There are a lot of little kids out there who would love to be hugging Elmo like the lucky John Mayer. Hopefully he washed his dirty hands first.

John Mayer is being auctioned on Ebay to help a good cause. Bidding has been set at $25,000, and the fan who makes the bid gets to take a cruise with him. With only 1 day left on the bidding not a single person had bid on Mayer, not even Jennifer Aniston.

Star magazine is alleging that Jennifer Aniston asked John Mayer to marry her. Star quotes a source that says John sent Jennifer a bunch of emails asking her to come back to him, but she said:

"that she’d only take him back if they got married, and he agreed. They both know this is it. She wants to settle down, and finally, so does he. They’ve even talked about having a family, and John said that he couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone but her."

A rumor that Aniston is already pregnant was denied by Aniston’s rep, and altough we don’t believe she is pregnant yet, her clock is ticking, and she might be looking to have that baby before it’s too late. It’s just sad she didn’t have that attitude when she was married to Brad Pitt. Mayer doesn’t seem like marriage material.

As far as the engagement goes, I’ll wait to see the ring before I believe it.

Matt Felker, who used to date Selma Blair, is now dating Jennifer Aniston, who used to date John Mayer. Matt is the latest in a string of boyfriends for Aniston.

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston have ended their non-serious relationship. A friend close to John said:

"There’s been a bit of tension for some time. They initially opted for a break, hoping a trial split might make them stronger. Sadly it doesn’t seem to have worked."

"John took the decision to end things as he felt he just wasn’t ready for the level of commitment that Jennifer deserved."

"Contrary to reports, Jen didn’t want to have kids or marry this year, but she did want to set a timetable for their future together."

"She also wanted him to assure her he would cut down his tours in the future when they did eventually have children."

"Initially, Jennifer was furious when he told her of his decision but now she’s simply sad – not to mention a little heartbroken."

"They have spoken on the phone since the split and are trying to remain on good terms."

"But unless John has a dramatic change of heart, it’s unlikely they’ll rekindle their romance."

The New York Daily News reports Aniston is already dating someone else, and he’s a model in Los Angeles. Aniston doesn’t have serious relationships anymore. She’s still longing for someone like Brad Pitt to come along again.
