Mischa Barton was busted last week for DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of pills (controlled substance), driving without a valid license, and for just being plain stupid. Rather than check into rehab, Mischa is working to rehab her image with the help of her dogs. Doesn’t she just look so sad. NOT! If she act this good in real life, then why isn’t she doing some big movies. The side effect of smoking pot is doing a lot of sitting around doing nothing.

Mischa Barton will be hosting that Cathouse party in Las Vegas on New Years Eve. She has decided to hide from the press for a while. A source said:

"Mischa can’t give interviews on the red carpet or deal with the press right now, so they told her she can’t do the event."

First promoters said would host, but Mischa changed her mind just like Lindsay Lohan. On Friday a police source said that Mischa blew a .12 on her Breathalyzer, .08 is legally drunk, she admitted to smoking pot earlier on the day of her arrest, and she was found with prescription pills in her possession she said were not hers.

Don’t hide Mischa get help, in rehab.

A West Hollywood police source says Mischa Barton (21) blew a .12 on her Breathalyzer test at the time of her arrest, admitted to smoking marijuana that day, and cops found both marijuana and prescription drugs in her possession. Mischa claims the pills were not hers. Did they have her name on the bottle? If they did, then what was she doing with them? Anyone believe she wasn’t taking the pills too?

Mischa needs to go to rehab. If not, she’s going to have bigger problems down the road. Maybe she’ll get pregnant to stay out of jail.

Despite Mischa Barton (21) being arrested for DUI, which included alcohol and possession of marijuana, she will still open a club in Las Vegas as planned. The club says:

"We are aware of Mischa Barton’s incident last night," a club rep tells OK!. "But at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse Grand Opening at Luxor Las Vegas on Dec. 29."

Barton is also the face for Keds shoes. Still no word if Keds wants a drunk driver hawking their shoes. Maybe Hollywood will come up with an award for drunk driver of the year. Bad behavior always seems to be rewarded.

Mischa Barton (21) has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics, and driving on a suspended license. According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriffs Department, Mischa was pulled over early this morning at 2:46 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, California. Cops say she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

The arrest report misspelled her last name "Burton," rather than the correct spelling Barton. Mischa looks so high in her mug shot.
