Precious Movie Trailer
Mariah Carey does a great job acting in a powerful new movie called Precious, which is based on a novel called Push by Sapphire. The movie features newcomer Gabourey Sidibe (Gabby), and notable entertainers Mo’Nique, Lenny Kravitz.
The movie follows Claireece Precious Jones, who endures unimaginable hardships in her young life. Abused by her mother, raped by her father, she grows up poor, angry, illiterate, fat, unloved, and generally unnoticed.
Precious is backed both Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry. The movie may not be blockbuster material, but it is a story of hope against all odds.
The book, Push, is written in the first person, and it is absolutely amazing.
Eminem Peed on Mariah Carey
Eminem said in a radio interview that he peed on Mariah Carey while they were dating. It seems Eminem is bating Mariah’s husband Nick Cannon into a public feud for publicity, and Nick is taking the bate.
Mariah Carey Cries at One Year Wedding Anniversary
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their one year wedding anniversary on Thursday in Las Vegas at the Palms Casino Resort. Carey was so touched she started crying. Cannon told the crowd:
"It’s a very special occasion, a toast to everyone."
"This is the most amazing person in the world. I dedicate my life to her daily, and together this union is gonna last forever. She is my rock."
Carey then took the microphone and said:
"I have the best man in the whole wide world."
Cannon provided all the surprises, including a four-foot birthday cake, but it was Carey’s money paying for it all.
