National Enquirer Sued Over Kennedy Love Child Story

A Massachusetts woman is suing the National Enquirer over a story claiming that she gave birth to Senator Edward Kennedy’s "love child" in 1984, and participated in a 20-year cover-up of the purported scandal. Caroline Bilodeau-Allen charges that "virtually every critical fact" in two 2006 stories is "false and defamatory," according to a lawsuit filed yesterday in U.S. District Court in Boston. She denies Enquirer claims that her son Christopher was fathered by the Democratic senator, and that the politician paid her at least $15,000 in hush money. Christopher, now 22, is also a plaintiff in the complaint, which names the tabloid’s corporate parent, American Media, and two reporters as defendants. The woman is asking for $75,000, which doesn’t seem like much. You can see the Kennedy story here and here.

Dog Duane Chapman Racist Phone Call – Audio

The National Enquirer got a hold of two taped phone calls between Duane Chapman, aka Dog, and his son. Dog is concerned that his son is dating a black woman named Monique Shinnery. For nearly eight minutes Dog threatens to fire his son Tucker from the family bail bond business if he does not breakup with that “black girl,” Dog did also say on the tape "it’s not because she’s black." What it sounded like Dog was saying is that he doesn’t want a black girl around, because if she heard them say "nigger," which he said they use that word sometimes, the black girl would take it wrong and tell the Enquirer, and the rest of the world would misunderstand how the family used the word, and their careers would be over. Guess what? He may be right. Dog doesn’t sound racist. It sounds like he uses the word "nigger" the same way blacks do, except without the derogatory meaning. After hearing about the tape, A&E issued the following statement:

"A&E has just learned of the story released by the National Enquirer concerning Duane Dog Chapman. We take this matter very seriously. Pending an investigation, we have suspended production on the series. When the inquiry is concluded we will take appropriate action."

A&E Suspended Production on Dog the Bounty Hunter, which means Dog might be fired, or at least indefinitely suspended.

Dog asked to have dialog with Rear End Al Sharpton regarding the tapes, and good old Al issued this response:

Reverend Al Sharpton’s National Action Network and the organization’s Decency Initiative are unequivocally against the use of the "N" word in any context. While people have the freedom to express themselves in any matter in private, when those private conversations become public, it becomes our responsibility to state, as we always have, that we condemn the use of this word as racist and derogatory. Dog the Bounty Hunter has reached out to Reverend Sharpton who is traveling to promote his March on the U.S. Justice Department on November 16th against Hate Crimes and Racial Attacks and therefore Rev. Sharpton has not had a chance to hear the audio of the remarks. However, until he does hear the audio, National Action Network maintains that is against the use of the "N" word.

Dog is now referring all phone calls to his Pastor Tim. Pastor Tim Storey, an African-American, said he spoke with Dog, who cried for 30 minutes, saying:

"I’m shocked, I’m wrong I repent. Can you believe, Tim, that I’m going to be put in the same category as Imus."

Pastor Storey, who performed Dog and Beth’s wedding ceremony, went on to say:

"I was shocked, because I don’t know that to be Duane." He went on, "I felt that he had to be accountable to what he said. When I asked him what took place, why he said it, he said that he was angry with his son about many things. The subject of his son’s girlfriend came up, and in his anger he then attacked that relationship and then therefore challenged the girl by saying she wasn’t good enough. What shocked me was that he used the N word. I know he’s not a racist. He’s been to black churches with me to help inner-city kids. I talked to Dog three times today and he apologized, saying he wasn’t angry at the girl, it was anger toward his son."

It’s not that the girl is black, it’s just that she’s not good enough to be with a Dog’s son, and because the word "nigger" has a different meaning for her than it does for Dog’s family. It appears Tucker recorded conversations with his father, and turned those tapes over to the National Enquirer, which is the ultimate betrayal. With holidays just around the corner, Tucker is going to be awfully lonely.

Riley has a criminal history that includes misrepresentation, fraud, and forgery to get more Xanax, all of which he plead guilty to, and he’s been arrested for DUI twice. Riley and Lindsay’s daddy have a lot in common. Below are the side-by-side mugshots of Riley and Lindsay. They make such a cute couple. Riley’s former fiance Breanna still wants this loser despite being dumped for Lindsay. I have no idea why, but I suspect she was kicked in the head by a mule when she was a child. "Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancÃ© and wrecked my life!"

In an explosive NATIONAL ENQUIRER interview, a bitter Breanna Tierney lashed out at the Mean Girls star â€” who’s fresh out of rehab and embroiled in a new man-stealing scandal.

Lindsay is proclaiming her love for fellow addict Riley Van Giles â€” a 24-year-old snowboarding ace, who broke his engagement with Breanna after meeting Lindsay in recovery.

The 21-year-old star â€” who checked into the Cirque Lodge facility in late July after being arrested for DUI and cocaine possession â€” began a steamy affair with fellow patient Riley, charges Breanna.

"Riley went into rehab to get his life together and in the process meets Lindsay and ruins my life," she told The ENQUIRER.

"I loved Riley and Lindsay stole him. I met her at a meeting while they were still patients at Cirque, and I just knew something was up.

"She came into the meeting with Riley, and she comes over and sits next to me, being overly nice. She was complimenting me on my hair and trying to be my friend. It didn’t seem sincere at all.

"A few days later, I get a text message from Riley telling me he wanted to ’take a break.’ I knew instantly it was because of Lindsay."

The distraught 22-year-old â€” who supported Riley through numerous busts and his struggle with drug addiction â€” says he got on one knee and proposed to her almost three years ago.

"I’ve stuck by Riley through the good and the bad," Breanna told The ENQUIRER. "We lived together for three years and planned on being together forever.

"But when he finally confessed to me that he had sex with Lindsay in one of the stairwells at Cirque â€” that was it, we were done."

Breanna fumed, "Lindsay has no morals and needs some serious help â€” besides drug rehab â€” for all her other problems."

Besides his drinking and drugging, Breanna had overlooked other signs that her "Mr. Right" was "Mr. Wrong."

She was stunned to discover Riley had given her a fake diamond engagement ring.

"I went to get it repaired because some of the diamonds fell out," she recalled. "I wanted to scream when the jeweler told me the stones were cheap cubic zirconias."

David Hasselhoff Drunk and Hospitalized

The National Enquirer reports that David Hasselhoff has been hospitalized after having a drunken relapse. The Hoff’s rep. Judy Katz issued this statement:

"David had a brief relapse and immediately recognized the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors. He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning".

The children have been in ex-wife Pamela Bach’s care for the last six weeks while The Hoff has been out of the country in Romania shooting "Anaconda 3." Mediation is scheduled for Thursday, and this incident may affect custody of the children. The kids might be better off with Richard Simmons adopting them. At least he’d keep them from getting fat, and having low self esteem. Of course then they’d have to start answering questions about why they have two dads.

Vanessa Hudgens Naked Picture is Real

Vanessa Hudgens is 18 years-old and she can do what she wants, unless Disney has other ideas. TMZ confirmed the nude picture HG posted earlier today is indeed 100% REAL. Here’s more:

A naked photo of "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens has been making the rounds on the Internet and TMZ can confirm that it’s real.

In a statement to TMZ, Hudgens’ rep says, "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public." The National Enquirer was the first to report of the photo’s existence, and it has since surfaced on various blogs across the net.

Hudgens, 18, is dating her "HSM" co-star, Zac Efron.

When female stars begin to age some of them debate whether to take their careers to a new level by allowing for a movie scene that includes nudity. Vanessa jumped the gun. However, she does have a whole other side we haven’t seen yet, so stay tuned…

Last week the National Enquirer reported that naked pictures of "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens (18) somehow ended up in the wrong hands and were for sale to the highest bidder. Wire reports say:

The Enquirer has learned that a third party has obtained the sexy pictures that were meant just for Vanessa and Zac.

Here’s what the weekly magazine reports in this week’s blockbuster story: "Shooting into a mirror with her camera phone, she took photos of herself stripped except for a gold chain around her waist. She also photographed herself in the tub, blowing kisses – and sensuously pulling down her bikini bottom."

This picture doesn’t fit the National Enquirer’s description, but it does look like her compared to her bikini pics. A guy on one message board said this is definitely her, and another guy said it was totally fake. Whenever someone online says something it’s true right? So I guess their both right. Disney isn’t going to be happy.

Toni Braxton Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

Back in 2002 Toni Braxton was diagnosed with a heart condition called pericarditis after she passed out backstage at Broadway musical Aida. Now the National Enquirer is reporting that Toni is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment for breast cancer she was diagnosed with only two months ago. Doctors say they caught the cancer early so her prognosis is very good. she has two children. Despite the difficulties of chemo, Toni is continuing her Toni Braxton: Revealed show at the Flamingo hotel and casino.

If doctors can save Toni’s breasts, which are a national treasure, they should be awarded a medal, or the nobel peace prize. The world is a better place with Toni’s breasts bouncing around in it. Our prayers go out to Toni and her family.

Owen Wilson Attempts Suicide

The National Enquirer claims that Owen Wilson (38) attempted suicide by cutting his wrist, and overdosing on drugs. He was taken to St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica, California on Sunday afternoon. Entertainment Tonight reported that Wilson later was transferred to Cedars-Sinai to undergo detoxification. Entertainment Tonight also reported that Wilson’s brother, Luke Wilson , was seen leaving Cedars-Sinai Sunday night with brother Andrew. The brothers reportedly drove off with an unidentified woman. Andrew is said to have found Owen at his Santa Monica home and called 911.

Owen released a statement neither confirming nor denying anything. He said he would like his privacy while he receives treatment.

Kate Hudson must be really good at getting guys to fall in love with her. Owen is obviously suffering from a broken heart. One of these days science will finish their work on robot women that love men unconditionally, and are programmed to please them in ways that a flesh and blood woman wouldn’t understand. For now though, Owen can turn to online dating services, and porn.

Brigitte Nielsen Checks Into Rehab

Brigitte Nielsen has checked into rehab (the spa) after new hubby Mattia Dessi begged her to get help for alcoholism, according to the National Enquirer. Nielsen reluctantly checked into the Cri-Help facility on July 9.

Insiders tell the publication Nielsen has been fighting a serious alcohol problem for years. A source says, "It took an ultimatum from her family to get through to Brigitte – either she gets help or she loses her loved ones’ support."

If rehab is going to work for anyone there need to be at least two changes. First, when you check in you give up your rights. You can’t leave, you must participate, and if you are found doing any drugs you are beaten with a rubber hose till you pass out. Second, if you have a relapse within 90 days after you are released you get 100% of your money refunded. If you check the background of the people who startup rehab businesses you’ll find they were previous owners of children’s daycares, zoo keepers, and circus owners.

Is Joel Madden the father of Nicole Richie’s Baby?

A report is set to reveal that Joel Madden may not be the father of Nicole Richie’s unborn child. The National Enquirer will claim that there were four men in Nicole’s life before she found out that she was pregnant.

Their report says that Nicole will not know for sure who fathered her child until the potential baby-daddies undergo paternity tests. A source tells the Enquirer: "Nicole recently underwent a series of tests, including blood and urine screenings, which confirmed she is pregnant."

Let’s not rule out the possibility that Paris Hilton, Rosie O’Donnell, or one of her sex toys could be the father?
