nick bollea crash Nick Hogan Crash 911 Tapes Released

The St. Petersburg Times has just posted 911 tapes recorded just moments after Nick Hogan (aka Nick Bollea) crashed his Supra on a Clearwater, Florida road. One caller can clearly be heard saying, "They were racing!" Nick is going to jail unless he can make a plea deal.

Hogan was driving on August 26 when he lost control and hit a palm tree. His friend, 22-year-old John Graziano, was not wearing a seat belt and was seriously injured in the accident. He suffered permanent brain damage and is now in a vegetative state.

Linda Hogan and Hulk Hogan in Vehicular Lunatics – Video

linda and brooke hogan Linda Hogan and Hulk Hogan in Vehicular Lunatics Video

IMV Films made a movie called Vehicular Lunatics about street racing that has been up on YouTube since April 10, 2007, which includes Brooke Hogan, Linda Hogan, and Hulk Hogan, Nick Hogan’s mom. Linda and Hulk Hogan come on in the video at 2:56. Linda gives a guy a high five and says, "I gotta give you props for not missing a race." The guy, Sav, says, "Actually I shot and burned my mom’s car…" Sounds like a sweet guy. IMV Films describes their street racing DVD as, "Vehicular Lunatics on any given day." The video is below, and includes footage that TMZ and ABCActionNews have not yet revealed showing Linda and Hulk Hogan.

ABCActionNews.com out of Tampa Bay, Florida has another clip of of the IMV video from 2005, showing mom Linda Hogan drag racing another vehicle, with daughter Brooke in the passenger seat. The video, from a documentary called "Vehicular Lunatics," also shows Linda boasting, "I love it. The rush, the speed on the road … racing in between all the cars, dodging the cops. It’s awesome." A snippet of the video is below.

The Hogans say that speed wasn’t a factor in the John Graziano accident, instead claiming that Nick’s badly injured pal, John Graziano, failed to wear a seatbelt. The victim of the crash, John Graziano, remains in a coma. If it wasn’t speed then maybe it was the "Vehicular Lunatic" factor, or the Hogan family could just blame Graziano for not wearing his seatbelt, which they did.

Now that the tape of Linda has been made public she says, "I never said that … I would never have said that." It’s all on tape. Linda is a liar. Click here to see video of Linda’s denial.

Nick Hogan Arrested – Finally

nick hogan mug shot Nick Hogan Arrested Finally

Clearwater, Fla. Police have arrested Nick Hogan, (aka Nick Bollea) for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. John has severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

Cops have concluded Nick Hogan was drinking the night he crashed his Supra, severely injuring his best friend.

Clearwater PD today released details of their investigation into the August 26 crash. In addition to being arrested for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, cops also cited Hogan for use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, a person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and having an Illegal window tint.

Police also concluded that although Hogan and a second car were racing right before the crash, the driver of the second car was not a direct cause of the accident. That driver has also been ticketed for reckless driving.

Hogan was going 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he lost control and hit a tree.

Nick’s rep, Adam Handelsman, EVP of 5WPR, issued the following statement to TMZ:

"Nick and the entire Hogan Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena a court of law. The family’s primary focus and concern still remains for the continued recovery of Nick’s longtime friend John Graziano. The Bolleas will also continue to stand by the Graziano family and help them in any way they can. The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt. There has been much speculation as to the speed and wet road conditions surrounding this accident. Although all the evidence has not been evaluated, preliminary reports from the experts indicate that this was not, in fact, a high-speed accident. Because Nick is still a juvenile and has no prior criminal record, we are disappointed that he is being charged as an adult offender. However, we are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident. We ask all who follow these events to keep an open mind as to the facts until they have been ultimately determined. Finally, we thank all who have prayed for John’s recovery and ask for your continued support and prayers."

In April, Nick was ticketed for speeding 107 mph in Osceola County. And two weeks before the Clearwater crash, Nick was pulled over in Pinellas Park. Officers scolded him for driving 82 in a 45-mph zone.

With all of Nick’s past reckless driving and speeding violations on record, plus his own boasting of being stopped for speeding (over 100 MPH) three times in one night, he might consider a plea deal, because if this goes to trial he is screwed. Nick Hogan’s mugshot does not convey someone who has any remorse for turning his military veteran friend into a vegetable.

Hulk Hogan Son Survives Another Car Crash

nick bollea crash Hulk Hogan Son Survives Another Car Crash

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea (17), and a friend, John Graziano (22), who was a passenger, were involved in a terrible accident while racing another car on a Florida street on Sunday evening that put them both in the hospital, and left the car totalled. People says:

Bollea, who was featured with the rest of his family on the pro wrestler’s VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best, was driving his yellow Toyota Supra down a four-lane highway in downtown Clearwater, Fla., when the car’s rear tires hit the raised median, police said. After fishtailing for several seconds, the car slammed into a 25-foot tall palm tree. “His car inexplicably left the road,” Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor tells PEOPLE, “and it was totally destroyed upon impact.” The cause of the crash is unknown, although police believe the car was traveling at a high rate of speed. “We don’t know exactly what happened,” says Shelor, “but we are investigating.” Bollea, 17, and his male passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle using the “jaws of life.” They were placed on a Medivac helicopter where they were flown seven minutes to nearby Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.

You’d think after Nick wrecked his dad’s yellow Lamborghini VT in a fiery crash, Hulk would have stopped buying his son ridiculously fast cars. Nick would be safer on the road with one of those two door Honda’s that are built for great gas mileage, and require drivers to pedal to get the car up hills.

Hulk Hogan (aka Terry Bollea) was reportedly on the scene of the accident right after the crash. Reports said firefighters used the jaws-of-life to free Nick and his friend from the car. That was probably after Hulk Hogan carried the car to a spot where the boys could be freed from the car, and fire fighters requested he let them do their job after Hogan offered to tear the doors off. Today Nick’s friend is still in serious condition, but Nick is okay. Whew, that’s a relief! I hope his friend is okay too. The Hulk said today:

"My son Nick and a friend were involved in a car accident last night. Nick suffered minor injuries and has been treated and released from the hospital. At this time, his friend, John Graziano remains hospitalized. Nick is currently at the hospital with John and his family. His sole concern is for the well being of his friend. On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones."

Nick is due in court on September 10 for a speeding charge earlier this month. Nick was stopped at 10:30 AM on a stretch of U.S. Highway 19 on August 10 by Pinellas Park police after his 1998 Toyota was recorded going 82 mph in a 45 mph zone. He was also cited for failing to wear a seatbelt. It’s clear that Nick is just as safe on the road as a drunk Lindsay Lohan.
