Britney Spears tested positive on her drug test for amphetamine, which could be any amphetamine including methamphetamine, but the specific drug was not identified, yet. Yesterday a Britney source said the test was a false positive and probably showed Provigil was present, which is a drug used by some to treat cocaine and methamphetamine addiction. Today the same source claims the drug that showed up was Albuterol used to treat asthma from her inhaler. Albuterol is not in the amphetamine class of drugs. Now it looks more than likely that Britney has been abusing drugs again, and although it could have been a prescribed legal amphetamine, the fact is she isn’t coming forward to say what the drug is, which makes her look like she’s hiding something.

Tomorrow K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will address this issue tomorrow in court. A failed test is a failed test. It’s not like Britney ate a poppy seed muffin and tested positive for opiates. It was a very serious and addictive amphetamine. Britney needs rehab.

Yesterday Britney Spears lawyers were pitted once again against Kevin Federline’s lawyer. It turns out that Britney missed 8 out of 14 calls to get get drug tested, which according to court orders, means she failed 8 out of 14 drug tests. Despite the contempt of court orders, the commissioner did not change her custody time. Kevin also asked the court to not allow Britney to drive the kids any longer because she’s not safe. She recently almost caused an accident leaving the court house after first running over a blond female Sheriff’s foot with her car.

Last night Kevin’s worst nightmare came true again. Britney Spears had her kids in the back of her car asleep when she ran a red light while sending a text message on her phone, or dialing a number. Even worse is the court-appointed monitor crouched down in the passenger seat in the picture above. As Britney approached the light on Coldwater Canyon, she got busy with her phone, then someone outside her car screams, "Red light, red light!" Britney then turns left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic. Those poor kids would never know what hit them.

The commissioner yesterday said he would make a decision on whether Britney could continue to drive the kids on November 26. After seeing the video it’s a safe bet that Britney will need to hire a driver. Click here to see the video.

According to Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, Britney Spears has failed to respond in a timely manner when she is called for random drug testing, thus violating the court order for which she could be held in contempt. Kaplan will go to court tomorrow to once again ask to have Britney’s visitation limited further. The less visitation Britney has, the more she will pay for child support. While the divorce rages on you won’t see Kevin misbehave. After the divorce is an entirely different story. Kevin is no angel, but he has something Britney does not, self control.

Today Mark Vincent Kaplan went to court for Kevin Federline to request Britney Spears pay his $160,000 attorney fees. The judge entered an order for Britney to pay the entire bill. Kevin’s financial document shows he is a self employed performing artist who has zero income. With full custody of the kids, Kevin will get a substantial child support check each month. All this because Britney acts crazy 24/7. Britney doesn’t want to grow up because she’s a Toys R Us kid.

Around 6:30 pm last night Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, was at the bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills when Britney Spears, Alli Sims, and Britney’s manager Sam Lutfi all walked in. When the trio spotted Kaplan they left the bar. Although Britney wasn’t drinking at the time, she didn’t go to the bar for coffee.

The rumor that Kevin Federline will appear on Oprah is not true. I’m just as disappointed as you are.
