Super career savvy Lindsay Lohan (23) begged to play the part of the stripper Jade in The Hangover, but later declared the screenplay "had no potential." A source said:

"The agent tried hard to get Phillips to consider her, and when he finally agreed, Lindsay said she didn’t like the script!"

It’s a good thing for The Hangover that Lohan turned down the part or the movie never would have made $200 million.

A Florida chemist, Jennifer Sunday, has filed a lawsuit in Tampa federal court claiming that Lindsay Lohan, and a Nevada woman, stole the formula for the spray, Sevin Nyne, from her, according to the St. Petersburg Times.

Lohan and Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas businesswoman who air-brushes tans for celebs, launched Sevin Nyne in May, claiming it took them three years to create it.

Sunday is now suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon’s company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product," Sunday’s lawyer, Marcia Cohen, told the Times. "If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

Lohan’s publicist could not be reached by the Times.

We await a statement from Lohan denying she would ever steal anything, despite her history of stealing. Formulas are like finger prints, some are too complex to be accidentally copied.

A spokeswoman for Lindsay Lohan says the actress has not been questioned by London police investigating jewelry that went missing after a fashion shoot there.

Lohan spokeswoman Leslie Sloane-Zelnik said Tuesday that Lohan has not been contacted by authorities but would comply in an investigation if necessary. She also noted that nearly 20 people were working at the Elle magazine photo shoot featuring the 22-year-old.

London’s Metropolitan police confirmed Tuesday that a necklace and earrings worth more than $400,000 were missing from a studio in north London in early June.

The fashion magazine said in a statement Tuesday it had no reason to believe that Lohan was in any way linked to the alleged theft. A police spokesman said no arrests have been made and would not comment on whether Lohan had been interviewed or was even related to the case in any way.

Lohan has been accused of stealing clothes from a friend in the past, and had jewelry stolen from her in the past as well, but recovered her jewelry.

Lindsay Lohan has a strict contract for her upcoming DVD movie The Other Side. The film producers put strict provisions into her contract, especially with the fact it’s nearly impossible to insure Lindsay for work.

The contract requires Lindsay to do come in to get weighed weekly, so she is a healthy looking weight, to follow an evening curfew while filming, and to get random drug and alcohol tests. A source said:

“Producers want Lindsay looking like a normal, healthy girl, not a skeleton. So they ordered her to rest up and eat more. They refuse to risk her dropping out of the movie because of her problems.”

The movie must be on a really cheap budget, otherwise why would they even go to the trouble of hiring a drug addicted alcoholic?

Lindsay Lohan went on the attack Thursday night, and began throwing eggs at the paparazzi.

Lindsay does all this to keep the paparazzi around. Without the paparazzi, unemployed Lindsay is nobody.
