Lawyer Milloy Arrested for DUI

Lawyer Milloy, who plays for the Atlanta Falcons, was arrested for DUI at 9:48 am on Monday in Georgia. After being released from jail Milloy issued the following statement:
"I apologize to my family, my teammates, (owner Arthur) Blank, Coach Mike Smith, (general manager) Thomas Dimitroff, and our great fans for the incident that occurred following Sunday’s game at Tampa Bay."
Mike Smith said after he talked with Miloy:
"Any time any of our players are in this type of situation, we are extremely disappointed. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t stress enough, it’s unacceptable."
Milloy, a 13-year NFL veteran in his third season with the Falcons, could be suspended by the league for violating its personal conduct policy. Smith said the Falcons will wait and see what legal decision is made before deciding on their own action.
Michael Vick, who was a quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons, is currently serving time in prison.
Less than 24 hours after Milloy’s arrest, the Falcons lost 24-9 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a National Football League Game.
