Police in Michigan are investigating the claim of a woman who says that Kid Rock pushed her when she was a guest at his home last week.

According to an Oakland County, Mich. Sheriff’s report, as reported by the Detroit News, Rock invited a man and a woman over to his house in suburban Detroit on March 8, after meeting them at a local bar. At some point during the visit, the woman allegedly became "rude and obnoxious," at which point, according to the woman herself, Kid became verbally abusive, swore at her, grabbed her neck, and pushed her into a snow bank.

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, denies the allegation through his attorney: "We will be pursuing litigation against this woman as soon as we determine her identity. Rock made an error in judgment … There was no assault, there was no altercation." The statement, as the Detroit News reports, also suggests that the woman has been stalking Rock for "over a year."

No one has been arrested, and an under-sheriff says that the matter has been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office.

On San Diego Channel 933 one of the DJs was talking about her weekend trip to Los Angeles where she reports to have seen Paris Hilton making out with Kid Rock. Name one person Paris wouldn’t make out with. Here’s more:

I went to Hollywood hot spot Les Duex on Friday night and I saw Paris Hilton Hooking up with Kid Rock! Yes, I saw her drunk dancing all over him kissing him. Travis Barker was also there earlier, before Paris was all over Kid Rock. Her sis Nicky Hilton was also in the house partying with Matt Leinert. Rachel Bilson was sitting nearby at her own table peacefully. And Jesse Metcalf was roaming around.

Kid Rock has surpassed “charmingly aggressive” and has graduated to the “scarily violent” stage.

The "Bawitdaba" singer (who officially looks ready to star in the TNT original movie ZZ Top: The Early Years) has it out for rocker Tommy Lee but wasn’t letting a little thing like doors stand in his way over holiday weekend.

When Rock, 35, heard that Lee, 44, was in Las Vegas to play The Joint with his band Rock Star Supernova, he headed over to his hotel room to “kick some serious ass,” a source tells Page Six.

"Kid is divorcing Pam Anderson, but he heard [her ex] Tommy was hooking up with her, and got all riled up," says the source. "So he went over at 6 a.m. with two bodyguards, and began kicking down what he thought was Tommy’s door. Only it wasn’t — and Kid found himself staring at some poor, startled family. He signed an autograph for them as security arrived, then bolted over to the Paradise strip club."

Lee’s rep tells the New York Post, "Tommy is aware that this incident occurred, but wasn’t at the time as he was staying on another floor."

While Rock was clearly in the holiday spirit of giving when he elected to sign an autograph for the startled, non-Tommy family before his departure, the real gift was supplying the clan with a post-Christmas story for the ages that starts, “Remember the year Kid Rock kicked in our door in Vegas?” However, next time, Rock should consider going the extra mile in his almsgiving. “Remember the year Kid Rock kicked in our door in Vegas and then apologized by taking us out for celebratory lap dances?” makes for a more riveting tale, and is fun for the whole family.

Kid Rock wasn’t lonely for long after he and Pamela Lee Anderson split last week. Our sources say Rock was already in contact with his ex-girl friend Conchita Leeflang, a Suriname native. The two dated in 2005, and on Leef lang’s Web site there are numerous pictures of the two at the 2005 Kentucky Derby and on a private plane. Anderson is said to have been suspicious of the two’s friendship for several months – with good reason. A Nashville source said when Rock visited there several months ago, he spent a lot of time chatting up a "Pamela look-alike."

It’s safe to say at this point, Pamela Anderson married Kid Rock with plans to divorce him to get money out of the marriage. Apparently Pam’s plan to get child support by having a Kid Rock baby ended with an unconfirmed miscarriage.

Friends of Kid Rock (real name Bob Richie) say his marriage to Pam Anderson ended after four months because he was tired of staying home with the kids while she was out partying.

Yesterday, we told you how the final straw came when Richie exploded after watching his wife in the "Borat" movie – calling her a "whore" and a "slut."

But, "Bob rearranged his life for Pamela," a Rock pal tells us. "He moved from Detroit – something he said he would never do – and moved his son to L.A. to be with her."

But once Rock was in L.A., he found himself a single father to not only his son, Robert James Richie Jr., but to Anderson’s two kids, Brandon and Dylan, as well.

"Pamela would go out almost every night and end up at [photographer] David LaChapelle’s studio," Rock’s friend says. "Bob was home alone with the three kids."

The "Baywatch" babe confirmed that scenario in this month’s Blender, which quotes her as saying, "When I go to Hollywood, I start at the Chateau Marmont and then I usually end up naked in David LaChapelle’s studio taking crazy pictures. That’s usually a night for me. Four or five in the morning, lying across a car in David’s studio."

Kid Rock was also said to suspect that Anderson was less than truthful about the miscarriage she claims she had. "Bob never saw any proof or heard from her at any time that she was pregnant. She announced she had a miscarriage. He flew to Canada [where she’s shooting "Blonde and Blonder"] to be with her and she went out every night."

As for marital assets, Rock’s pal says, "Pamela doesn’t have the money in the relationship – he does. She also refused to sign a pre-nup that he asked her to."

A rep for Anderson said, "There was an agreement there would be a post-nup, which was being negotiated up until they split. Pam is a wonderful mother, always there for her kids, and has only been to David’s twice since she married. And unfortunately, she absolutely had a miscarriage and only found out she was pregnant a few days before."

An Anderson friend adds, "Every time Pam was shooting her movie, her mother came to watch the kids because Bob was in Detroit recording an album. He never once single-parented her kids."
