A source says Dancing With the Stars’ Mario Lopez is dating his partner, Karina Smirnoff. “It’s serious,†says the source, who claims they’ve been getting jiggy since August. “They do look good together, don’t they?†says Lisa Rinna, this season’s co-host. Karina is hot!
