Marc Jacobs hosted his Christmas Party at the Rainbow Room in New York City on Wednesday night, and instead of coming dressed as the Belle of the Ball, he came dressed as a camel toe. Sharon Stone would be proud.

Marc Jacobs has chosen Victoria Beckham as the face for his spring collection. Juergen Teller already shot her in Los Angeles for the upcoming spring campaign. Ten bucks says she never cracked a smile during the photoshoot. Marc wanted David, but David Beckham doesn’t wear dresses.

“Why are people so bitter and jealous and being so horrible to me? I’m starting to get very paranoid as to why it feels like so many people are against me, personally, at this point. Despite whatever rumors you may have heard, I’m not out of my mind. People don’t really want reality. They want surgically enhanced, scripted reality. The perversity of life today is so thrilling to me. It’s like a circus out there. It’s cartoon land. In the most basic way I can say it. coming from a psychological place, what I love more than anything is attention. That is about as honest of a statement that I could possibly make. I want a reaction, because I want the attention.”

Eva Mendes, Drew Barrymore and Linda Evangelista were surprised when playboy Wes Wang sent over a $3,000 jeroboam of Krug to their table at Pink Elephant the other night. Drew is sober these days and the girls didn’t touch it.

At another table, Giorgio Armani, 72, and his posse drank a magnum of Grey Goose and Red Bull and left a $600 tip. Also spotted: Marc Jacobs, Ellen Barkin, and Mickey Rourke, who was entertaining three models simultaneously.
