Paris Hilton Neighbors Tattle About Her Reckless Way with Pets

Residents living near Paris Hilton’s West Hollywood home anxiously await her return and the partying and paparazzi swarm that will surely follow.

Not satisfied with merely complaining to authorities, the neighbors have been snitching to the New York Post.

"She treats her animals horribly. They are always getting out and running around the neighborhood. She had a little orange kitty about a year ago that kept getting out and we kept telling her it was outside. She didn’t seem like she cared, and then one day the cat got run over in the middle of the street and died. Not long after, little [Chihuahua] Tinkerbell came to my door and I left a note on her gate. Her assistant came over frantic and tried to offer me a $40 reward. I said, ‘Don’t insult me.’ "

Another neighbor said, "I found two little Chihuahuas of hers running up and down the street with cars and people going up and down. I put them in my bathroom and called Paris. Her assistant answered and said, ‘You can’t drop them off! Miss Hilton isn’t home!’ She took three hours to come get them. Meanwhile she lives five houses away."

There has been widespread speculation about where Tinkerbell has been of late. The harshest accusation on gossip sites had tended to be that Paris is easily bored and stopped bringing them out with her.

In our wildest dreams we never imagined that she was letting her tiny companions roam free. Does she hope to thin the herd through the natural selection enforced by cars and coyotes?

West Hollywood Neighbors Brace for Paris Hilton’s Release

ABC News reports that folks who reside near Paris Hilton are "dreading" her return.

Hilton’s neighbors have filed more than 50 complaints to L.A. City Councilman Jack Weiss since her brief release from prison June 7, according to Weiss’ deputy chief of staff, Lisa Hansen. Most of the complaints were about helicopter noise, parking, access issues and other disruptions caused by the horde of press. Weiss is working on a plan to stop the frenzy from descending on the Hollywood Hills again.

"The neighborhood has very narrow, winding streets that do not have parking and do not have sidewalks, so we’re working primarily with the LAPD and the Department of Transportation to try to minimize the disruption," Hansen said.

But if Hilton’s neighbors are looking to oust her from the ‘hood, they’re going to face an uphill battle. Frank Mateljan, spokesman for the L.A. city attorney’s office, said West Hollywood residents would have a hard time making a legal case against the heiress.

Earlier this week, we wrote about some neighbors who circulated a memo urging others to file written complaints with the city and consider legal action against the paparazzi.

Motley Crue Sues the Manager They Blame for Tommy Lee’s Bad Judgment

We’re not attorneys and certainly can’t claim to be experts in legal matters, but this $20 million lawsuit Motley Crue has filed against one of their managers strikes us as misdirected frustration.

Instead of taking their anger out on Tommy Lee for being a bonehead and doing a couple of stupid reality shows at the expense of the band’s tour, they’ve sued their shared manager for lining up the gigs and "pushing" Lee into those projects.

That’s kind of like suing Pamela Anderson for ruining Tommy’s reputation by being really hot and enticing him into having sex on the boat, in front of a camera.

What made Motley Crue think they could count on him to put the band first?

Where have you guys been? Don’t you watch TV? It isn’t 1985 anymore.

At this point, everyone expects Tommy Lee’s extracurricular activities to be recorded.

It’s what he does.
