Reports say that Nicole Kidman, who’s worth about $150 million, has had Keith Urban sign a prenup that guarantees him just over $600,000 a year for every year they are together, the New York Post reports. There’s also a clause that excuses her from giving a cent if Urban, an ex-coke addict, uses illegal narcotics or boozes excessively. The agreement, signed in Los Angeles earlier this month, also calls for joint custody of any kids the couple has together.

Kidman, 39, is slated to wear a long white gown with a Victorian-style high collar during the Catholic ceremony now expected to be held at an old Gothic chapel overlooking the sea in the Sydney suburb of Manly.

The 200 guests who’ll toast the couple under a huge white tent after the vows include Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Russell Crowe, Naomi Watts, Hugh Jackman and Lachlan, Sarah Murdoch, and exes Renée Zellweger and Kenny Chesney.

Urban is expected to croon a few love songs to his bride including his ballad, “Making Memories of Us.”

Meanwhile, Kidman held her bachelorette party at her sister Antonia’s home (instead of a spa, as was previously reported). The stripper-free affair ended up being quite tame and included a recipe exchange.

Nicole Kidman and fiancé Keith Urban are breaking out the charm on the paparazzi. Photographers set up camp outside Kidman’s harborside home in Sydney after the couple released a statement announcing that they will soon be married in Australia.

To show they have no hard feelings, the couple extended an olive branch on Tuesday, sending out a case of beer and water bottles to the parched shutterbugs.

According to the Associated Press, on the case of 24 bottles of “Victoria Bitter” beer was a note reading: “Enjoy!, Nicole & Keith.” Earlier in the day the paparazzi sent Kidman flowers to celebrate her 39th birthday and sang “Happy birthday” through the gate intercom.

Kidman was all smiles when she emerged later. When asked how she planned to spend her birthday, she replied: “Not much, dinner at home with mum … boring. Thank you for the flowers and the singing.”

She met Urban, a Grammy-award winning country singer, in January 2005 when the pair were honored at an awards dinner hosted by the Australian government in Los Angeles. Kidman was born in Hawaii and raised in Australia, while Urban was born in New Zealand but also raised in Australia.

Details of the wedding remain under wraps, but local media said Kidman is rumored to be having a bachelorette party on Friday at a Sydney day spa and Urban will have his bachelor party on Friday.

Naomi Watts, Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Baz Lurmann (who directed the actress in Moulin Rouge) and News Corp head honcho Rupert Murdoch are rumored to be on the guest list.

Two days ago we showed you pictures that Nicole Kidman was looking obviously pregnant. Today we have even more picture evidence that continues to support a Kidman pregnancy.

It’s no wonder Kidman and Keith Urban have chosen to get married at this time. With Kidman pregnant they need to tie the knot before the baby is born. Not all celebrities feel they need to marry first, but that is the obvious reason for marriage here.

With all the attention surrounding baby Suri, there’s no doubt Kid-Urban will be big news, and Tom Cruise will be asked how he feels about it. Then there’s the news about Tom inviting Kidman to his wedding to close out that relationship (according to Scientology rules), so he can start a new one with Katie Holmes.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and nickname Kidman’s baby Kid-Urban. I’m also going to predict that this baby will be a Boy. In country lingo the baby would then be called Wild Kid-Urban.
