A former Britney Spears bodyguard, backup dancer, and makeup artist started a MySpace page called Be Proactive to Help, which urges people to boycott Britney’s new album Blackout due to be released October 30. The organizers say:

"Don’t buy her stuff until she’s better. We aren’t doing this to be mean. We’re doing this out of concern, for herself and for her boys."

Meanwhile, many areas from San Diego, and all around Los Angeles like Malibu are burning like hell’s fury, and all the paparazzi are concerned about is getting another shot of Britney while homes burn to the ground. Residents told the New York Observer:

“Basically, all the paparazzi are still out there trying to get their Britney shot. They don’t even care much about the burning houses.” He said there are five to ten lensmen around the clock. “It’s insane. Just as bad as it was before, only now there are burning trees. Basically, Britney needs to get the f**k out of Malibu.”

Mel Gibson’s wife even told another local resident:

“It’s so annoying that people are more concerned about if Britney Spears’s house was burnt”-so far, it’s escaped any damage-“‘than their own well-being.’” Mad Max’s wife, who was forced to evacuate along with the couple’s twin boys, went on to say that the situation says horrible things about “people’s priorities.”

Britney is really a spectacle with the fires raging. She just keeps running into burning houses saying things like "Anyone seen my dog?," and "Are there no gentlemen left in the world? Where can a girl get a light for her cigarette?"

Mel Gibson was photographed in Nicoya, Costa Rica, looking like he’s given sobriety the ol’ heave-ho and instead heaved himself into a vat of tequila. The local gals sure look like they’re enjoying his company! Perhaps "Sugar Tits" is a term of endearment there.

TMZ reports that Mel is donating some money to the locals.

Mel has purchased a multi-million dollar mansion in C.R., and he was welcomed by President Arias. Mr. Gibson is said to be planning charitable contributions to the natives.

By the looks of this photo, he probably offered to take some of them back to his room to show them his "lethal weapon."

Vivica Fox is the next Mel Gibson, only she’s a black drunk woman, who tries to use an accusation of racism to get out of a DUI. Here’s more:

Vivica A. Fox called a state patrol officer a "racist white cop" during her drunken driving arrest and repeatedly failed sobriety tests, according to an official report.

The 42-year-old actress, who is black, was pulled over in March after passing a California Highway Patrol officer who said her Cadillac was doing 80 mph and weaving in its lane on the Hollywood Freeway.

The officer noticed that Fox’s eyes were red and watery and that she had a "strong odor" of alcohol, according to the report. After she failed sobriety tests, he arrested Fox for investigation of driving under the influence.

"Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, ’Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this. … Well, are you?’" according to the report.

Fox continued to speak in a "condescending manner" as she was placed in the patrol car, according to the report. She was taken to the Van Nuys jail, where a breath test was conducted but had to be stopped when she "burped quite loudly," the report said.

Breath tests indicated her blood-alcohol level was greater than .08 percent, California’s legal limit for a driver. She was charged in March with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit. Her arraignment was scheduled for July 19.

If convicted, Fox could face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Fox said this month that she had made a "mistake" and would "hire a driver next time."

"It was an unfortunate judgment that I am taking full responsibility in," she said backstage at the Daytime Emmy Awards.

Fox obviously hates white people, and she’s the racist. Calling someone a racist, when they’re not, should be considered a hate crime against an innocent victim. The poor white cop should sue her for making false allegations that could have cost him his career. I’m hoping this "sister" gets that old white judge that did Paris, and she’s not only late to her court date, but she calls him a racist too. She might just spend the full six months in the Phoenix Sheriff’s tent city. The desert heat does not discriminate "sister," and neither did the breathalyzer.

The president of the Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS) says the Sheriff’s Department may have given Paris Hilton a break she didn’t deserve. Here’s more:

Prez Steve Remige told TMZ, "There appears to have been preferential treatment." Remige added, "This is not the first time that this has happened. Remember Mel Gibson."

Remige believes preferential treatment is coming from Sheriff Lee Baca himself. Baca has denied giving preferential treatment to celebs.

As for Paris, Remige said, "On any given day, a thousand female inmates are in custody. Why is one case, out of the blue, treated any different than them?"

Remige says there is a huge medical facility designed to treat inmates with health problems, and that releasing Paris should not have been a first option.

Sounds like Paris is refusing to provide the services she allegedly promised the Sheriffs if she was released early.

Mel Gibson exploded in anger last night on a college campus after some who claimed to be an expert on Mayan culture accused him of racially stereotyping the Mayans in the movie Apocalypto.

It happened last night at Cal State University at Northridge in the San Fernando Valley. Gibson was speaking to a film class about his movies, and several members of the Mayan community came to hear the famous director.

After Gibson’s presentation, the crowd was allowed to ask questions. Alicia Estrada, an Assistant Professor of Central American Studies at CSUN, challenged Gibson, asking him if he had read about the Mayan culture before shooting the controversial film. Gibson said he had.

Estrada persisted, stating that representations in the movie that the Mayans engaged in sacrificial ceremonies and had bloodthirsty tendencies were both wrong and racist. Estrada and others said that Gibson exploded in anger, responding, "Lady, F**k off."

We’re told Gibson also became extremely angry when members of the Mayan community protested on how they were portrayed in the film. The emotional Mayan members were escorted out of the room, and we’re told Gibson screamed in response, "Make your own movie!"

Gibson’s publicist, Alan Nierob said, "This person was a heckler who was rude and disrupted the event, so much so that the event organizers had to escort her out." For the record, Nierob, not Howard Rubenstein, reps Gibson.

In this circumstance Gibson’s response seems appropriate. It’s too bad more people who know they are right don’t tell protesters who are only interested in getting attention to F-Off. It’s freedom of speech from both sides of the debate.
