to take appropriate action.
The lawsuit also names Daniel Jacobs, who was driving the Viper that night, as a co-defendant. He pleaded no contest to reckless driving last month.
If the Hogan family were smart they’d settle right now, but Linda has all their assets tied up in divorce court, which won’t prevent Graziano’s family from getting a judgment.
Hulk Hogan Says Linda can Support Herself

Hulk Hogan is contesting Linda’s divorce filing which requested alimony, half of Hulk’s assets, and custody of Nick Hogan who is in legal trouble. Hulk says Nick is 17 years-old so he is old enough to decide who he wants to live with. Hulk also says Linda is capable of supporting herself financially. Our most recent poll showed 75% of HG readers did not think Linda should get half of Hulk’s assets. Do you still feel that way?

Nick Hogan Was going 100 MPH When He Crashed

Damning new reports say Nick Hogan (aka Nick Bollea) was speeding at 100 MPH when he crashed his car, and permanently disabled his friend John Graziano in an accident. witnesses also said two cars were racing, and Nick was driving one of them. The speed limit on the street of the crash was 40 MPH. An Albertson’s clerk and receipt show Hulk Hogan was accompanied by his son Nick when he bought beer for him and his friends, who were later confirmed to be drinking it when they tried to enter a bar and were denied because everyone was under 21, and all had beer in the hand, except Nick who had a cup. At the hospital, Nick told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn’t know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was "mumbled and soft" and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report. No one reported seeing Nick drinking alcohol, although it was found in his system after the crash. The Hogans deny all the evidence and claims made against Nick.Click here to read more of the damning report.
Nick is screwed.
Linda Hogan Wants Half of the Hulk’s Assets Plus Alimony

Linda Hogan was exposed in a video recently that showed her street racing with her daughter right after her son was arrested for street racing. Now Linda filed for divorce from Hulk Hogan, and she wants half of everything. Yahoo reports:
Hulk Hogan’s wife said in a divorce petition that she wants a share of the family’s two multimillion-dollar Florida properties plus alimony and child support for their 17-year-old son.
Linda Bollea filed for divorce from Hogan — whose real name is Terry Bollea — last week after 24 years of marriage. The petition says the marriage is "irretrievably broken."
The marital assets that need to be equitably divided include the nearly 17,000-square-foot mansion in Belleair where the family lives and a 3,474-square-foot home on Clearwater Beach.
Pinellas County records place the market value of the Belleair mansion at more than $7.2 million and the Clearwater house at more than $2.2 million. The Bolleas also have a condominium under construction in Las Vegas.
Linda Bollea also seeks an unspecified amount for alimony and child support for their 17-year-old son, Nick, who was arrested this month in connection with a traffic crash that left a passenger with severe brain injuries.
Maybe this is why Hulk had put up one of his homes for sale earlier this year.
