Britney Spears Gets Restraining Orders

The conservatorship that runs Britney Spears life got a restraining order against both Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib. The worse of the two, Lutfi, has even sued Britney claiming she breached a contract they had, and he says Britney owes him money, plus he claims that Lynne Spears ruined his good name. Uh huh.

Lutfi’s attorney, Jon Eardley, also got involved by sending a letter to Britney last week saying in part:

You may not be aware of the fact that your civil rights were violated.

I have developed a legal strategy for you that I am confident will turn everything around, and ultimately garner you full custody of your children within approximately 30 to 60 days.

They will not be happy until they have denied you your freedom and milked you for your last dime. The custody case, as you know, is nothing more than a flat out extortion scheme, with your children being used as pawns.

Your case will continue to spiral until they have denied you your freedom, your children and your assets.

All I want is to see you win. I do not want anything in return and am willing to volunteer my time with you to see to it that you are successful in this custody case. I am not interested in publicity, money, or anything other than seeing you obtain full custody of your children.

Please recognize that aside from some anxiety and depression, which are totally normal under these circumstances, there is nothing wrong with you, but that the court system routinely engages in character assassination to conceal its internal bias and to break you down.

What they ultimately want is to get you into a conservatorship; at that point, your freedom will be denied, giving them the full opportunity to steal all of your money and to deny you any access to your children.

Lutfi wanted to run the conservatorship that Britney’s father ultimately took over. What a mess that would have been!

Currently both Lutfi, and his attorney, are hiding from process servers who want to serve Lutfi with the restraining order papers. He wouldn’t have to worry about that if he would have lived up to his word at the last restraining order hearings saying he would leave Britney alone.

The good news currently for Britney is that Kevin Federline worked out a plan to take the kids on tour with Britney, despite objections by his attorney’s. Kevin will get $4,000 a week for expenses while on the road with the kids, which seems fair, since his attorneys wanted a lot more. Kevin deserves a lot of credit for thinking of the kids first, which is not something divorce attorneys, or courts usually do.

Lynne Spears On Today Show Talking About Britney Spears

Lynne Spears appeared on the Today Show this morning talking about her daughters Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn Spears. Lynne is making money betraying the trust of her two daughters. Why are Britney and Jamie still talking to her? Are Britney and Jamie getting a percentage of the profits?

Lynne disgusts me as much as Dina Lohan. Britney is mentally ill, and Jamie is underage. How can they stop Lynne? This just isn’t right. It’s all about Lynne Spears.

Lynne Spears to Appear on Larry King Live

Lynne Spears is scheduled to appear on Larry King Live on September 24, which is the same date her book about her daughter Britney Spears will start selling. Unless Britney is getting a percentage of the book sales, it seems wrong for a mother to be talking trash about her mentally ill daughter for money.

Britney Spears is getting ready for the VMAs. There is now speculation that she might actually perform again. She’s looking good, and I hope she does perform.

Britney’s mom Lynne Spears is using the attention focused on Britney to sell her book about Britney. The book says a lot of things a good mom would not say, true or not, because they make Britney look trashy. Lynne should be the last person to kick Britney while she’s down, especially since Britney’s problems have been related to mental illness. You can read the trash here, here, and here. Lynne probably doesn’t say anything bad or critical about her own ~~lack of~~ parenting skills.

Lynne Spears Denies Sending Bristol Palin a Baby Gift

Lynne Spears denied ~~lies~~ false reports that claimed she sent a gift to Bristol Palin addressed from Jamie Lynn Spears. Lynne says those reports are "completely untrue," aka lies. Curt Handling, Lynne’s publicist, said:

"I just got off the phone with Lynne. I can tell you that she hasn’t sent her any gifts, but that she does support Sarah and, of course, can empathize with their situation."

This is just one more media lie about Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol, that has been exposed. Desperation isn’t pretty.

Lynne Spears Parenting Book Now a Memoir

The publishers of Lynne Spears parenting book realized that Lynne isn’t such a great mom, so they’ve repackaged her crap book as a "memoir." The book will have the same premise which is about what a great job she did raising, and making, her daughters Britney and Jamie Lynn famous. They should just call it a "how-to" book. How-to make your daughters famous, and ruin their lives at the same time, with a testimonial by Dina Lohan.

The publisher blames the delay in the book on Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy. Um, ya’think? Which is why they changed it to a memoir from a parenting advice book. The publisher spokesman Thomas Nelson said:

"Spears’s manuscript will not be a parenting book. It’s her story of what it was like being a mom and raising two very famous people. It’s a memoir."

Lorilee Craker, who actually wrote the book for Lynne, said:

"Lynne has had a dramatic life. People will be be very surprised to find out the kind of person she really is."

No one cares about Lynne Spears. If it wasn’t for Britney going nuts, and Lynne having a baby as a teenager, no one would even buy this book when it’s released this fall. As a memoir Lynne can talk about how she tried to save Britney, and was in the dark about Jamie’s underage sexual activities. She can make excuses, and still call herself a great parent.

No matter how Lynne tries to make herself look good, we all know it was daddy Jamie Spears who saved Britney Spears life.

Jamie Lynn doesn’t even look like herself anymore. Pregnancy hormones. Jamie Lynn said she and Britney talked a lot:

It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her [Britney] and just be girls again. We painted our nails and did stupid stuff. To be able to be in the privacy of our own home and just be sisters again was wonderful. ’There are going to be some long nights, but it is completely worth it."

Until you go crazy and lose custody of your babies. Jamie Lynn must be worried that she too could go crazy like Britney after the baby is born.

Jamie Lynn was asked if Britney would take a trip to Louisiana to see her and the baby when it comes, and Jamie said:

"Nothing is set in stone, but that would be wonderful. I’d love to have her here for that, but you can’t plan that far ahead."

Britney doesn’t have much to do these days. She could make time to visit, if she really wants to. Britney must still feel she was betrayed by her own family with the loss of custody of Sean and Jayden. It takes a lot of time for emotional wounds to heal.

Lynne Spears Speaks Out on Jamie

Lynne Spears is finally speaking out on her irresponsible, very horny, and underage pregnant teenage daughter Jamie Lynn Spears. Lynne said:

"I’m a bit disappointed that my youngest daughter got pregnant at such an early age. All I can do is turn to God for answers and just leave it in his hands. Jamie Lynn will be a wonderful mother She really has a way with children — she’s a natural nurturer. I just wish she had waited a bit.”

Leaving things to God, and not being a good parent might be the real problem. Maybe Lynne should read a book about good parenting for answers, because Lynne doesn’t seem to be listening to God. Jamie is learning from Lynne’s example, so all she has to do is look in the mirror to know how her own children will behave when they grow up.

Lynne even had something to say about Britney Spears:

"I pray for Britney every day to be a better mother. She’s gone through a lot of trauma, but she seems to be coming out of it — and it’s showing in her relationship with the boys. They’re really bonding. I think 2008 will be a better year for all of us."

Keep praying Lynne, and let Jamie do all the hard work of getting Britney better again. When Lynne’s book finally gets published it will probably give credit for her wonderful parenting to prayer, then God, then topping Lynne’s list, herself.

Britney Spears Fight to Stay in Control

Britney Spears was released from the UCLA Medical Center psychiatric unit on Wednesday against the objection by Britney’s psychiatrist, Dr. Deborah Nadel. A "court representative" found "no just cause" to continue to hold Britney. Just cause would be if Britney posed a danger to herself, others, or property. Perhaps the court representative was born yesterday, and has never read or seen any news on Britney, or then again, maybe Chris Crocker knocked the real court rep out and let Britney go himself. The court rep needs a psych evaluation his or herself.

Britney Spears’s parents strongly objected to her discharge from the psychiatric hospital, saying they "believe her life is presently at risk."

Jamie and Lynne Spears expressed their fears in a joint statement issued Wednesday night:

As parents of an adult child in the throes of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe.

We are deeply concerned about our daughter’s safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded.

We ask only that the court’s orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted.

After going home yesterday afternoon, Britney drove around a while causing all kinds of chaos on the roads. Then she kicked a bodyguard, aka Britney sitter, her parents hired out of her car, and had a paparazzi drive her to the Beverly Hills Hotel where she met Adnan Ghalib. Adnan then drove Britney over to Adam Streisand’s office. Adam is the attorney who said he was hired by Britney to legally contest her father’s legal conservator power of her, and her estate. Adnan’s employer, Finalpixx, snuck Britney and Adnan out the back of Adam’s office.

Jamie Spears, Britney’s father, is rumored to be moving in with Britney, and the bodyguard, and as well as someone else may have been hired as Britney sitters to make sure she doesn’t associate with bad people, and doesn’t hurt herself.

Later today, Streisand is believed to be planning to petition Commissioner Reva Goetz to have an evidentary hearing to prove Britney is, indeed, mentally competent to retain her own counsel. Jamie is also expected in court, where it’s thought he’ll be asking to have the conservator’s orders enforced, so that his oldest daughter can get the medical treatment she needs.

Lurking in the background is Sam Lutfi, who hired Michael Sands, the former media consultant for Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Sands was hired to rehab Lutfi’s image.

Sam Lutfi Drugged Britney Spears

Lynne Spears claims in her court declaration that Sam Lutfi drugged Britney Spears on order to maintain control over her. After reviewing the information presented to the court, a restraining order was issued saying that Sam is to have no contact (directly or indirectly) with Britney, is not allowed within 250 yards of Britney, her house, the houses of her family, her children, or the UCLA Medical Center, and claims that Sam:

"Drugged Britney… grinds up Britney’s pills… puts them in her food… and claims that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain."
"Cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers… yells at her… claims to control everything — Britney’s business manager, her attorneys, and the security guards at the gate."
Told Britney, "that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."
Told her Adnan was gay.
"Hides her dog, London. She looks for him all over the house crying and then [he] brings out the dog from the hiding place and acts like her savior."
Told Britney’s mother, Lynne, that if he were not in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself.
"Has essentially moved into Britney’s home and has purported to take control of her life, home, and finances," as well as bragging that he "receives Britney’s checks" and that "they are in his car."
Told Lynne that Britney’s business manager, Howard Grossman, was an old friend of his and that, "You’d better learn that I control everything. I control Howard Grossman, Britney’s business manager."

Over the weekend Sam avoided being legally served the restraining order, and talked to Britney on the phone in violation of the order. When Sam refuses to obey a court order, it proves he’s worried that losing his control over Britney could mean he would have to answer for everything he’s been doing to her. Sam tries to maintain power and control over Britney, and anyone else in her life, which is the behavior of an abusive personality.

Sam said the restraining order, "won’t last."

I, Lynne Spears, declare:

I am the mother of Britney Spears (“Britney”)., who is the subject of this action. I have personal knowledge of each of the facts set forth in this Declaration, and can testify completely thereto, except as this matters stated on information and belief, and as to such matters I believe them to be true.

This past Monday night (Jan. 28), Britney’s father, Jamie, and I (in separate cars) went to Britney’s house in Beverly Hills because we had heard news reports that Britney had just been in a big fight with Sam Lufti aka Sam Lufti (“sam”), the man who has inserted himself into my daughter’s life, home and finances, and that she was crying. We were very concerned about her safety. We arrived at the Summit Community gatehouse in BHPO at approximately 10 p.m. I was with my friend Jackie.

The guards at the gatehouse stopped us there for awhile. Jackie, Jamie and I finally proceeded to Britney’s house and entered it. We were able to enter the house because it was not locked. Britney does not lock her doors and currently there are no security guards around her residence. Britney was not home. We found Sam, and sam said as we walked in the door that Britney only wanted me to come to the house, and that she was afraid to see her dad.

Two or three paparazzi came into the house and entered the kitchen. They greeted Sam. The paparazzi then reported to Sam where Britney currently was. From the conversation between Sam and the paparazzi I determined that sam had given Felipe (another paparazzi) one of Britney’s cars to get her out of the house when he heard that Jamie and I were on our way to see Britney. I also understood from the conversation that Sam disabled all of Britney’s cars. (she has several at her residence.)

Sam had told Britney that Jamie and I were coming to the house to do an intervention, and that Britney panicked and took off with Felipe. Another man named Chad Hardcastle was in the house.

I also heard the evening that Britney’s and Sam’s fight that evening, Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her kids.

The paparazzi reported to Sam and addressed him with great respect. They treated him like a general. He instructed them to get her back to the house. They later told Sam that Britney was on her way back.

Britney then came back to the house with Adnan, who is also a paparazzi. Sam then told Jackie that we needed to do whatever he tells us. I objected. He then told me, “I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave.” Sam then said, “You people throw everyone under the bus, if you don’t listen to me I’m going to make your name sh** in the papers.”

As I looked around the kitchen, I noticed that in the middle of the kitchen table there was a large car battery. At some point during the evening I learned that the car battery was there so Sam could charge his cell phone. Although Britney has several cell phones, he told us that he had disposed of all of the phone chargers and had made the house phones unworkable.

Sam told Jackie and me to tell ADnan to leave Britney alone and to get the F*** out of the house. Jackie refused. Sam then said to tell Britney that Adnan is gay. Adnan stayed at the house a little longer. Sam quietly said something to Adnan and Adnan promptly left the house.

Britney came into the room looking for Adnan. Sam told her that Adnan was in the bathroom. Britney then asked me, “Is Adnan gay?” While Britney was out of earshot, Sam told Jackie and me that we should pretend that Adnan was in the bathroom so Britney wouldn’t leave.

Britney then became very agitated and could not stop moving. She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs’ clothes many times. Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl. Britney then picked up a bottle of pill sand read part of the label and asked us, “What does insomnia mean?” Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake.

Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel. He told us that he puts them in her food that that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days (she had been sleeping.) He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.

Sam then encouraged us to sit down on a sofa and do “tequila shots.” Jackie and I said we did not want to. Britney seemed to follow our lead. Sam then got some wine out and said, “Let’s all do toasts with wine.” Britney said that she didn’t want to, she wanted a pretty glass. Sam found a glass with a stem and poured wine for Britney when we were not looking. Britney refused to drink her wine and asked to drink mine.

Shortly afterward, Sam went back into the kitchen and was standing behind a raised bar so that we could not see what his hands were doing on the counter. Sam then said to Britney, “let’s go upstairs,” and Britney followed him. Britney had calmed down by the time she went upstairs.

A little while later, Britney came downstairs. She seemed agitated again and told us that she wanted to go to Rite Aid for lipsticks. It was now past midnight. Jackie and I said we would take her. Sam told us that he wanted to follow us in his car. We told him that he shouldn’t because the paparazzi were in front of the neighbor’s house and would harass us. As were were about to drive off, Sam jumped into the bask seat of the car. The paparazzi followed. Sam and I were sitting in the back seat, with Chad as well. He told me that he gave Britney something (when they were upstairs) to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun. We entered Rite Aid and Britney chose her lipstick. The manager said it is dangerous out there, which it was. When Britney gave the cashier her credit card, the cahsier told her it was not working. I paid for the lipstick and the manager told us we could leave through the side door so no one could see us. Sam insisted we leave through the front door and he put his arms around Britney and me for the paparazzi to take photos. I disengaged as quickly as I could.

Sam told me,” You’d better learn that I control everything. I control Howard Grossman, Britney’s business manger. I control her attorney’s and the security guards at the gate. They don’t listen to Britney, they listen to me. That’s why Jamie was gone tonight.”

At another point in the evening, Sam bragged to me that he is the one who receives Britney’s checks and that one of them was for me. I told Sam that I hadn’t gotten any checks from Britney. Sam then told me that they are in his car. He told me that if he weren’t in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me "If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave."

He then proclaimed that he has been in the family for a year and that he had one nothing but good for Britney. At this point, it was two or three in the morning. Britney was meandering around the house. She would let me hug her, but she was out of it.

At one point during the night, Sam was screaming at me and Britney said to me, “Sam treats me like that.” Then she picked up the house phone and said, “Look at the phone, it doesn’t work.” Sam then blamed the dead phone on Britney. Jackie spoke up and said to Sam, “You said you cut down the phone wire.”

Britney then said again at some point during the night, “When do I get to see my babies?” Sam answered, “Wednesday. “ Britney then said, “What do I have to do to see them?” Sam responded, “Take the pills I tell you to take.” Britney said, “I don’t like the pills and I don’t like the psychiatrist. Can’t I see another psychiatrist so I can see my babies?” Sam responded, “If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies.” Jackie then said, “Britney, your parents can help you find a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist needs to get to know you to give you the right medicine.” Sam then raised his voice and said, “Why don’t you get back with Kevin.”

Britney then said, “I’ll do anything to get them back.”

At some point during the evening, Sam said that Britney decided that he should be her manager.

Adnan has called me and told me he’s worried about Britney. He told me that Sam hides the phones and tells her he has lost them. He also hides her dog, London. She looks for him all over the house crying and then Sam brings the dog from the hiding place and acts like her savior.

While we were at Rite Aid, Britney went in and out of her British accent.

At 4 a.m., I was exhausted and wanted to leave. Sam blocked my car so I could not leave. I threatened to call Jamie on the phone.

Britney said, “I want my Daddy up here. I want to talk to my Daddy.” I reached Jamie on the phone and gave the phone to Britney. I heard her tell him that she wanted to see him. He said, “right now baby?” and she said, “no.” He said, “10:00 in the morning?” and she said, “no, noon.”

I spent the rest of the night at Britney’s house and for the first time in a very long time, when I lay down to sleep, I felt very agitated. I could not fall asleep at all. I felt like I had had coffee. Jackie, who had gone home earlier, later told me that she also could not sleep at all, and felt like she had had coffee.

Jamie came to pick me up the next morning. Jamie gave Britney a big hug and said to her, “baby, you’re OK?” Britney said, “I’m fine,” then burst into tears.

“To my knowledge, Britney never went to sleep that night and was very agitated for most of the night.

Sam and Chad, however, slept in the “smoking room,” a small room downstairs on the first floor of the house.

Later the next day, on January 29, Jackie showed me a text message she had received from Sam: “Thanks for telling Jamie all your bulls**t. He just hit me. Now you guys did your deed. Much accomplished. Good job.

I did not see Britney again until I arrived at her house on Wednesday night after Sam called me and told me to come to the house. When we arrived, Britney seemed subdued. The police arrived and took her to the Neuro Psychiatric Institute at UCLA (“NPI”). While at NPI, I l earned that Britney informed her doctor, Lee Sadja, MD, that she had also taken Aderol.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on January 31, 2008 at Los Angeles, California.
