Christina Aguilera and Max Say Hello

Christina Aguilera, Jordan Bratman, and their son Max, all posed the cover of Hello magazine. What makes this family so happy … dogs. Christian told Hello:

"I didn’t want any surprises. Honestly, I didn’t want any [vaginal] tearing. I had heard horror stories of women going in and having to have an emergency C-section [anyway]. The hardest part was deciding on his birthday. I wanted to leave it up to fate, but at the same time I was ready to be done early!"

Even though a C-section is four times more likely to have complications, it’s considered very safe since there have been so many performed over the years. Plus you only end up with bikini line scar that looks like a smiley face, if you include the belly button, and n!pples.

Christina described Jordan:

"Jordan wasn’t squeamish at all. He had the video camera ready to go. The most reassuring thing for me was hearing that first beautiful cry. I just welled up with tears."

Jordan is always high, so of course he’s mello. Max is a beautiful baby. His parents really have a bundle of joy now.

Christina Aguilera Reveals Baby Name

Despite various media reports that Christina Aguilera had her baby on Friday, the baby actually arrived late on Saturday night in Los Angeles. The first baby for Christina and Jordan Bratman is a boy, and his name is Max Liron Bratman. Max’s name in Hebrew means "my greatest song." The baby was 6 lbs., 2 oz., and 20.5 inches. Christina has this message for fans:

Dear fans,

Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.

In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song "Save Me From Myself" off my Back to Basics album. This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!

Just a little something to say "thank you" for your undying love and support. It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!

Christina Aguilera Had a Baby Boy

Christina Aguilera gave birth to a baby boy. Yesterday the sex of Christina and Jordan Bratman’s baby had not been revealed. Christina considered named her son Jackson Jake and calling him J.J., but there’s no official word on the boy’s name. Yesterday, at the same hospital, Nicole Richie had a baby girl. It’s like Yin and Yang.

Christina Aguilera is downright giggly as she opens up for the first time about her baby boy, her marriage, and her future in the "Sexy Mama" cover article featured in the January 2008 issue of Marie Claire, on newsstands nationally December 11. Excerpts and quotes from the article include:

It turns out the pregnancy was a bit of a surprise for her and husband Jordan Bratman:

"We were planning on starting to try after the tour. And so, I had gone off the Pill to prepare my body, because I didn’t know how much time it would take. You’ve heard it takes some time — except with Power Egg and Super Sperm here… I’m like, Oh, my God, can you believe it just happened?" said Aguilera.

Aguilera figures she got pregnant when Bratman was visiting her in Georgetown, during the U.S. leg of her ’Back to Basics’ tour… Only problem was she still had a month left on an eight-month world tour where she changes costumes at least 10 times during the show, hangs from a circus pinwheel, rides a carousel horse, plays a dominatrix, and wears major heels throughout:

"I was paranoid. There are so many things that could go wrong — somebody could slip, somebody could fall, I could fall. There was no way in hell I was going to jeopardize my baby for my show." So she wore a well-concealed heart monitor. She didn’t want to broadcast the news. "I didn’t want to make the audience uncomfortable, like, ’Pregnant lady onstage! Is she going to be OK?’ But I had to announce it to my band and my dancers, because I wanted to make sure they had my back."

Aguilera talks about her simple decision not to announce her pregnancy. Somehow it figures that the criminally uncircumspect Paris Hilton would be the one to spill the beans, at an MTV Video Music Awards party. [When asked] if Hilton’s faux pas angered her, she shrugs it off. "Because I hadn’t said anything, people thought I was trying to keep it this big, bad secret, and that’s not the case at all. I just wasn’t commenting. I’m not being like, ’Hey, everybody, I’m pregnant!’ I’m not that girl."

Aguilera says she likes the idea of a big family, although she doesn’t have a set number of kids in mind… But the domestication of Christina Aguilera is likely to be complicated. What will it mean for someone who has treated her confrontational sexuality as both a rallying cry and a right?

"We’re so labeled. If you’re too sexual, you’re slutty. If you’re not sexual enough, you’re a prude. I like to put it out there as a topic of conversation. Why does it bother you? What’s your problem with it? Am I really hurting you? Let’s get to the root of it. I have more than one side of me that likes to get out on a stage and sing. Sometimes I want to be aggressive, sometimes I want to feel empowered in my sexuality and my vulnerability. I want to put all that out there."

Christina Aguilera told Glamour magazine she would "enter into mommyhood" at the start of next year, that she could "balance" the needs of her child with her career, and "I want to get it right." She adds about her husband Jordan Bratman:

"He’s so supportive and amazing through everything. He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system… I gush. I’m a lucky girl."

No surprise here, but congratulations anyway.

Christina Aguilera, shown here shopping at Bel Bambini on Wednesday, is rumored to be having twins. At a baby shower over the weekend a friend said Christina announced in confidence that she plans to name her baby after her husband Jordan Bratman. A In Touch insider corroborates this info:

â€œShe rubs her baby bump and talks to the baby, calling it Jordy. Christina’s friends all bought boy-themed gifts for the shower, all blue.â€

Does that mean twin boys? Hopefully they come out better looking than their papa. It’s too bad they’re not girls. I’d love to see twin Christinas grow up. Move over Olsen twins, there’s a new set of twin hotties in town.

Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman shopped at Bel Bambini for baby clothes. From the looks of the shopping it’s safe to predict Christina will be having a girl as previously reported. Jordan reminds me of one of those weird nerds from high school who talks to himself, and brags to his Dungeons and Dragons crew about his ability to vanquish wizards. I’ve seen a picture of Jordan getting high, so maybe I’m wrong about him. Maybe he’s just the kind of guy who sits at home watching the kids, getting high, taking naps, and gets to play a wizard while he’s banging his outrageously hot wife.

Although Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman haven’t officially announced her pregnancy, Ken Ehrlich, Executive Producer of this year’s Emmy telecast, and Paris Hilton did at two separate events. It’s surprising Paris could take time out from pleasing her boyfriends to use her mouth to speak. OK! is reporting Christina will be having a baby boy.

It’s always been a mystery to me why everyone always rubs a woman’s belly when she’s pregnant. If you rub it does a genie pop out and grant the person three wishes? I prefer shaking the snow globes, and seeing the nipples get hard.

Good golly Paris is desperate for attention. Christina was hosting a party at LAX Nightclub in the Luxor when Paris took the microphone at 2 a.m. and said, "Congratulations to the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world. You’re gorgeous."

Jordan Bratman whispered something like, "who invited this b!tch?" The rumor is true, Paris’ mouth is as big as her vagina.
