amy winehouse arrest Amy Winehouse Faces Arrest

Amy Winehouse may be arrested, British police confirmed, after they finish their investigation into two assaults allegedly committed by Amy on April 23. Reports say:

"Police are investigating an alleged assault on Chalk Farm Road at approximately 3:20 am on April 23," says a Metropolitan Police spokesman. "A 38-year-old man contacted Kentish Town police station and alleged a 24-year-old woman had assaulted him. No arrests have been made as yet but inquiries continue."

Amy assaulted two unsuspecting people that night in a drunken rage:

Musician Mustapha el Mounmi claims Ames hit him because he refused to give way to her at a pool table. UK media reports Mustapha has a bruised eye and swollen lip. Mustapha says, “I feel so angry. She smashed my face hard. I could not hit back — she’s a woman.”

Wino HEADBUTTED a Good Samaritan who helped her hail a cab. Police have reportedly began a probe and sources said Amy will be arrested. If convicted of assault, she could face up to six months’ jail and a $4,000 fine.

Amy makes no secret that she’s back to using drugs:

An eyewitness reports that Amy was "off her face, throwing drinks around and turning over tables" at London’s Bar Tok. The witness also reveals that Ames (Amy) screamed, "I am a legend, get these people out. I want to take drugs’.”

Amy was also witnessed to have been kissing a random guy too, and it wasn’t her Blake incarcerated. Amy is out of control again, thanks to drugs and alcohol. She’s already refused to complete rehab, and altough her record label threatened not to release her new album, the money might be too much to resist, which means she’ll have more money to kill herself with. Amy is a threat to both herself and others. Maybe once she’s arrested the court will allow her father to have to committed involuntarily to rehab, and get psychiatric help to stay off drugs.

We’re hoping against all odds that Amy gets help before she dies, but it doesn’t seem likely. Even if Amy goes to jail, her husband, and Pete Doherty, have proven it’s still possible to get and stay addicted to drugs while in jail. Rehab is her only hope.

The video below shows some of Amy’s night, that night.
