Kelly Osbourne has postponed getting married to Luke Worrall until he can get drunk with her, Kelly says:

"Luke and I are engaged and we’ll get married when I want to. But he isn’t even 21 yet, so he can’t drink in America, so what’s the point in getting married until he can?"

The point is you marry someone because you love them, and want to share the rest of your life with them, you don’t marry someone to be your drinking buddy.

Emmy-nominated host Tom Bergeron appeared on Good Morning America today to reveal the record number of stars that will appear on Dancing with the Stars.

Paula Abdul did not make the list. Add that to Paula’s list of incredible offers that didn’t pan out.

Tom DeLay? Really? Even Kelly Osbourne made the list, and she’s listed as a singer. I had no idea Kelly could sing. This should be an interesting season.

I did find Kelly singing One Word at the 2005 Australian VMA, and sad to say her singing was worse than the amateurs at a Karaoke bar.

Kelly Osbourne checked into an Oregon Rehab, according to Star Magazine. Kelly is staying in the Hazelden Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation center in Newberg, Oregon. She checked in on Wednesday, January 21.

Sharon told RadarOline:

"Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it. Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out. We just pray that everything’s going to be okay."

This will be the third trip to rehab for the 24-year-old. She previously did a stint at Promises in Malibu, California in 2004 for addiction to prescription painkillers and the following year she was in another facility, Las Encinas in Pasadena, California.

Kelly checked into rehab just days after she was arrested for assaulting a gossip writer in a bar, because the writer implied that Kelly’s fiance, Luke Worral, is stupid.

We think alcohol was part of the problem, but we also think Kelly’s legal counsel suggested rehab to remake her image before she faces the court. It always looks good when you take responsibility.

Kelly Osbourne (24) was arrested for slapping gossip columnist Zoe Griffin. Kelly is said to have been in a rage because Griffin implied Kelly’s fiancé, Luke Worrall (19), was stupid, when he said Luke didn’t know what an earthquake was. Although the assault took place in New York in Punk nightclub, Kelly went with her lawyer and turned herself in to London police. A Met spokesman said:

"We can confirm a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police by appointment on 2 January. She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29 August 2008. She has been bailed until a date in March."

Griffin told police about the assault:

“Kelly shouted loudly in my ear, ‘I have an issue with you. Everyone has been laughing at my boyfriend.’ Then I felt a hard slap.”

Kelly’s mom Sharon Osbourne recently attacked and assaulted Megan Hauserman after Megan insulted her husband Ozzy.

People make insults all the time. It’s bate, don’t take the bate. Violence is never the answer in a civil dispute. Sharon got away with her assault, but that doesn’t set a good example for Kelly. Assault is a crime. Insults are free speech.

Although Kelly Osbourne has only been dating Luke Worrall since May, the couple are already engaged to be married. Kelly has been wearing a ring on her wedding finger since September.

Sharon Osbourne, who met Luke during a lunch meeting in July, is said to like him. A friend of the family said:

"Their families were a little concerned at first that they are so young, but they just want to see them happy."

Kelly herself said recently:

"Would I marry him? Yes, you never know. But I’m still really young so we’ll have to wait and see. I really do love him, we get on so well."

On Saturday Luke changed his Facebook status to "engaged to Kelly Osbourne."

Unlike brother Jack, Kelly has always seemed very insecure, and self conscious. She really needs someone to lean on, but if the relationship falls apart she is likely to become a big mess. I’ve got my fingers crossed for Kelly.
