John Travolta Sues Florida Airport Owners

This is an aerial view of John Travolta’s Florida house in the Jumbolair Aviation Estates fly-in community.
It’s pretty cool, with open "garages" for two of his planes and a helicopter pad out back. Travolta, an avid pilot, was one of the first to purchase a home there, which resulted in a ton of publicity for the place.
According to the lawsuit filed by Travolta, the owners of the airstrip that serves the neighborhood (we know, it’s crazy!) has illegally changed the rules, in an effort to prevent Travolta from landing his Boeing 707 there.
The airport owners deny the allegations and claim that the runway simply can’t support the weight of such a big plane.
That’s a much more interesting dispute than the one we’re in with our neighbor about outdoor lighting, American flags and visitor parking. Wish we had one of Travolta’s planes so we could park it. On our neighbor. Shut that guy right up.

John Travolta Kissed Gay John Waters

Last September, John Travolta was caught kissing his male nanny. His lawyer explained it away at the time as a "customary, non-romantic gesture."
Now the Queen of Weird, John Waters, is backing up Travolta’s claims. When Gatecrasher asked the director of the original "Hairspray" about Travolta’s kiss-off behavior, he responded "He kissed me hello, he kisses everybody!"
This is just what Travolta needs to prove he’s not gay, an endorsement from the gayest man on the planet, John Waters, saying Travolta kisses everybody. Straight guys don’t kiss other guys. It’s a man rule.

Nicole Richie and John Travolta: Photo(shop)s of What Might Have Been
We’ve been laughing all morning about the photo illustrations at PlanetHiltron.com.
It’s like bizarro photoshop! Instead of making celebrities look thinner, younger, taller, wider-eyed and smoother-skinned, PlanetHiltron has altered pictures to make the stars look more like everyday schmoes.
This picture of macho Hairspray star John Travolta and the one of soon-to-be-mom Nicole Richie below look like people we know from around town. Not pretty.
There’s also a great one of Jennifer Aniston as she might look without the trainers, the buffing, the polishing.
It certainly made us feel better about skipping the gym this morning and having waffles instead. Mmmmm…carbs.
See more pics of celebs like Ashlee Simpson, Carmen Electra and Gwyneth Paltrow brought down a notch in the yearbook section.
Awesome. We’re ordering extra syrup after that.
John Travolta Joined the Hair Club for Men

John Travolta can afford hair plugs to regrow his natural hair, but apparently Scientology only approves of wigs.
John Travolta Laments Psychotropic Drugs as Tom Cruise ‘Lite’

Another Scientologist heard from. But, John Travolta is your kinder, gentler Scientologist.
Mr. Kotter would be proud.
Travolta has gone on record with W magazine, saying that recent school violence, like the Virginia Tech and Columbine shootings, are the result of psychiatric drugs.
"I still think that if you analyze most of the school shootings, it is not gun control. It is [psychotropic] drugs at the bottom of it," Travolta told W. "I don’t disagree with anything Tom says. How would I have presented it? Maybe differently than how he did, but it doesn’t matter."
Aha! In one throwaway comment, Travolta has gotten to the bottom of the reason for the 180 on Cruise’s popularity.
We haven’t stopped liking the "Reverend" Cruise so much for what Tom Cruise thinks.
We stopped liking Tom Cruise, because he acts crazy!
