I don’t need any more subliminal messages. I get it Lil Wayne, you’re gay. Instead of having that arrrg it hurts look in that ad, shouldn’t you have the "O" face?

Lil’ Wayne, aka Dwayne Carter Jr., was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night on three felony counts: possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cops say that the Drug Enforcement Agency was involved in the arrest, which means this is very serious.

Wayne is currently in the custody of the Yuma County Sheriff’s Department, where he’ll be held pending his arraignment at 9:00 AM PST.

Wayne was arrested in Idaho last year for felony possession of drugs. Idaho, like Arizona, is a no drug tolerance state, which means Lil’ Wayne could face some serious time in jail. In the 1980s Arizona used to distribute pamphlets which outlined how many years in prison a person could get if they were convicted of possession of various drugs. Each drug possession conviction carried a mandatory number of years in prison. In addition, cops in Arizona were spraying marijuana fields with a chemical agent that would cause lung cancer, as an alternative to cutting and disposing of the fields of pot.

Rappers JaRule and Lil Wayne were charged Sunday night for criminal gun possession in separate incident, police said.

Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter; and Ja Rule whose real name is Jeff Atkins was in Manhattan—Carter performed at his concert at the Beacon Theatre shortly after being spotted smoking marijuana and carrying a 40-caliber pistol, authories said.

An hour earlier, Atkins was stopped for speeding and the police also found a 40-caliber pistol. It was unclear if Atkins performed at the theatre that night.
