shia labeouf mugshot 2 Shia LaBeouf Arrested for DUI and Hospitalized

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for DUI around 2:30 am this morning in Los Angeles. Shia made an illegal left turn with his Ford F-150 pickup in front of an oncoming car, and the two car collided, causing Shia’s pickup to roll. Officers who responded said Shia showed obvious signs of being drunk.

The woman in Shia’s car, and the woman driver of the other car, were both treated at the hospital and released with bumps and bruises. Shia hurt his left hand so badly he had to be taken to surgery this morning, so he remains at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Since Shia was the only person seriously hurt police decided to charge his with only a misdemeanor DUI rather than a felony DUI.

So far drinking has caused Shia to make an embarrassing video where his friend punched him in the face at his request, and to get arrested at a Walgreens in chicago. The mug shot above is from the Walgreens arrest. Shia was also fined for smoking in a no smoking area by police. It looks like he needs some help kicking his legal addictions before he gets into much more serious trouble.

Nick Hogan Arrested – Finally

nick hogan mug shot Nick Hogan Arrested Finally

Clearwater, Fla. Police have arrested Nick Hogan, (aka Nick Bollea) for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. John has severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

Cops have concluded Nick Hogan was drinking the night he crashed his Supra, severely injuring his best friend.

Clearwater PD today released details of their investigation into the August 26 crash. In addition to being arrested for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, cops also cited Hogan for use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, a person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and having an Illegal window tint.

Police also concluded that although Hogan and a second car were racing right before the crash, the driver of the second car was not a direct cause of the accident. That driver has also been ticketed for reckless driving.

Hogan was going 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he lost control and hit a tree.

Nick’s rep, Adam Handelsman, EVP of 5WPR, issued the following statement to TMZ:

"Nick and the entire Hogan Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena a court of law. The family’s primary focus and concern still remains for the continued recovery of Nick’s longtime friend John Graziano. The Bolleas will also continue to stand by the Graziano family and help them in any way they can. The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt. There has been much speculation as to the speed and wet road conditions surrounding this accident. Although all the evidence has not been evaluated, preliminary reports from the experts indicate that this was not, in fact, a high-speed accident. Because Nick is still a juvenile and has no prior criminal record, we are disappointed that he is being charged as an adult offender. However, we are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident. We ask all who follow these events to keep an open mind as to the facts until they have been ultimately determined. Finally, we thank all who have prayed for John’s recovery and ask for your continued support and prayers."

In April, Nick was ticketed for speeding 107 mph in Osceola County. And two weeks before the Clearwater crash, Nick was pulled over in Pinellas Park. Officers scolded him for driving 82 in a 45-mph zone.

With all of Nick’s past reckless driving and speeding violations on record, plus his own boasting of being stopped for speeding (over 100 MPH) three times in one night, he might consider a plea deal, because if this goes to trial he is screwed. Nick Hogan’s mugshot does not convey someone who has any remorse for turning his military veteran friend into a vegetable.

Seatbelt? Take another look at the wreckage. Seatbelts are a great safety device, but they would not have prevented all ...

T-Pain was arrested in Tallahassee for outstanding warrants related to a non-moving traffic violation, and driving with a suspended license. Doesn’t sound so bad, but a man needs to take care of his business.

brits fug shot Britney Spears Mugshot

The cops said they won’t be releasing the Britney Spears mug shot as I told you the other day, but we’ll always have this one. Something missing. What is it? Hmmm, bag of Cheetos? No that’s not it. Drool bucket hanging off her chin? No that’s not it. Her dog, where the f**k is her dog? That must be her dog’s new name, because that how she refers to it when she doesn’t know where it is.
