There are rumors that Jon Gosselin is dating Hailey Glassman, but that may not be the whole story. Not long ago Jon was seen drinking a few beers with Hailey and her mom, while Kate Gosselin was off with the kids, before we knew for sure they were getting divorced.

Gosselin and Glassman were seen in St Tropez together, and although it seemed like a romantic getaway, it may have been for business as well. The pair are working on a kid’s clothing collection along with Christian Audigier who does the Ed Hardy line.

Audiegier’s rep, David Weintraub, who denied the story to a different publication earlier this week, revised the denial after Audigier himself confirmed the collaboration with Gosselin. Weintraub said:

"If Christian told you directly, then that’s exactly what he’s doing."

Glassman, who studied tourism management at Indiana University from 2005-2007, met Jon, through her father, the plastic surgeon who gave Jon’s wife Kate Gosselin a tummy tuck free of charge in 2006 to help her get back in shape after she gave birth to the couple’s sextuplets. Since Jon is also friends with Glassman’s mother, who is a crazed fan of the show which her husband even appeared on during the tummy tuck episode, we wonder if the surgeon is helping to finance the kid’s clothing line. Glassman’s mother on the tummy tuck episode said at the time:

"I can’t wait to meet Kate today. She’s somebody I’d love to help, I’m going to help. Kate is a very outgoing person. Kate is very friendly. I mean, from hello you feel like you’ve known her. She’s like a girlfriend without even knowing her."

Glassman’s has a criminal side with runins with the police since 2005, when she was busted for possession of marijuana. At that time, Glassman, now 22, was caught passing around a marijuana pipe with five other students, according to Indiana University Police Public Information Officer Capt. Jerry Minger. She was found to be in possession of two bags of pot and went through a pretrial diversion program, which is set up for first-time alcohol and drug offenders, says Minger. Her case was closed in November 2006. She was also cited for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage in Indiana in April 2007 and the case was dismissed two months later. Jon Gosselin may seem like an okay dad, but the women he chooses to associate with are all college aged skanks, which makes us wonder what kind of a girl Kate Gosselin was when Jon met her, and if Kate has changed at all.

There is also a rumor floating around that the couple purchased a ring from jeweler-to-the-stars Edouard Nahum on Sunday. The jeweler stopped by Christian Audigier’s yacht to privately show the lovebirds a selection of rings.

Naturally, there’s no use purchasing a ring if it’s not going to be worn on the ring finger for maximum rumor exposure, and that’s just what young Hailey did at the VIP Room in St.-Tropez late on Monday night until 5 a.m.

"They’re engaged but nobody is allowed to say. They’ve been warned to keep it secret," says a source who is close to Nahum.

It’s hard to believe that Jon could possibly be stupid enough to get engaged to a 22 year-old girl he barely knows, but then again he did start a business venture with her.

Kate Gosselin filed for divorce from Jon Gosselin on Monday afternoon in Pennsylvania. Kate released this statement:

"Over the course of this weekend, Jon’s activities have left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to protect myself and our children," Kate said in a statement Monday night. "While there are reasons why it was appropriate and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As always, my first priority remains our children."

We assume the activities Kate is referring to was Jon finding and paying for an apartment in Manhattan, so he has someplace to live. Kate probably didn’t want a penny of the couple’s money to be spent on Jon. He was smart enough to do what he needed to do, when he needed to do it.

Jon released a statement of his own, claiming his wife was the first to make a legal move:

"This afternoon, Kate filed for divorce. Our kids are still my number one priority. I love them and want to make sure they stay happy, healthy and safe. My job is being the best, most supportive and loving father that I can be to my kids, and not being married to Kate doesn’t change that."

"This will be a difficult transition for all of us, but Kate and I will work out a schedule that enables our kids to have plenty of quality time with both of us at home in Pennsylvania. In terms of my marriage, it’s no secret that the past six months or so have been very difficult for Kate and me. We are no different than other couples and parents who are facing a crossroads in their marriage. I am of course deeply saddened that we are divorcing."

It looks like couple therapy isn’t going to be an option. The couple’s show has also been put on hold, and there is no word if the show will continue.

The divorce papers have been sealed.

If we had to choose someone to blame, we’d blame Kate for being so mean, cold, and emotionally unavailable to both Jon and the kids. We believe Kate loves fame and fortune more than her family.

Meanwhile, Jon has been looking for an apartment, and it looks like he found one he likes. The apartment is in Trump Place on Manhattan’s Upper West Side with an estimated price tag of $3,200 per month. The children are currently living with Kate in the couple’s $1.1 million dollar home in Wernersville, Pennsilvania.

With viewers of the show dwindling as hatred for Kate, and her treatment of the children further distancing viewers, TLC says there will be a "big announcement" on the next episode of the show. It would seem that announcement could be Jon and Kate living separately, Jon and Kate divorcing, or a bigger surprise like Jon finding a job in New York where he had to find an apartment.

Kate really tried to make it look like she was getting all emotional over Jon being away, and they weren’t filmed together.

We think the couple are getting divorced, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Ryan Reynolds was asked his opinion of Jon and Kate Plus Eight by Entertainment Weekly, and he said:

“I find that whole situation to be horrible and awful. Every time I see the headlines, I begin an inner hurricane of throwing up. I wanna see Jon & Kate Plus Eight, the Musical. Jon versus Kate. I wanna see four kids on one side, and four kids on the other, snapping menacingly to music as they walk toward one another.”

Brilliant!!! That would have sold out shows, and audiences rolling the isles with laughter!

In shocking footage below, Kate Gosselin sits with her eight kids as they prepare to do a television interview with Access Hollywood in January. The kids complain they’re thirsty.

"I want a drink!" Mady pleads. "I haven’t had a drink all day."

Kate ignores her.

"Mom, I’m going to get dehydrated!" Mady pleads again.

Kate dismisses her: "Yes, me too."

Kate then orders a bottle of water. But instead of offering her daughter a sip, the mom of 8 takes a quick drink.

"I need a drink now!" Mady pleads.

Kate tells her to "be quiet," prompting Mady to cry, "You’re really, really mean!"

Yes, mommy is mean. Kate certainly looks selfish, and self consumed in this shot to us, which is characteristic of a pathological narcissistic personality disorder. It doesn’t surprise us that Jon Gosselin sought affection from another woman. I feel sorry for the kids. Mommy doesn’t seem to care about the kid’s needs, just her own. This isn’t Kate’s first time ignoring her kids, and this isn’t the first time they’ve referred to her as a "mean mommy."

Cancel the show, SAVE THE KIDS!

Today is the Gosselin’s 10th wedding anniversary. Congrats!

Kate said of a photo taken at the sextuplets’ recent fifth birthday party:

"I am thinking this possibly could be our last family picture together. I don’t know…parents of multiples have, like, triple the divorce rate, and I was thinking we were gonna beat that. I don’t know if I can say that anymore. Very swiftly, we turned into two different people, and that’s just hard. I’ve tried for six months to figure out what the problem is, or remedy the problem. It’s so complicated."

We can tell you what the problem is Kate, you are a selfish, cold-hearted, um what’s the word, well you get my point. There’s nothing complicated. You’re the problem Kate, and you’ve pushed Jon away with your selfishness, and now you’re pushing your kids away too. Give the kids to Jon, and go live YOUR life. We know that won’t happen, because the kids are Kate’s paycheck.

You know you’re right I went overboard.. she should have given her water and not just drink it in front of her… she did try to get it but she’s more worried about how she’s going to look on TV etc… she should have got up and picked up the bottle.

It still doesn’t change the fact that the whole family is out of whack because of the money and the fame and the kids are wild and spoiled and the parents don’t have their priorities straight.. Jon does but then? Kate IMO but who knows?

Then you should know if a person is experiencing thirst they are already on the road to dehydration. The point is she could have given her VERY thirsty? daughter a quick sip, but decided not too. Probably worried about getting their little outfits wet. She should have went without also if she wasn’t going to give her daughter any. That is pure cold-hearted selfishness!

I am not sure why she asked for a botttle of water for? herself, but she did address the kids that they would be having water after the interview. There should not be double standards for the adult, but she might not have known how soon the interview would start. Once one kid asks,all the others ask, then bathroom. Her military-like short clear rules keep order and consistency. Yet…sometimes I am uncomfortable that she is too rigid , picky, angry, & treats her husband like one of the kids.
