Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan Battle in Court

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has admitted to OK! magazine that, while married, but at the time separated, to now-ex-wife Dina Lohan, he had a relationship with another woman which resulted in a pregnancy.

Michael says, "Years later the woman contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child."

In fact, OK! has seen letters Michael wrote to the girl’s mother where he says that his secret daughter "is beginning to look a lot like Linds, with a mix of [younger brother] Cody, believe it or not." He also sent his daughter a photograph of himself while he was still in Collins Correctional Facility which he signed "Love Daddy."

Michael’s secret daughter has had many conversations with her dad, the girl’s mother says. He even called her for her 13th birthday on June 12, but he has never visited her or provided financial support. The mother adds:

"It’s time for Michael to take responsibility."

Looks like the girl’s momma will be taking Michael to court for child support.

The mother’s name is Kristi Kaufmann.

Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan Battle in Court

Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan Battle in Court

Michale Lohan is taking Dina Lohan back to court because she won’t let him see their minor children as the court had previously ordered. Michael also made some other well-known allegations:

Dina Lohan had better show up in Family Court this morning in Old Westbury; she faces "immediate arrest and imprisonment" if she doesn’t.

Ex-hubbie Michael is reopening the couple’s divorce because the E! reality star won’t let him see their younger children, Cody, 11, and Aliana, 14, whose career Dina is trying to launch on the show "Living Lohan." Michael also charges that Dina is preventing him from seeing their older kids, Michael Jr. and Lindsay.

In scathing court documents, Michael charges his ex-wife with drunkenness in the presence of the kids. He claims that Dina failed 15 of 29 times to bring the younger children to judge-ordered visits with him, supervised by a therapist. But on April 8, the father charges, Dina "arrived toward the end of the therapy session in a completely inebriated and erratic state."

Dina had been "at the beauty parlor in anticipation of her impending trip to Las Vegas" for the show, Michael says in the heartbreaking papers, "and I attended the session with the children as scheduled. During the session, Ali requested that I watch her puppy while she was away, which I happily agreed to do. Ali called [Dina] to eagerly relay my consent. [Dina], clearly intoxicated, became irate. Without reason, she told Ali that I could not watch the puppy and that it had to stay in a kennel."

On April 15, Dina was "exhausted" as she sat in the waiting room with the children, Michael claims in the documents. "I later discovered that [her] exhaustion stemmed from the fact that she was hung over. She apparently had spent the prior evening binge-drinking at various nightclubs until the wee hours of the morning. … She was spotted completely inebriated."

As Lindsay makes for more tabloid fodder with her relationship with Samantha Ronson, Michael accuses Dina of using the singer/actress – and now, Ali – for her own fame and fortune. "When it comes to our daughters, [Dina] has always viewed herself as a manager first, friend second, and mother third. Our younger daughter, Ali … has been cast in a movie and is recording an album. Dina, quite simply, views Ali as a bankable commodity.

"Dina is a wanna-be living off Lindsay’s fame," says Michael, who has reformed his life after a prison term for attempted assault. Now working as a counselor, he adds, "I gave her everything so I could see my kids."

After hearing all the allegations about Dina in a hearing today, Judge Stacey Bennett said in open court:

"I’m encouraged to hear that the parties and counsel are working at ways to repair the relationship between the children and the father."

Talk about being out of touch with reality. Forget what’s good for the kids, just do what’s best for the wanna-be-famous mom.

The issues that remain to be worked out are related to Michael’s time with his minor children, Ali (14) and Cody (11).

Both Michael and Dina agreed on one thing, that they won’t speak to reporters about the case any longer. That is, until Michael does his next blog entry for OK! magazine, or Dina shoots another episode for her reality TV show.

Michael Lohan Confirms Lindsay Lesbian Affair

Lindsay Lohan Kissing Samantha Ronson

Michael Lohan was asked about the lesbian relationship between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, and he said it "is evident to anyone with half a brain."

Michael went on to say:

"Just like the Marilyn Monroe spread, Linds is my daughter and there are just some things a father doesn’t want to see or hear, regardless of whether they are true or false. My daughter is a big girl, and she can make her own life choices. Then it is between her and God."

Both Michael and Dina have voiced discomfort over Lindsay’s lesbian relationship with Samantha, but they had no problem when she had a line of guys waiting for their turn with her.

Michael is always talking to the media about his family. He’s even blogging now for OK! magazine about Living Lohan. In his first blog Michael wrote:

EPISODE 1: "Mommy Will Fix It", MAY 26, 2008

Soooooo, you want a comment on the first episode of Living Lohan?

Well, let’s see… If I were to look at things from a wordly perspective, I would probably have a lot to say about exploitation, hypocrisy and even deception — and maybe at a later date, I might just do so.

For now, let’s just say I’m still trying to figure out if this show is about managing Ali’s career and being a "real" mother, or reading tabloids.

I’ve had a sneak peek at some future episodes and I will say that some of the people Dina surrounds the kids with still concerns me — again, I can address that when they appear on the show. I just hope Dina takes the high road — like a Lohan would — and rights these wrongs.

If this show is about the being a mother and a manager, the most important thing is to set a good example by instilling positive values, and doing what’s right for the kid’s sake. Not for our own!

I wish Ali, Cody and Dina the best on the show and pray that they get what they want out of it.

-Michael

Dina is obsessed about anything the tabloids say about her, but Michael’s blogging is going to send her over the edge.

Michael Lohan Takes Dina Lohan Back to Court

Michael Lohan versus Dina Lohan

Michael Lohan has done whatever he can to correct the mistakes that led to his incarceration, and divorce, but Dina Lohan still won’t let him see the kids much if at all, so he is taking her back to court. Rush and Molly report:

Michael Lohan has filed papers in Nassau County to reopen his divorce from Dina Lohan, whose E! reality show "Living Lohan," about her attempt to launch yet another child into show business, debuts Monday night.

He wants to see more of his two minor kids, Ali, 14 and Cody, 11, and she’s reneging on the deal they made when they split, Lohan tells us. It’s up to their two adult children, notorious actress Lindsay, 21, and actor Michael, 20, to visit him on their own.

"I gave her the house, the furniture, the dogs, the bank accounts, the $200,000 she owed me, just to see my kids," he said. "She doesn’t bring them to see me. I haven’t seen my kids in two months. She brought them to Vegas for her reality show, then to California. Before that, she missed 15 out of 29 appointments. She breached the contract."

Michael, a former futures trader who became a Christian counselor after doing time for "aggravated" driving and attempted assault, wanted to give his ex just one more chance on Tuesday, when he was supposed to meet his son and daughter in the presence of a therapist. The former beauty queen was a no-show.

"She went to [the] David Letterman [show]," he told us. "She brought Ali. She never showed up or sent the kids. The taping finished before our appointment.

She doesn’t care. She does what she wants."

Dina, a near-6-footer who claims to have once been a Rockette, doesn’t allow Michael to be close with the kids in other ways, he adds. "I got Cody on a lacrosse team, and my girlfriend bought him $650 worth of equipment. Dina doesn’t bring him to games or practices."

Dina did not respond to e-mail or telephone messages. Michael concludes: "If I was a maniac, I could understand it. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke. I work, I go to the gym, I go home. I just want to see my kids."

The best thing the court could do would be to give Michael custody of the kids. Daddy might not be perfect either, but at least he might exercise more restraint than Dina in pushing the kids in show business.

Lohan vs Lohan

dina lohan feud 1 Lohan vs Lohan

After Dina Lohan was honored as a "top mom" this week, her ex-husband, Michael Lohan, called the award from the Mingling Moms Organization "a joke." He’s dead on right. Michael said:

"Are you kidding! Top celebrity mom? Look at her off-screen antics, her lack of morals and how she conducts herself. I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court."

Note to Michael, courts care more about moms than dads, so waste your breath, but don’t get your hopes up. Michael adds:

"She comes stumbling out of Butter at 3:15 a.m. with bloodshot eyes and a red runny nose, yelling ’Oh, [bleep],’ when she saw the paparazzi."

The courts only care if Dina gets a DUI, but until then it doesn’t matter, at least to the court.

Michael complained that Dina missed their weekly family therapy appointment in order to attend the award ceremony Tuesday night in Bethpage, LI. He’s right again. Click here to see the video.

Dina called Michael’s "infantile." She said:

"He’s a loose cannon," she declared. "We speak to a therapist once a week and I’m not required to be there. My kids want me there, so I go. Obviously with our [TV] show and the event, [daughter] Ali and I reschedule."

Even though it matters to her kids, she attended the award ceremony instead. Priority number one is Dina, kids come second. Dina adds:

"I’ve allowed him visitation once a week, so I don’t understand why he’s doing this. He’s jealous that I got the award. He even called the organizers and tried to talk them out of giving it to me."

Allowed? Is he the father, or just some guy off the street who wants to visit the kids because they smell nice?

Dina pulls the "I’m afraid of him" routine. Dina fears that Michael will now try to contact her directly. She says she has a restraining order against him until 2011 she thinks he’ll violate. She says:

"He’s using the media to talk to me," Dina said. "I’m getting nervous. Lindsay came to town two weeks ago and wanted security guys there in case he showed up. His parole officer needs to see what he’s doing and realize that he cannot address me directly or indirectly. He wears a tracking device and they’ll know if he comes anywhere near me. He’s on a mission to destroy me."

Dina is just afraid of the truth. The paparazzi got a hold of pictures that allegedly showed Dina and Lindsay allegedly using cocaine and alcohol while partying together several years ago. It’s surprising the family court doesn’t find Dina’s parenting dangerous to her childrens’ health and welfare.

At least Michael is trying to make things right, but he still has to deal with Dina’s abusive power and control issues, and a court that encourages Dina to keep driving a wedge between a father and his children, while she pimps the kids out in Hollywood.

Dina Lohan Mother of the Year! Hahahaha!
