Marcia Cross Husband Tom Mahoney Has Cancer

Tom Mahoney (50), who is the husband of Marcia Cross (46), has been diagnosed with cancer, although the type of cancer was not disclosed. The family rep Heidi Slan released the following statement:

"He is currently under treatment and is responding very well."

The couple had twin daughters in 2006, Eden and Savannah.

Get well soon Tom. Your wife and daughters need you.

Marcia Cross Without Clothes in the Shower

Marcia Cross tried her best to prevent photos of her without clothes from being published. Here’s the story:

A firm hired to remove garbage from the star’s Los Angeles home found over 200 personal photographs of her among the trash and are now trying to sell them to the highest bidder. The firm, who are now being represented by Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt, discovered the pictures when they arrived at the local dump. Schmidt told the New York Daily News newspaper:

"There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains. The pictures were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property. We recognize the copyright issue, but US copyright law stops at the border. I’m not looking to mortify Ms. Cross, I just want the most money for my client."

Marcia Cross on Bed Rest

Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross, who is expecting twins in April with her stockbroker hubby, Tom Mahoney, has been put on bed rest by her doctor, her spokeswoman informed the Associated Press on Wednesday.

"This is a precautionary measure only," publicist Heidi Slan said in an e-mail to the AP.

Producers of the hit ABC series on which Cross, 44, plays uptight Bree Van De Kamp, have decided to move production at the end of this week to the actress’ Los Angeles home for two days, according to TV Guide.

The show’s producers did not write Cross’ pregnancy into the show’s plot, and the actress was scheduled to film only two more shows after the Feb. 11 episode since it was becoming too difficult to hide her pregnancy.

Cross and Mahoney married in June 2006 after a two-year courtship.

Cross isn’t the first famous actress ordered to bed. In 2004, Julia Roberts spent the last several weeks of her pregnancy on bed rest before giving birth to twins Phinnaeus Walter and Hazel Patricia, now 2.

Marcia Cross has been naughty, and someone has some nude pictures of her fire-crotch. The pictures reportedly came from Marcia’s own trash. Tisk tisk.

Cross is demanding their return. Her lawyers argue that no matter where the photos were found, they are the copyrighted property of Cross and her husband, Tom Mahoney, who may have taken some of them. Cross’ attorneys maintain the photos were thrown out by mistake.

"The pictures were not stolen," says Schmidt. "When you throw something away, you forfeit that property. "We recognize the copyright issue, but U.S. copyright law stops at the border," he adds. Schmidt won’t say whether he’s ready to shop the shots abroad. "I’m not looking to mortify Ms. Cross," says Schmidt. "I just want the most money for my client."

If Marcia wants those pictures back she’s going to have to cough up the cash, otherwise, everyone will have them, including Hollywood Grind.
