Jessica Simpson is being sued for $10 million because she did not complete the filming of a Speedfit video. An insider said:

"Jessica was a mess during that shoot. They asked her to come back and re-shoot, but she refused, and that’s why she’s facing a lawsuit now."

Speedfit owner Alex Astilean is suing Jessica for a $10 million breach of contract, since the video was never completed, and Joe Simpson blocked release of the video.

With Jessica’s weight ballooning out of control, she won’t be returning to finish the video anytime soon.

Access Hollywood did a nice piece outlining how Joe Simpson ruined Jessica Simpson’s marriage to Nick Lachey, and put her relationship with Tony Romo in a tenuous position. Joe is even exposed as the person who sold daughter Ashley’s wedding photos to tabloids. I don’t think she objected. The one part of the story no one will ever forget, is how Joe talked affectionately about Jessica’s breasts.

Joe tried to excuse his over intrusive behavior with this quote:

“It’s unfair to criticize me for what every manager does for his or her clients. And in this business, where people can quickly turn on you, who better than a parent to be working for his children?”

“A parent will always be there for his kids and never give up on them. I work hard seven days a week for my girls because I love them. Why in the world would I ever want to do anything that would hurt my children?”

Uh huh, riiiiight.

Tony Romo has told Jessica Simpson their renewed relationship is "a trial thing," dependent on Daddy Joe Simpson "leaving them alone," and Daddy restraining himself from trying to tell Romo how to run his life, career and endorsement deals.

Daddy isn’t going to change for Tony, he’ll just keep his mouth shut until the couple are married, then he’ll start interfering again. Tony really needs to have a good talk with Nick Lachey.

Joe Simpson practically got down on his knees and begged Tony Romo to escort Jessica Simpson to her Ashlee’s wedding on Saturday. Tony has agreed.

Today Tony met Jessica for lunch at Katsuya in Hollywood. Tony arrived alone in a cab. Jessica arrived in her Range Rover.

Jessica’s rep, Cindy Berger, is still denying reports the pair have broken up. C’mon, they arrive in separate cars? That’s not a date, it’s an appointment. All business.

Ashlee Simpson, who is pregnant, and her fiancé Pete Wentz are tying the knot on Saturday. Papa Joe threw a bachelor party for Pete at Mr. Chow’s on Thursday evening, and even picked up the $1,000 bill.

At Saturday’s wedding Joe is probably hoping Jessica can get Tony good and drunk, then try to rekindle their relationship. I don’t think Tony is that gullible. He’s probably already had a long talk with Nick Lachey.

Something definitely happened to scare Tony away. Fox News is reporting that Tony had plans to propose marriage to Jessica in a few weeks, then suddenly changed his mind. We have a feeling Papa Joe’s overbearing behavior is what convinced Tony to move on.

One of Tony Romo’s best buddies from his Eastern Illinois college days says Tony ended his relationship with Jessica Simpson for two reasons: the intense media scrutiny that comes from being in Simpson’s life, and the problems he has with her overbearing father, Joe Simpson.

Tony’s buddy also said Tony was also disturbed by the intrusive style of Joe Simpson, because he started to offer unsolicited advice to Tony on his career, endorsement opportunities, and things that have nothing to do with him dating Jessica.

Tony also said that he was upset by Simpson’s interview in Glamour magazine where she referred to Romo as her "future husband," and other on-the-record interviews she has given, saying she wants Romo to be the father to her children.

On top of all that Jessica still talked about how disturbed she was by how John Mayer dumped her. She’s definitely got a lot emotional baggage, and it’s stacking up.

Despite the breakup, which Jessica officially denies, Tony is still escorting her to Ashley Simpson and Pete Wentz’s wedding on Saturday.

Besides wearing eye liner, and girls clothes, there must be something really wrong with Pete to feel comfortable around Joe Simpson.

Nick Lachey should write a book about his relationship with Jessica, unless he signed a non-disclosure agreement. There are a lot of twisted secrets Joe wouldn’t want us to know about Jessica.
