Michael Lohan has been using the media to send messages about his concern for his daughter Lindsay Lohan, and in the process he is only getting Lindsay and Dina angry. Michael responded to Dina’s accusation that Michael is not being a good parent:

"Please get this out. Dina can attack me and say whatever she wants, but when she makes statements like, ’I need to focus on being a parent,’ I think she needs to reach deep inside herself, get out of HER state of denial and be a parent herself. I am taking LEGAL proactive steps, Dina. What are you doing beside lying, making excuses and putting Ali in the same position YOU put Lindsay in. Shall I even begin to play all the tapes of our many conversations about how Lindsay needs intervention, what a good father I am, and how you always loved me. Do you want Linds or your EX boyfriend to hear them? Use that loser David all you want. Your comments and sources don’t work. Be a REAL parent, the one you were when we were married and let’s save our daughter and give her her life back."

Although Michael denies Lindsay is seeking a restraining order against him, he does realize Lindsay is so afraid he really will kidnap her he made the following statement to clarify:

"I just meant I’d like to detox her myself, but of course I’d get arrested. People will twist my words to mean what they want. The bottom line is, Lindsay needs help, and no one wants to do anything."

Lindsay hasn’t gotten a restraining order, but she did say:

"I’m so hurt that someone who calls himself my father, needs to use the press to communicate with me."

"I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months. It’s so sad that he needs to stay in the media spotlight by using my name and making up excessive lies. He should instead try to be a real father."

Michael has no way to help Lindsay, except to shout it from the rooftops to put public pressure on her. We know Michael loves attention, but we don’t fault him for talking about helping Lindsay when her mother won’t.

Lindsay looks so horrible. She looks like she is in her fifties.

Despite enabler, and mother, Dina Lohan trying to get everyone, including her ex husband Michael Lohan, to leave Lindsay Lohan alone so she can continue her death spiral, Lindsay herself continues to reinforce the facts.

Just days after appearing in court, looking wasted, for violating her DUI probation by skipping alcohol education classes, Lindsay was out partying at Teddy’s nightclub in Hollywood. Remember when Lindsay said she only went to clubs because she was there to support DJ Samantha Ronson? What’s her excuse now, no cover charge on ladies night?

Lindsay wouldn’t have to hide from the paparazzi if she would just stay home.

On Saturday Dina Lohan responded to Michael Lohan who says their daughter Lindsay Lohan is back on drugs, and in trouble. Dina said:

"Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly."

On Saturday, Michael told the photo agency X17:

"I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping."

During a taping Thursday of The Maury Povich Show, Michael looked into the camera and relayed the following message to Lindsay:

"I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone."

While Michael says he’s planning to meet with a judge and seek conservatorship, a source says that Lindsay herself plans to turn to the courts and seek a restraining order against her father. The source said:

"Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer have already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious."

Lindsay does need to be under a conservatorship, but neither Michael nor Dina should be in control of it. Dina is benefiting financially from Lindsay, and continues to enable her, Michael is too much of a mess himself to be able to handle Lindsay’s problems.

Lindsay was in court a few days ago getting another second chance, and looking wasted in front of the judge, yet no one showed any concern. People may have cared about Britney Spears, but it seems no who can help Lindsay, cares enough to help Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today for violating her second DUI parole terms after missing alcohol education classes. Lohan’s excuse was that she left the country for work, so she couldn’t attend the classes. Judge Revel said to Lohan:

"I ordered you into court today because I wanted to speak to you directly. I don’t want to get any more notices again that you might be in violation of probation, no warrants … where you’re thumbing your nose at the court."

Judge Revel ordered Lohan to get prior court approval the next time she leaves Los Angeles for work, warned that any failure to comply with the terms of her probation could lead to jail time, and extended her probation by another year so Lohan could complete her alcohol education classes.

Earlier this year, the court issued an arrest warrant for Lohan, also related to her class enrollment, but the matter was later determined to be a misunderstanding and was dismissed, as was this incident.

Judge Revel sounded like she was going to finally take Lohan’s behavior seriously until she said:

"I’m rooting for you to successfully complete probation."

Lohan doesn’t need a fan on the bench right now, she needs what amounts to stern parental guidance.

Maybe it’s just me, but Lindsay looked wasted with those blood shot eyes sitting in front of the judge that gave her another break. If I were the judge I would have ordered Lohan to jail for the remainder of her probation plus one year, and upon release from jail she’d have to attend every class or face jail time again. There is an easy way to fix spoiled brats like Lohan, take their privileges away along with their freedom. Michael Lohan agrees with me, he just released a statement that reads:

“I’ve just gotten off the phone with the judge and I’m not happy. She needs to put my daughter in rehab. How could that judge have let her just walk in to court and walk right back out? The least they could have done was give her a drug test at the door.”

The judge was star struck, which can affect good judgement.

Lindsay Lohan pleaded guilty for a DUI, for which she got three years probation in 2007, and 84 minutes in jail. Lohan was supposed to be attending the Right on Program for alcohol education, but she took a leave of absence to work as a failed "artistic advisor" for Ungaro. Lohan is now in trouble because the alcohol school reported to the judge that she never returned, until yesterday after Lohan was ordered to appear before a judge today.

Lohan has six weeks left to finish the alcohol education program, and since she has now started attending classes again her lawyer is hoping the judge will give her a pass for violating her probation.

We are hoping Lohan gets jail time for the remainder of her probation. Lohan is a danger to herself, and she needs a big dose of reality.

Michael Lohan went on Maury Povich, for some attention, but also to try to put public pressure on Lindsay to get help. As much as I think Michael does a lot of this for attention, at least he’s doing something to help Lindsay, which is more than Dina Lohan can say.
