Michael Caine says Johnny Depp will be The Riddler, and Philip Seymour Hoffman will be The Penguin, in the next Batman blockbuster movie:

"I was with a Warner Bros. executive and I said, ‘Are we going to make another one?’ They said yeah. I said, ‘How the hell are we going to top Heath? And he says ‘I’ll tell you how you top Heath — Johnny Depp as The Riddler and Philip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin.’ I said, ‘S–t, they’ve done it again!’”

If only Heath Ledger were still alive to make this a threesome.

Reports today are claiming Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis will get married this summer on June 14th. A source said:

“They wanted to make it convenient for Johnny’s family in Florida, so the wedding will likely take place in Georgia’s Tybee Island. They’re going to send out invitations in a few weeks.”

Johnny and Vanessa have two children together, and have had a 10 year relationship. This seems like it won’t happen, but it would be great if it did. The decorations and outfits would be something unique for sure.

Paris Hilton had all the blogs fooled, except HG, into thinking she was hanging out with a holy man. Hahaha. The truth has come out only days after Paris faked out everyone else. The holy man is actually an actor named Maxie Santillan (52), who is also a proud grandpa. Max was in Pirates of the Caribbean, and is pictured above with Johnny Depp on the set. Below Paris looks like she can barely contain her giggles as Max blesses her for the paparazzi. Max didn’t break character though because he’s an actor, and Paris is a no talent hack. Max even has a MySpace page.

The biggest giveaway was when Paris and Max did the car picture, which looked just like the picture that included Paris, Britney, and Lindsay. It was the classic fakeout. Nice try Paris, but HG knows your heart is full of poison that even an exorcist couldn’t purify.

Johnny Depp made an unannounced visit to the Great Ormond Street Hospital yesterday to donate nearly $2 million (£1 million) to the London children’s medical center that treated his daughter last year, the Daily Mail reported. Depp’s eight-year-old daughter Lily-Rose spent nine days in the hospital last March when she suffered from kidney failure.

A grateful Depp invited the doctors and nurses to the London premiere of Sweeney Todd last week, and read stories to patients in November dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates Of The Caribbean, the UK paper reported.

Disney also reportedly pledged approximately $20 million (£10 million) to the hospital, which is raising funds for renovations.

Too bad Dennis Quaid’s baby twins didn’t receive that kind of care in Los Angeles.

On August 16 I reported that Jessica Alba was filming a remake of a Chinese ghost movie called The Eye. I just happened to be in Vancouver, B.C. this past weekend. I visited Chinatown on 8-18, and after driving through the Chinatown gate I immediately saw the movie set for the eye on the corner of West Pender Street and Carrall Street. Security there told me they were filming The Eye with Jessica Alba, and they didn’t want any pictures taken by anyone. There were no paparazzi allowed. Good thing I was just an innocent tourist, and even so it was tough to get any pictures.

The first nine pictures are of the the movie set which shows a burned out Chinese shop that looks real. People walking by made up stories about it saying things like the building had been burned out like that for 20 years, even though it was built just for filming that night. Staff said they would be shooting all night until 5 am. The filming took place just down the street from where 21 Jump Street with Johnny Depp was filmed.

They kept Jessica near a black tent during filming, and blocked off foot traffic with police far enough to make a good shot of her impossible during filming. Just around the corner right under the China gate sign was a parking lot with an iron fence around it. While walking by I noticed Jessica was standing beside a white van in slippers and a sweater. I snapped the picture above of her, then staff immediately rushed her into the van. They didn’t give any other opportunity for a good shot of her after that.

Pictures 11 and 12 show the set the next day on 8-19. That fake burned out building turned out to have just been the parking lot for Jack Chow Insurance. It looked so real.
