michael vick guilty Michael Vick Suspended Indefinitely

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell notified Michael Vick today that he is indefinitely suspended without pay from the National Football League, effective immediately. Goodell said:

Your admitted conduct was not only illegal, but also cruel and reprehensible. Your team, the NFL, and NFL fans have all been hurt by your actions.

Your plea agreement and the plea agreements of your co-defendants also demonstrate your significant involvement in illegal gambling. Even if you personally did not place bets, as you contend, your actions in funding the betting and your association with illegal gambling both violate the terms of your NFL Player Contract and expose you to corrupting influences in derogation of one of the most fundamental responsibilities of an NFL player. You have engaged in conduct detrimental to the welfare of the NFL and have violated the league’s Personal Conduct Policy…

The Atlanta Falcons Owner Arthur Blank said:

…His admissions describe actions that are incomprehensible and unacceptable for a member of the National Football League and the Atlanta Falcons.

We respect and support the Commissioner’s decision today to place Michael Vick on an indefinite suspension…

What Vick, and his supporters don’t realize, is that the dogs he killed to most Americans were Snoopy, Goofy, Lassie, and even Shaggy’s best friend Scooby Doo. He’s lucky Shaggy hasn’t stabbed him to death with a Scooby snack, yet.

Jamie Foxx Defends Michael Vick

jamie foxx Jamie Foxx Defends Michael Vick

Jamie Foxx has made it clear he’s racist against white folks, and loves today’s black culture that has led to 93% of all blacks in 2005 being murdered by other blacks here in the U.S. In the old B.S. line so prevalent in today’s black leaders and role models, Foxx voiced his support for Michael Vick. Here’s more from Access Hollywood:

"It’s a cultural thing, I think," Jamie said. "Most brothers didn’t know that, you know. I used to see dogs fighting in the neighborhood all the time. I didn’t know that was Fed time. So, Mike probably just didn’t read his handbook on what not to do as a black star." While he has a way of lightening even the most sensitive of subjects, Jamie is sincere in his belief that the quarterback is not being given a fair shake.

"I know that cruelty to animals is bad, but sometimes people shoot people and kill people and don’t get time," Jamie continued. "I think in this situation, he really didn’t know the extent of it, so I always give him the benefit of the doubt."

Foxx is right. Vick is just an innocent victim. His whole dog fighting ring was out in the open, and registered with the national dog fighting association that is endorsed by the NFL, and the gambling commission in Washington D.C. Too bad dog fighting is illegal, and I made all that up. I’m not sure what Fox is getting at when he talks about people killing people and not getting time. I think he means some people should be able to kill people and not have to worry about getting hassled because they had a good reason. Foxx probably has a list of people he wants to kill, but he’s still waiting on his license to kill to come in the mail.

For those blacks that want to make everything into racism…the Department of Justice on 8-9-2007 released a report that said:

Black Americans accounted for 13 percent of the U.S. population in 2005…but were the victims of…49 percent of all homicides. Among single victim-single offender homicides, about 93 percent of black victims were murdered by black offenders.

Michael Vick Pleads Guilty to Killing Dogs

Michael Vick plead guilty to the felony charges related to running an illegal dog ring. He will file his plea officially on Monday. Here’s more from The Smoking Gun:

As part of a plea deal, the Atlanta Falcons quarterback admitted that his Bad Newz Kennels operation wagered money–which he provided–in pit bull fights. However, "Vick did not gamble by placing side bets on any of the fights," according to a "summary of the facts" that was filed today in court. That document, a copy of which you’ll find below, also notes that Vick "was aware" that three of his cohorts killed several dogs that performed poorly in test fighting sessions in mid-2002. The summary reports that "Vick did not kill any dogs at this time." Earlier this year, Vick, and two cronies "agreed to the killing of approximately 6-8 dogs" that fared poorly in testing sessions at his Smithfield, Virginia property. Some of the animals were drowned or hanged, and Vick "stipulated" that the animals died via the "collected efforts" of himself, and codefendants Quanis Phillips and Purnell Peace. Both Phillips and Peace previously pleaded guilty to federal charges and stated that Vick participated in the execution of eight dogs last April. Vick faces a maximum of five years in prison for his conspiracy conviction.

Those puppies pictured below look so innocent and cute. To the trained eye of Michael Vick, those dogs are under performing mutts that need to be put to death in a manner that honors the sport of dog fighting, which includes choking, burning, beating to death, smashing their brains into the concrete, and other humane means of execution. I’m sure Vick would have given the dogs away to people who could give them a good home, but the Nazi SS were eliminated when WWII ended. When you’ve created killing machine dogs, the only thing left to do with them is to destroy them. Shouldn’t that rule apply to someone who creates killing machine dogs?

Many blacks are coming forward to defend Vick as a strong black man, and good role model for today’s black youth. Some even compare dog fighting to hunting. Dog fighting is more like shooting fish in a barrel, where they don’t even have a chance to fight back or escape. Perhaps this twisted perception helps to explain why 93% of all blacks killed in the United States in 2005 were killed by other blacks.

Black Americans accounted for 13 percent of the U.S. population in 2005…but were the victims of…49 percent of all homicides. Among single victim-single offender homicides, about 93 percent of black victims were murdered by black offenders.

michael vick jail Michael Vick Guilty and Going to Jail

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick accepted a plea deal and prison sentence yesterday after pleading guilty to illegal dogfighting. The offense is punishable by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Michael Vick’s attorney announced in a statement yesterday:

"After consulting with his family over the weekend, Michael Vick asked that I announce today that he has reached an agreement with federal prosecutors regarding the charges pending against him. Mr. Vick has agreed to enter a plea of guilty to those charges and to accept full responsibility for his actions and the mistakes he has made. Michael wishes to apologize again to everyone who has been hurt by this matter."

Three of Vick’s original co-defendants have already pleaded guilty and agreed to testify against him if the case goes to trial, saying Vick also participated in executing at least eight under-performing dogs by various means, including drowning and hanging. I used to be a Vick fan due to his quarterback skills, but he’s turned out to be just another murderer of defenseless animals.

The Department of Justice on 8-9-2007 released a report that said:

Black Americans accounted for 13 percent of the U.S. population in 2005…but were the victims of…49 percent of all homicides. Among single victim-single offender homicides, about 93 percent of black victims were murdered by black offenders.

In 2005 93% of blacks killed were killed by other blacks, and those murders alone made up 49% of all the murders committed in the United States. Those statistics did not list other races killed by blacks, or animals. Sadly, even though Vick is the equivalent of an animal serial killer, he’ll probably spend a year in jail and be back playing football. This is celebrity justice.

Initially Vick had said he didn’t know anything about any dog fighting or murdered dogs, but after three other guys said they would testify against him, suddenly he admitted his guilt. The government grand jury was preparing additional charges that could have put him behind bars for 20 years, and cost him three times the money earned by the dog fighting ring using a law used to bring down mobsters. Below is one of Vick’s victims.

michael vick sued Michael Vick is Sued by a Crazy Man

A South Carolina inmate has filed a $63,000,000,000 billion dollar lawsuit against Michael Vick, alleging that Vick stole his pit bulls and sold them on eBay to buy "missiles from Iran." Here’s more:

Jonathan Lee Riches filed the handwritten complaint over "theft and abuse of my animals" on July 23 in the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va.

Riches alleges that Vick stole two white mixed pit bull dogs from his home in Holiday, Fla., and used them for dogfighting operations in Richmond, Va. The complaint goes on to allege that Vick sold the dogs on eBay and “used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government.”

The complaint also alleges that Vick would need those missiles because he pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda in February of this year.

“Michael Vick has to stop physically hurting my feelings and dashing my hopes,” Riches writes in the complaint.

Riches wants $63 billion dollars “backed by gold and silver “ delivered to the front gates to the Williamsburg Federal Correctional facility in South Carolina. Riches is an inmate at the facility serving out a wire fraud conviction.

Yes, that was $63 BILLION dollars. Even the mentally ill can file a lawsuit if they’ve got a pen and the right form to fill out. The guy seems to have a man crush on Vick. I’m sure if these two sat down over a candle lit dinner, and Vick whispered softly in the guy’s ear, his feelings would heal, he’d have hope again, and this lawsuit would disappear. He’s just desperate for some love, and who better to give it to him than the man who had a rape stand for his dogs.
