Joel Madden said today on his blog that he and girlfriend Nicole Richie are in fact NOT married:

"I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn’t get married."

The at-home wedding with no guests in Star’s article makes it hard to imagine they are the only magazine that know "the truth" beside Joel and Nicole. We believe Joel.

According to reports, Joel Madden and the mother of his two children Nicole Richie were secretly married on Wednesday, and obtained a marriage license last week.

If this is true then congratulations!

Joel Madden wasn’t very happy when he and baby Harlow tried to make their way through the Miami airport earlier this week. Madden explained on Twitter:

Let me just say shame on any magazine or blog that post pics of us in the miami airport. The photographers were acting like animals.

it was the first time i’ve ever seen my child scared. Not cool for any parent to see. At least in LA they gave us some space.

These guys were sticking flashes in her face and bumping in to us and yelling. The most unneccessary force i’ve ever seen.

I get annoyed when people complain about photogs too, i mean leaving clubs and restaraunts you gotta expect it. But this was just wrong

And thats all i’ll say about that. I geuss its a different kind of animal that i will never accept or understand.

The paparazzi in Miami must be desperate to make some cash. In this economy everyone is desperate to make a buck, but that doesn’t excuse their behavior with or without Harlow there. There are boundaries the paparazzi KNOW they should respect.

With baby number two on the way, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may be planning to get married, according to In Touch Weekly, who says Nicole has even picked out her perfect vintage Yves Saint Laurent wedding gown. A friend said:

"They are old-fashioned in some ways. Now their second baby is coming, they both want to make it legal. The wedding gown has been hanging in the back of her closet. She always planned to wear it on a very special occasion."

A date and location haven’t been set yet. We expect a surprise wedding with one mag paying a lot of money to the couple for the story and pictures.

Nicole Richie announced on the Good Charlotte blog that she will be having another baby with Joel Madden. The pregnant for a second time Richie announced:

"What’s better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your all feeling as good as i am right now………"

Congrats to the happy couple, and to Harlow!

I was very worried with Nicole’s drug history that she would not be a good mom, but it appears Nicole has proven me wrong, and I couldn’t be happier.
