Lindsay Lohan Doing Cocaine in the Bathroom – Video

Lindsay Lohan was at someone’s house over the weekend, and was in the same bathroom with Brandon Davis who appeared to be snorting cocaine. The paparazzi video taped all the action through the open bathroom window.

Lindsay tweeted on Twitter that the it wasn’t her the paparazzi filmed:

“hahaha x17online posted photos of NOT ME inside someone’s bathroom…
All negativity & bad karma..nice try though kids-u should do a deal with michael lohan sr a match made in heaven! perfect, he’s religious!
Thank you for keeping my company!”

Lindsay also tried to insinuate that somehow her father’s allegations about her continued drug use were behind the video. We watched the video, and clearly saw Lindsay leaving the house she says she wasn’t at. One thing we know to be true, Lindsay is a habitual liar, and while Michael Lohan likes attention, so far he hasn’t lied, which is why he has been releasing taped conversations between himself, Lindsay and Dina Lohan.

Lindsay is still on probation for her DUI. The judge needs to see this video, and order Lindsay to take a drug test.

Michael Lohan Offers to be Electrocuted for Lindsay Lohan

In his bid to get a reality TV Show Michael Lohan offered to stand outside during a lightening storm to risk getting struck by lightening to pray for Lindsay Lohan to be saved.

Michael looks desperate for attention, just like he does when he released taped conversations with Dina and Lindsay. The saddest part is that Michael doesn’t even have any interesting ideas to get media attention, just ideas that make people concerned about his mental health.

Lindsay Lohan Has to Buy Her Own Drinks

Lindsay Lohan can’t get anything for free anymore, since she’s slipping from the D List to the F List. Lohan (23) was partying at the Crown Bar in Los Angeles November 6 when she, according to one onlooker, caused quite a scene when asked to ante up for her drinks. The onlooker said:

"Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown. She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information."

Before Lindsay left the club around 2:30 a.m., the onlooker says:

"She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying ’I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’ "

Only celebrities get drinks on the house Lindsay. It’s a surprise anyone even let her in the front door.

Michael Lohan Could Go To Jail

Michael Lohan released tapes of his conversations with Dina Lohan on the phone from back in 2008. The problem is that Dina had a protection order in effect until 2011 that forbids Michael from communicating with Dina, even by phone or email. Lindsay does not have a protective order.

If the court finds Michael violated the protective order he could go to jail. Dina won’t face any penalty, even though she had the order to protect her, but still spoke to Michael. If I were the judge I’d throw out the protective order since its obvious Dina doesn’t think she needs it. I’d also order Michael to stop releasing those tapes publicly, and to handle his family matters in private.

Last night Lindsay Lohan took another stab at her father by telling paparazzi taking pictures of her:

"Guys why don’t you go find my dad, he’s the one that wants the pictures."

Lindsay’s male companion then hit a parked care in front of them, and drove off, while the paparazzi chanted:

"Hit and run, hit and run."

The problem with the court system is they encourage family conflict with a winner and loser mentality, made worse sometimes with protective orders. It would be a nice change if courts started with counseling, since most families that end up in court are dysfunctional, and could use some understanding of their behavior.

Emanuel Ungaro Says Lindsay Lohan Was a Disaster

Emanuel Ungaro, who sold his business and is no longer involved in the label that carries his name, called the Lindsay Lohan collection "a disaster" on Monday night. Ungaro also said:

"I’m furious but there isn’t a thing I can do. I have absolutely no link with that house," adding the label is well on its way to "losing its soul."

Ungaro’s strong comments come after Lohan failed at her role as "artistic adviser" for the Ungaro fashion house.

Lindsay Lohan Crying on Phone Call

Michael Lohan started releasing phone calls he recorded from his daughter Lindsay Lohan. In this one Lindsay is crying a lot over stuff.

We believe Michael wants to help Lindsay get help, but releasing personal phone call tapes from a daughter to her father isn’t going to embarass Lindsay into getting help. The tapes might just cause Lindsay to sink deeper into her hole. Despite how much Michael might be able to identify with Lindsay’s situation, he might not be the best person to help her, which is unfortunate, because no one seems interested in helping Lindsay except her father.

Rachel Lee Robbery Ring Leader

Police say that Rachel Lee (19), above left, is considered to be the "master mind" of the robberies, or burglaries, of the celebrity homes of Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Bilson, and Audrina Patridge.

Lee was arrested on Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada. Law enforcement claim Lee is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses, and other personal items. When Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father’s Las Vegas home, including two laptops, photographs of a partially n*de woman (Paris Hilton), photographs of Lee’s friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.

Cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson, and partially n*de photographs linked to Paris Hilton.

Police also arrested Nicholas Prugo (above), who police suspect was just as involved as Lee. Prugo has a previous narcotics conviction, according to reports.

Burgulary suspect Alexis Neiers (above), aka Alexis Taylor, says Nick Prugo was definitely involved:

"I know for a fact Nick did all of these burglaries. He did every single burglary, he told me this after the police let him go. Nick is blaming people, trying to get the blame off himself."

Alexis then described the roles of the other four suspects:

"Rachel Lee was his [Prugo’s] main accomplice, and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold the stuff they had taken, and he’s friends with Courtney Ames and that’s why she was arrested."

Alexis finished up by explaining how she got caught up in the investigation, saying:

"The only reason they came to my house was because they thought I was holding property for Nick, they even searched my house and found nothing. I’m innocent in all of this and feel terrible for all the people who got robbed."

Why would Prugo, and all those other criminals, feel they could trust Alexis with details about their crimes? If she knows too much, she could also be involved.

Cops say the search warrants were issued in Los Angeles, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and Las Vegas, and during one of the searches, "three firearms and a large amount of narcotics" were found."

Cops also say property recovered during the searches "was among that stolen during a series of burglaries committed at the residences of well known celebrities."

Courtney Ames (above) was also arrested after police found a picture, on Prugo’s computer, of Ames holding a ton of money in her hands. Alexis says Ames only got arrested because she is friends with Roy Lopez. Really? We don’t buy the stories Alexis is telling, and we doubt police are either. If they can find the evidence Alexis will probably be headed to jail next.

Lindsay Lohan Says Ali Lohan Can Handle Partying at Nightclubs

Lindsay Lohan has been taking her eager underage sister Ali Lohan to 21 and over nightclubs to party even during school nights, but Lindsay says Ali can handle it:

We’ve been seeing Lindsay Lohan drag her 15-year-old sister, Ali, around to various late-night events, and yeah, we do think it’s a little strange and probably not a good idea.
Well, turns out we’re wrong. According to Lindsay, Ali can handle it.
"She’s tougher than I am," Linds told Life & Style. "She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn’t have a big sister."
It’s too bad there was no one there to give Lindsay lessons on how to party responsibly, pass along awesome hand-me-downs or share practical skin care tips, otherwise things might have been a lot different. As such, Ali’s going to be a much better partyer.
Already, Ali’s got one thing going for her because she knows when to call it a night and do her homework…
"She’s really good about that," Lindsay says. "If I’m going out late, she’ll go home early."

The reason Ali is called minor is because she lacks the judgment to make decisions about going to 21 and over nightclubs with a sister that has been in-and-out of rehab as many times as McDonalds has served Big Macs. We shouldn’t be worried for Ali, because Lindsay is just teaching her the clubbing ropes. Going out on school nights is really not a big problem for Dr. Ali, because she is home schooled by genius mother of the year Dina Lohan. With a sister like Lindsay, and a mother like Dina, Ali will probably end up becoming the President of the United States or something great like that.

Alec Baldwin Hosts Elle Women in Hollywood Awards

Alec Baldwin stole the show at the all women Elle Magazine 16th annual Women in Hollywood Awards. Baldwin had the ladies laughing during his entire bit, he said:

"I want to assure you that I didn’t steal this role from a more qualified woman. There was an audition process. The audition required me to move a couch, fall asleep in front of the TV, and open a particularly stubborn jar of pickles… If Tom Cruise would simply lower his quote by a mere $29 million, my salary would not make a difference. My annual salary is the budget for Altoids on one of Tom’s movies."

Alec poked fun at skinny actresses saying:

"Movie actresses are so skinny if I had a love scene I would crush them."

About Renee Zellweger he said:

"She is so tiny, but she’s got a big voice. I’ve been to parties with her and you can hear her voice anywhere, but you can’t understand a word she says."

No one was left spared:

"Tonight the job goes to Julie Andrews. You have three choices: You can follow Robert Pattinson into the men’s room, rush the stage during a Taylor Swift concert and tell her how great Henry Mancini is, or to publicize the Blu-Ray release of The Sound of Music, or you can release one of your own grandchildren in a balloon into the air."

Lindsay Lohan made an appearance, too, as the butt of a Baldwin joke about how DreamWorks executive Jeffrey Katzenberg is one of most powerful men in show business.

"Even more than Lindsay Lohan’s psychiatrist."

In case you’re wondering why Baldwin would take a job of hosting a women’s event, he will work anywhere he can earn a paycheck, even as a Fox News contributor, if they’d pay him for appearing.
