Sam Lutfi is expected at the offices of Kevin Federline lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, for a deposition in the custody case. Lutfi has tried to block the deposition, even running from Aaron Cohen, who served him with the depo subpoena.

One of the lines of questioning is expected to involve the photo agency X17. Kaplan wants to know if Britney Spears made a deal with X17 to "catch" her living life, and if Lutfi helped arrange the deal or collect the money for her. If Britney is making money from a photo agency, the commissioner would not be happy about it.

There are many rumors that Britney has been making deals to swap photo ops for cash with several photo agencies.

Britney Spears filed an emergency motion with the court to restore visitation with her two children in a "therapeutic setting," meaning under the treatment of medical professionals. Britney almost made it to the court room to testify then left abruptly. No one, not even her attorney knows why Britney left, but it seems to be her usually unusual behavior. The bottom line, Britney should not get any more unscheduled emergency hearings. She doesn’t care enough about her kids to even appear in court. Britney should be billed for the waste of the court’s time.

The commissioner has repeatedly ordered her to get a medical evaluation, but Britney has refused to comply.

The final order today is that Kevin Federline continues to retain 100% legal custody of the children, and Britney has zero visitation nor contact rights. Too bad sterilzation isn’t legal.

This week’s issue of In Touch magazine maintained that Sam Lutfi found a suicide note written by Britney Spears in the bathroom where the "Toxic" singer said she wanted to "rest in peace" and was "sorry for never making her life what everyone else wanted," a supposed friend told the weekly.

In late November, In Touch reported that Britney was pregnant with music producer J.R. Rotem’s child but the story has since been widely discredited, mostly by Britney’s still-flat stomach.

Sam Lutfi is now denying reports that Britney Spears left a suicide note before being rushed to Cedars Sinai after the bathroom stand-off between her, and the LAPD earlier this month. Sam said:

"Absolutely, 100% NOT true."

If the note were real, Kevin Federline will have his attorney present it at the divorce trial for sure.

Britney Spears’ latest crazy behavior happened in the middle of an upscale clothing store!

On Jan. 13, the troubled pop star and her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib hit up the Betsey Johnson store at the Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks, Calif., where they caused a disturbing commotion.

Britney grabbed dresses from the racks and disappeared into a dressing room with Adnan. Moments later, Britney came out completely naked, shocking salesclerks!

"I was blown away. Britney’s private parts were right in front of me!" a store employee tells Life & Style.

"I grabbed a dress to cover her and she screamed, ’Get away from me! Don’t you f—— come near me!’ says the employee.

"Then she disappeared in the dressing room with Adnan for 45 minutes. They were making weird noises. It was disgusting."

When Britney and Adnan stumbled out, Britney mumbled something unintelligible. "I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent," says the employee. "Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone.

"Then she muttered, ’F— you!’ and left the store."

Britney treats others the way she would like to be treated.

News has now surfaced that Adnan Ghalib is a muslim who has fought in several wars against Christians. Adnan is dangerous, which is why the paparazzi listen to him, and Britney should stay away from him. The U.K.’s Daily Mail is reporting that Britney is paying Adnan to be her personal assistant 24/7, and her bodyguard.

Adnan Ghalib fought in Afganistan, Kosovo, and Macedonia, and "is a trained weapons expert so he’d make a good bodyguard," a source said. The source also said that Adnan often spoke about other celebs’ bodyguards and seemed to know much more about security and how to enforce it than other paps. The United States military has been involved in both Afganistan where the Muslim Taliban was overthrown, and Kosovo where Muslims were at war with Christians from Serbia during the Clinton presidency. Britney likes danger, so she’ll stay close to Adnan. It’s a good thing Sean Preston and Jayden James are staying with their dad.
