Matt Dillon pled guilty to a ticket he got in December for doing 106 mph in a 65 mph zone in Vermont.

The charge of negligent operation charge was dropped, and Dillon was left only to pay a $828 fine.

Matt Dillon was arrested, fingerprinted, booked, and released after being cited for speeding in Newbury, Vermont around 10 pm last night. Dillon was going 106 mph in a 65 mph zone. He is due in court on January 21.

The posted speed limit is 65 mph, so Dillon was charged criminally under a statute that bans going more than 30 mph above the limit while traveling 60 mph or more.

If convicted, he could get three months in jail and be fined $300.
