The reason for this Girls Gone Wild outburst, is because the other women of the house, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and momma Kardashian are at Joe Francis’ house in Mexico shooting a campaign for the Girls Gone Wild bikini line. Joe Francis had a group of girls get a big monetary judgment in court when it was discovered they were underage, and his company Girls Gone Wild filmed them topless, and having sexy time with each other, despite video evidence showing they claimed they were at least 18 years-old. I guess it’s okay to hire illegal aliens, but not to hire underage girls who say they’re 18, but have no paperwork to prove it. TMZ reports:

The two girls who sued "Girls Gone Wild" executive Joe Francis for using their footage without their consent, but then had their stories refuted by video evidence, have dropped their suit against Francis and his company.

Brooke Patsolic and Christina Brose have issued a statement saying that they’ve "agreed to dismiss our lawsuit" and say that "Girls Gone Wild and Joe Francis have suffered as a result of this law suit [sic] and our actions." The women also make it clear that Francis and Mantra Films haven’t paid them a penny.

The women had their claims publicly slammed when video showing them consenting to being filmed was released on the Internet. "I am prepared to fight back, and I will defend myself against all baseless accusations," says Francis in a statement.

I hope Joe learned a valuable lesson here. Like when a girl says she’s taking "the pill," then she suddenly pops out a baby and says it’s yours. My friend was like, "Wow, I had no idea she was even pregnant. She said she was getting fat is all, and she got mad saying ’Don’t you trust me?’" True she was fat, but also pregnant. Trust is when you wear a condom.

As for the nude pictures now circulating the Internet, Joe doesn’t seem to mind. "She took a picture," he says, "it was leaked, and now it is time to move forward with her career."

Vanessa is part Filipina, and conservative, so she only sends nude pictures to guys she likes. I for one would love it if Filipinas sent me nude pictures of themselves. Wink wink. If Vanessa were a slut, she’d send guys she likes nude pictures of herself with "do me now" written on them. so you see, she’s a good girl.

After being cut off from the family fortune last week due to his out of control partying, Brandon Davis went to Miami to stay with Scott Storch, and is living off his friend’s generosity like a loser does. He’s hanging with Kim Kardashian in Miami on June 12 pictured above. Here’s more:

Several sources said Davis – who once hounded Lindsay Lohan for not having money and called her a "firecrotch" – has been financially cut off by his wealthy family for not being able to get his act together, and pals like Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos aren’t taking his calls.

"His family cut him off for using and abusing," our in-the-know spy said. "He had promised to get his act together, but obviously never did."

After Davis was caught railing against Lohan on camera last year, his family sent him to rehab, where he was treated for drugs and booze dependency. But a week after he left the clinic, the oleaginous heir was back out on Los Angeles streets partying, and he hasn’t stopped since.

After being cut off by his family last week, Davis flew to Miami to take refuge with puerile music producer Scott Storch.

"He’s been staying at Scott’s, but shows up every day at Mokai and the Shore Club," snitched our source. Davis went out one night with Caroline Vreeland, but was soon dumped by the leggy blonde.

Another spy said Davis has been calling friends asking them to loan him $2,000 at a time. So far, he’s had no takers and is living on credit. His friends remember how he bounced a $10,000 check on "Girls Gone Wild" gazillionaire Joe Francis, and owes some other "friends" for gambling debts.

Last week, to shore up his spirits, Davis showed up at the Raleigh Hotel in South Beach, where he called the bar in advance to order six lemon drop shots, six mojitos and six Peronis so they’d be waiting when he arrived. He soon appeared with a blonde and a brunette, and went to work on the drinks.

Brandon really has no way to make money. He’s got nothing to offer. Even if he dressed up as a woman, and tried to sell himself on the street, guys would probably be too busy puking at the thought of getting it on with him to complete the transaction.

TMZ has posted a letter Joe Francis wrote them from jail, expressing his heartfelt condolences for his friend, Paris Hilton.

The letter goes on to explain that he’s happier with his current jailers than previous ones and that he passed his tuberculosis, HIV, and hepatitis tests.

Then he schools TMZ – and the world – on American jurisprudence.

If ever a man deserved to be treated as if he’s innocent until proven guilty, it’s Joe Francis.  Just ask him.
