Congratulations are in order. Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have a bambino on the way.

E! is reporting it as fact, today, and the Internets are abuzz with purported confirmations from the pop singer’s estranged papa.

Xtina is still touring the Far East and fans have noted that she’s taken to wearing a heart-rate monitor on her wrist. Seems she may have been keeping tabs on her exertion out of concern for her tiny tummy tot.

Guess July 3rd is pregnancy-confirmation day. Any others ready to make any joyous announcements? Demi? Britney? Jessica Simpson?

Despite appearances, Hollywood Grind really isn’t "all Xtina, all the time."

According to the AP Christina Aguilera has revealed that she’s reading scripts and is interested in being an actress, too.

"I am looking forward to moving into another form of what I feel is another creative outlet for me and that would be acting," the 26-year-old singer told reporters Monday in Shanghai, where she was to hold her first mainland China concert.

…"It is something that, when I attempt to do it, I want to do it right so it’s important for me that I do choose the right first role for myself," said Aguilera…

Yawn! Really, Xtina? Please forgive us for not being impressed. Or surprised.

What we really want to hear is an official announcement that you’re preggers. That Jordan Bratman is going to be a proud poppa.

It’s just a matter of time before Christina Aguilera’s reps have to call US Magazine again to deny that she’s preggers.

This rumor is a favorite, and since she’s clearly inexplicably and madly in love with hubby Jordan Bratman, eventually the news will be true.
