
Dancing with the Stars Cast Revealed
Emmy-nominated host Tom Bergeron appeared on Good Morning America today to reveal the record number of stars that will appear on Dancing with the Stars.
Paula Abdul did not make the list. Add that to Paula’s list of incredible offers that didn’t pan out.
Here’s the full list of stars you’ll see during the three-day premiere of Dancing With the Stars, kicking off Sept. 21 at 8 p.m. on ABC:
- Kathy Ireland, 46, model
- Macy Gray, 41, singer
- Melissa Joan Hart, 33, actress
- Mya, 29, singer
- Ashley Hamilton, 34, actor-comedian
- Michael Irvin, 43, football player
- Mark Dacascos, 45, actor and martial artist
- Donny Osmond, 51, entertainer
- Kelly Osbourne, 24, singer
- Debi Mazar, 45, actress
- Chuck Liddell, 39, UFC fighter
- Natalie Coughlin, 26, swimmer
- Joanna Krupa, 30, model
- Louie Vito, 21, snowboarder
- Aaron Carter, 21, singer
- Tom DeLay, 62, former House majority leader
Tom DeLay? Really? Even Kelly Osbourne made the list, and she’s listed as a singer. I had no idea Kelly could sing. This should be an interesting season.
I did find Kelly singing One Word at the 2005 Australian VMA, and sad to say her singing was worse than the amateurs at a Karaoke bar.
Melissa Joan Hart Lost a Lot of Weight

Melissa Joan Hart realized she was unhealthy after she his 155 lbs. The realization came after she gave birth to her second child. She said:
"I realized I didn’t have to be heavy just because I have kids."
Melissa says after seeing the picture of her overweight on the Internet she found the motivation to lose the weight. Melissa turned to Jaime Pressly for support, and was able to lose 42 lbs over 14 months by eating healthy, with controlled portions, and exercise.

It’s not easy to lose weight. Sometimes feeling hungry while dieting is like being held under water and needing to take a deep breath before your lungs explode. There is a list of Zero Calorie Food, also called Negative Calorie Food, that are foods that require more energy to digest than they contain, so the net carbs is zero after digestion. These foods can help curb hunger in between healthy meals while dieting. Click here to see the list.
If you are diabetic, or have had high triglycerides, some of the foods on the list for example mangos, watermelon, and blueberries will cause a spike in blood sugar and therefore triglycerides. People who are diabetic and have high triglycerides should follow the Glycemic Index diet, and avoid high glycemic foods from the list like mangos, watermelon, and blueberries.
We know a lot of people who have tried and failed to lose weight, and we would like to see an easier solution to help those people who have weight trouble to lose the weight without drugs. Keeping the weight off requires the same commitment required to lose it. The battle of the bulge requires constant attention to the types of food we eat, and most importantly how much we eat daily. It is more difficult than it sounds. It is for this reason we have been blogging less to do a ton of research into weight loss to help those who haven’t been successful in the past, including family members of HG.
