Rihanna and Josh Hartnett met at NYC hotspot Pink Elephant after Rihanna’s performance at the Nokia Theater in Times Square, then they made out. Us Magazine reports:

"He walked in and made a bee line straight to her table,” a witness at the club informed OK!. “Right away, they were dancing, drinking Dom Perignon and making out right at the table.”

According to the insider, the groping session lasted for about two hours before the pair exited the club arm-in-arm. “They didn’t come together, but left together,” the witness adds.

Looks like Shia LaBeouf is history for Rihanna. Her forehead looks too much like a Klingon from Star Trek for my taste, but she does have those two bumps on her chest that keep drawing my attention. What are they called? Oh yeah, boobs.

Josh Hartnett snuck away with his new gal, Penelope Cruz, for a spring fling vacation. The two were spotted canoodling at the Parrot Cay private island resort in the Caribbean’s Turks and Caicos last week.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, who were staying at Bruce Willis’ house on the island, were spotted locking lips in the resort’s restaurant.

Josh Hartnett’s publicist would have us believe her client is a gallant gentleman – but others say Hartnett is the type of guy who just stands by during a bar brawl.

Last week, Page Six heard that Hartnett was "involved in a bar fight" on Feb. 17 outside the Lower East Side watering hole Whiskey Ward.

But when we looked into it, his rep said Hartnett actually diffused an argument inside the bar, and we described the star as "chivalrous." That has prompted witnesses from the evening to come forward with their own, different accounts.

"Hartnett was with a group of very aggressive guys and two girls," said a Whiskey Ward patron. "One of the girls in his group claimed a guy in the bar pushed her, and Josh’s friends started getting really heated."

According to multiple witnesses, Hartnett did play a role in cooling down an argument inside Whiskey Ward at 2 a.m. But by closing time early Sunday morning, when the boys took their rumble outside, the actor stood quietly by, we’re told.

"At about 4:15, a group of guys jumped [a fellow patron]," said a female witness to the incident. "They threw him to ground and kicked him. And Josh was just standing by and watching," said the observer, who recounts that the whole fight lasted about four or five minutes.

Friends of Hartnett, along with his reps, denied that account, and said he tried to stop the fight by loudly saying, "Everyone just relax and grow up." His pals also claim the other guys were the aggressors, and that one of them "cold-clocked" a member of the actor’s crew in the head.

But witnesses for the other side said Hartnett’s friends "were aggressive jerks."

This wasn’t the first time Hartnett has had a wild night in downtown Manhattan. In January, the star – who was spotted canoodling with Gisele Bundchen and ex-girlfriend Scarlett Johansson in the same week – reportedly spent time in the bathroom of Mama’s Bar on Avenue B with two girls.

Josh Hartnett was back with bang buddy Scarlett Johansson. They were seen making out last week, and as I said, they are taking Johansson’s "open relationship" policy seriously. Hartnett was spotted at Spotted Pig sucking face with supermodel Gisele Bundchen Saturday night. "They were all over each other," said a spy. Reps for Harnett didn’t return calls, and a rep for Bundchen would not comment.

Though Scarlett Johansson (21) and Josh Hartnett (28) reportedly ended their relationship last month, the pair was spotted reigniting their spark at the TriBeCa restaurant Cercle Rouge on Friday night.

"They had a meal and got progressively cozier as the night went on," a witness tells the New York Post’s Page Six. "Then they started to make out in full view of the restaurant at their table and didn’t really care who saw."

In November, two insiders said that the couple of more than a year had split, and Harnett was seen spending a lot of time with actress Amber Sainsbury, his costar in the upcoming horror-thriller 30 Days of Night.

But the actor was flying solo on Monday when he hit a GQ party at the Soho Grand Hotel (along with Molly Sims, Iman, Julia Stiles and Heather Graham) and chatted up some female guests. Much to their disappointment, Hartnett left alone.

"He sort of snuck off and ran to the elevator without saying goodbye," a guest tells Page Six.

Johansson has really made a point to let everyone know she’s a slut, so a relationship beyond bang buddy seems unlikely.
