Grandpa June Austin Spears says Lynne Spears is keeping Jamie Lynn Spears hidden from public view. June told Gatecrasher:

"Lynne keeps Jamie Lynn hidden. Lynne is in denial about the pregnancy. She thinks it’s just going to go away, but it’s not. It’s going to get bigger and bigger. My granddaughter Tara Ann Ballard is getting married in Baton Rouge in June. I might walk her down the aisle. There ain’t gonna be no wedding if I’m not there."

Apparently delusions and narcissism runs in the Spears family. What about those rumors that Grandpa shot at reporters with a gun? June says:

"I don’t have a gun permit. I keep it under the front seat of my truck," June said referring to his concealed gun, and regarding the reporters he says, "Maybe I have, maybe I haven’t."

Grandpa is just as much a drama queen as the rest of the Spears family. For the record, last we saw Jamie Lynn she was leaving a GED class. She must be getting bigger by now.

Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears say they returned to Britney Spears home on Friday, and discovered some valuable items had been stolen. The LAPD filed a report. Currently nothing has been said about forced entry, however, Sam Lutfi is the number one suspect since he did have access to Britney’s house. On Friday a court commissioner granted a three week civil harassment restraining order against Lutfi, and made Jamie Spears a conservator until Monday, that would allow him to change the locks at Britney’s house.

It seems the stolen items must have been of special interest to Jamie and Lynne Spears since they seemed to have looked for those items right away, noticed them missing, then called police. Lutfi would probably have also known the importance of whatever those items were, and with the obvious feud between Lutfi and Britney’s parents, Lutfi could be in big trouble if it turns out he took the items without permission. If Lutfi did it, then he just gave credibility to complaints made against him in previous restraining orders from other people in his life.

Jamie Spears had to come to his wife’s assistance at UCLA Medical Center today, when a teenage paparazzi got right in Lynne Spears face with his camera. Personal space is at least 3 feet, and this guy was inches away. The kid’s employer is HollywoodTV. Notice how the kid keeps his distance from Jamie.

Britney Spears parents have made it clear at a court hearing today that they believe Sam Lutfi’s influence has placed their daughter and her assets at risk. Jamie and Lynne Spears are asking the Los Angeles court for a temporary conservatorship, so they can make medical decisions for their daughter, and decisions regarding her finances.

Sam Lutfi says he is "appalled and disgusted" that the parents have gone to court, adding that "Britney is in control of her assets and her business manager (Lutfi) is in control of her assets." Lutfi says his lawyers are discussing his legal options.

Britney is currently at the UCLA psychiatric unit, her current status is "gravely disabled," which means she is not capable of caring for herself, and she is not competent to make decisions regarding her financial affairs. Lutfi’s statements contradict the psychiatrist conclusion.

A Los Angeles court commissioner agreed with Britney Spears parents, and has placed Britney Spears and her estate under temporary conservatorship. Britney’s financial assets, and other holdings, will be managed by a conservator. The conservators are Britney’s father Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet.

The judge did not appoint a conservator to make medical decisions on behalf of Brit because the necessary paperwork was not filed. The conservatorship that was filed will only be in effect until Monday.

The conservators who were appointed to manage Britney’s assets have broad authority, including changing the locks to her house and keeping out anyone they want, like Sam Lutfi.

The judge granted the conservators, Jamie Spears and a lawyer co-conservators, have the power to hire 24-hour security at her house, access her medical records and communicate with treating physicians.

They also have the power to make any decisions on her behalf, and can revoke any contracts she may have made recently, which might include the new Mercedes she just bought. You might remember the Mercedes Britney nearly drove off a cliff the other day.

The commissioner also heard a motion for a restraining order today from Spears’ parents, and found, in effect, that Lutfi has been harassing Britney, so he issued an order for a civil harassment restraining order. This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days. This is one of many restraining orders issued against Lutfi. This restraining order now ends the battle for control of Britney that has been raging between Lutfi, and Britney’s parents. Lutfi had no right to get between Britney and her parents in the first place.

Britney Spears remains in the psychiatric unit at UCLA Medical Center, aka Ronald Reagan Medical Center, and her mom Lynne Spears says she is doing fine. Contrary to early morning rumors, Britney is alive and well, and not dead. Lynne said yesterday she would like to take Britney back to Louisiana. Apparently it’s safe back where Britney grew up, because the only bad thing that ever happens there is sixteen year-old girls get mysteriously pregnant.

Once admitted to the Psych unit Britney threw a screaming fit for about two hours. Britney said her mother was only trying to get her committed because her mother wanted to sleep with her "boyfriend." She didn’t say Adnan specifically, and Sam Lutfi and the Spears parents never really got along, and it’s not because of sexual tension. In fact, this morning Sam brought Britney dinner for two from In-N-Out (a great burger fast food joint). Doctors took Britney off all her medications, some are calling detox, but it’s not exactly. In order for doctors to properly evaluate Britney they need to see what she’s like without the medications. The psychiatrist evaluating Britney is Dr. Deborah Nadel, who is said to be very competent.

Outside the Spears circle, a paparazzi for Splash News quit, citing the fact that the frenzy around Britney is unethical, and may cause an even bigger tragedy. AMEN!

On a side note, Adnan married a U.S. citizen, but they separated only 83 days after he arrived in the U.S. His second married may not be valid since he may not have been divorced from his first wife. Although he could technically be deported, it’s doubtful that would ever happen. With all the illegal immigrants running around Los Angeles, it would be unfair to single out Adnan.
