Nick Hogan (Bollea), his father Hulk, mother Linda, and sister Brooke, have all been whining that Nick is a victim, and that it was "God’s will" that John Graziano ended up with a hole in his head. They would have been singing a different song had it been their son Nick instead of John.

After seeing the video you might feel Nick didn’t get enough time in jail.

The John Graziano family want the public to know that John was, and is a victim, of Nick Hogan’s (Bollea) choice to drink alcohol and street race with his friend in the car. We know. The Hogan family has been saying John’s injuries are John’s fault, and Nick is the victim.

In 99.9% of all criminal cases you will hear the criminal say they were a victim. Why do criminals deny responsibility? When the victim, the family of the victim, or anyone criticizes, or condemns, the criminal their natural reaction is to defend and justify their actions. In reality nothing needs to be said, except in a courtroom. Rather than criticize the Hogans, the Graziano family should focus on using the publicity to get support for their son, and other victims, or talk about the evils of drinking and driving. Even better, the Graziano family should ask the Hogan family to participate in public service messages, and then praise them for doing the right thing. The Hogans would start acting much differently if the Graziano family took a different approach.

The Hogan family could also take a different approach, and stop blaming the victim, and start participating in public service messages against drinking and driving. The public would see that as taking responsibility, and making amends. It might even help the Hogan family in civil court as well.

Bubba the Love Sponge, radio host and Hogan family friend, played threatening messages allegedly made by John Graziano’s brother, Frank Caruso, on his show this morning.

According to the Tampa Tribune, John Graziano’s dad, Edward Graziano, confirmed today that the voice on the tape is that of Frank Caruso, John’s 32-year-old half-brother. He said Caruso is a child from his estranged wife’s first marriage.

Although many might not agree with the threats, many hearing these messages can understand the frustration and anger coming from the Graziano family, especially after jailhouse tapes revealed how little the Hogan (Bollea) family care about John Graziano laying in bed with a hole in his head.

The John Graziano family are upset with Hulk Hogan, and Larry King. The other night Larry had Hulk on his show whining about how John was a vegetable because God wants him to be a better person, and how Nick was the victim. Larry didn’t offer the Graziano family the opportunity to appear, so they could respond to Hulk. [Maybe because Hulk is a celebrity, and Larry doesn’t care about nobodies. So harsh.]

George Tragos, the lawyer for the Graziano family, had to issue a press statement in lieu of airtime on Larry king:

"No matter how he [Hulk Hogan] tried to spin it, no matter how he tried to cry at the end. It wasn’t going to change people’s minds."

The fact remains that John is a vegetable, yet Nick’s family say Nick is the victim. How’s that for taking responsibility and showing remorse?

Hulk Hogan almost broke down in tears feeling sorry for himself on Larry King. However, the jailhouse tapes showed Hulk, Nick, and Linda don’t feel sorry for Nick’s victim, and actually blame Nick’s victim for their own misery. They’re totally selfish. Don’t let the tears fool you.

Hulk was right about one thing, positive thoughts and positive energy will help, but so will remorse, and doing the right thing for the family of Nick’s victim. Settle the lawsuit with them, so they can pay for their son’s lifelong healthcare bills.

Hulk blames Nick’s victim, John Graziano, for his situation, and says John is a vegetable because God wants him to be a better person:

“This is in God’s hands. Things happen for a reason. This is to make Nick a better person. This is, in my belief, to make John a better person. It’s like I said before, this is God’s will where we’re at. This situation, I refuse to accept any negativity, any naysayers, and I firmly believe there’s a plan.”

He’s in such denial.

Hulk pretends like he didn’t hear a caller’s question, and doesn’t answer it when he’s asked about taking responsibility for giving Nick booze, etc. Hulk even starts to blame the family of Nick’s victim for being greedy.

Hulk talks about the jailhouse tapes. Nick’s focus was how he can get a reality show as soon as he left jail, to “make as much money as possible. Nick wasn’t thinking about his victim.
