Joe Francis Sues Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner

Joe Francis is suing both Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light. Joe claims the couple lied when they described the incidents night he was attacked by both of them.

In his lawsuit, Joe claims Jayde struck him in the head twice, then threw a drink on him, and said:

"I’m going to kill you!"

Joe says he was "startled and shocked," and saw Jayde reaching for a bottle. Joe says "in fear and apprehension of being struck a third time, and that Nicole was going to carry out her threat to kill me, I grabbed Nicole’s hair in self defense."

Joe say Nicole fell because she "lost her balance on her high heels."

That’s what we saw on the video, so we believe Joe.

Here’s a tip for women like Jayde, don’t start a fight with a man unless you can fight like a man. Everyone has the right to defend themselves. If you start a fight with someone bigger and stronger than you, don’t expect them to limit their defense to how much you can take. People who are attacked defend themselves with everything they’ve got. It’s part of a primitive defense mechanism in our brain called "fight or flight." We hope Jayde learned her lesson. Women are not always the victim, sometimes they are the aggressor, as appears to be the case here.

The Los Angeles District Attorney announced today he will no file charges against Joe, Jayde, or Brody for the attack against Joe.

According to the report, the D.A. supports Joe’s claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde "appears to have acted without immediate provocation."

In conclusion, the D.A. thought "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects."

The D.A.’s report does support Joe’s civil lawsuit against Jayde and Brody. Despite the evidence against them, Jayde and Brody also filed lawsuits against Joe.

Jayde Nicole Caught on Video Attacking Joe Francis

The security video footage from Guys and Dolls nightclub has been released, and it supports the Joe Francis story that Jayde Nicole attacked him first.

In the video Joe is walking through the club, then Jayde goes through the crowd until she pours her drink on Joe’s head, then pushes Joe’s head with her hand, further provoking a reaction from Joe.

Jayde then steps back to the bar, and sets her empty glass down as if nothing happened. Joe turned around and saw it was Jayde that attacked him, so he grabbed her by the hair, and dragged her into the crowd. Clearly Joe did not "beat" Jayde as she claims. There was no black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, bruised abdomen, etc., etc., only some pulled hair.

We’ll see how far Jayde’s lawsuit against Joe gets since this video has now been released. Maybe the police should stop being so biased against men and arrest Jayde, and her boyfriend Brody Jenner, for attacking Joe.

Jayde Nicole Lies About Joe Francis Hitting Her

There is video tape of the incident at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood, where Jayde Nicole claims Joe Francis hit and kicked her.

According to a source that saw the video, it shows Jayde throwing a drink on Francis, which provoked him into grabbing her hair, probably to restrain her from doing anything else. Jayde then fell to the ground, but Francis did not hit or kick her, or do anything else to her. In the chaos the incident that Jayde caused, other people trampled her.

Outside the club Brody Jenner sucker punched Francis, while Brody’s friend used a tasor on Francis.

Jayde filed a police report claiming Francis hit and kicked her repeatedly, but the tape supports Francis’ version of events. We think Jayde needs to go to jail for filing a false police report, and Brody needs to go to jail for assault and battery.

We can’t stand women who pretend to be the victim of domestic violence, when in fact they are the violent perpetrator, and yet the courts don’t punish them because of the rampant sexism against men.

Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner Attacked Joe Francis

Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner have been trying to convince everyone that Joe Francis beat up Jayde, when it appears that story is only to cover up their crime.

Joe Francis says he did not punch or kick Brody Jenner’s girlfriend last night at an L.A. club, and he says security footage of the incident backs up his story.

Joe tells us he was hanging out with the General Manager for Guys and Dolls when Jayde Nicole pushed him from behind and poured a drink on him.

Joe says he turned around and pulled her hair in reaction to the attack. Francis says this is the only contact he made with Jayde or Brody the entire time … and security footage from inside the club shows exactly this.

Joe says Brody had punched him and ripped his shirt off. He says the club’s GM then escorted him outside to the parking lot and he lit up a cigarette.

Joe says the next thing he knew, he was on the ground. He was later told Brody had blindsided him.

That’s when Francis says the club’s security tasered Brody.

Other sources say the owner of Guys and Dolls, Michael Sutton, has also reviewed the security footage, and it backs Joe’s story.

Before the incident at Guys and Dolls, there was another incident involving Jayde, Brody, and Joe in March 2009:

Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis and Brody Jenner were involved in a bar brawl at a Los Angeles club Wednesday evening in March 2009.

Sources say that the argument broke out at the hot spot My House after Francis accidentally hit Brody’s girlfriend, model Jayde Nicole, in the head.

"Francis reached out to grab Brody and ended up hitting Jayde in the head," one source says. "Brody defended her, and it turned into a massive fight."

Adds another, "Security dragged Francis out. Joe hit Jayde and was making death threats against Brody. Brody filed a police report."

In a statement, Francis said:

"I went to give Brody a hug, and I guess my elbow accidentally bumped the back of his girlfriend’s head. I didn’t even know that happened until this morning. I was shocked."

"Brody and I are longtime friends. I think he was a little drunk, and he started yelling at me, but it’s all okay. He was angry. Brody’s girlfriend is the type of girl that gets off creating drama. She was winding him up. There was no physical altercation. I would never threaten to beat him up and I would never get in a fight. The whole thing was 20 seconds."

Francis also denies that security kicked him out of the club.

In my opinion, Brody and Jayde don’t like Joe, so every time they see Joe they try to start something with him. Joe should get a restraining order against these two before they finally succeed in making enough false allegations to land him in jail.

Why haven’t police arrested Jayde or Brody yet? Are they waiting to review the security tapes, or do they just not care, even though Joe has been attacked twice now? If Joe was a woman someone would be in jail back in March.

I didn’t realize what a punk Brody was until this incident.

We have a hunch that Jayde won’t press charges against Joe, but we would like to see charges filed against Jayde and Brody.

Jayde Nicole Got Punched by Joe Francis

Joe Francis, founder of Girls Gone Wild got into a fight with Playboy playmate Jayde Nicole, and punched her.

Brody Jenner says he and his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, were at Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw Francis hitting on an Francis’ ex-girlfriend. Okay stop for a minute. Francis was talking to his own ex-girlfriend.

Jayde then made the judgment that Francis was "harassing" his ex-girlfriend, so what does a rational, nonviolent person do, Jayde threw a drink on Francis to embarrass, humiliate, and provoke his expected angry response. The stage is now set for something to happen thanks to Jayde’s good judgment.

Jenner says Francis then pulled Jayde’s hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her, but that’s not the whole story. In the video above Jayde says after throwing a drink on Francis, Francis grabbed her and turned her around to confront her, because she had turned her back on him. Jayde says she then SLAPPED Francis in the face, which is how some girls punch. Francis then pulled to the ground with her hair, and punched her.

There doesn’t seem to be any mystery here as to why Francis flew into a rage. He was being slapped and humiliated by someone in front of his ex-girlfriend, and he snapped.

Jenner says Security broke it up and dragged Francis away.

Jenner says he then started yelling at Francis and both men were ejected from the club. Now Jenner is trying to provoke a violent response from Francis.

Outside the club, Jenner says he tried to get back in to see Jayde but security wouldn’t let him. Jenner then saw Joe, punched him in the face, and then someone tased him and he fell to the ground. Sounds like Jenner, Jayde, and Jenner’s friend all came prepared to fight Joe Francis.

Francis left the scene. Smart. The cops, who say a call came in at 2:46 AM for battery, came but no one was arrested.

Jayde says she will press charges against Francis.

Jayde has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out.

I’m not going to be all sexist and say what a bad guy Joe Francis is for reacting the way most people would in similar circumstances. I mean seriously, if you were drinking, and someone tried to embarrass you in front of your ex-girlfriend by throwing a drink on you, then slapping you in the face, which is battery, should I then say Francis is a scumbag, but Jayde is not? As far as I’m concerned Jayde needs to go to jail for assault, battery, and harassment. Francis didn’t ask, nor did his ex-girlfriend ask, Jayde to interfere with their conversation. Jayde’s injuries were the direct result of her provoking Francis.

Jayde needs jail time. Jenner also needs jail time for punching Francis in the face unprovoked. Jenner’s friend also needs jail time for tasing Francis with a weapon unprovoked. Some men think they have to act like heroes, when in fact Jenner should have explained to his girlfriend you can’t throw drinks on men, then hit them, and expect nothing to happen. Rihanna hit Chris Brown and he got five years of probation, and she got nothing. We live in a sexist society that claims women are equal. We all know equality allows women to do what men do, with the exception that women can hit, and emotionally abuse a man to provoke a response, and when they get it, the man is blamed. That’s an abusive way to treat men.

Someone came up with the saying, "A man should never hit a woman." So if a person hit another person the other person should just stand there and take it? That sounds abusive to me. Some people believe men don’t have the right to defend themselves against a woman. If a woman attacks a man the man should, by law, have the right to defend himself, and he does, except most in our society are sexist against men. Our society should be saying to women, "if you’re not as strong as a man, then don’t turn a confrontation into a physical one by hitting him." Don’t start a fight you can’t win. If a woman like Jayde starts a physical fight with a man, she should expect the man to respond with physically with his strength and ability, which means the woman will get hurt. It’s not okay to later on start crying and say Joe Francis is a woman beater. I may not like Francis for other reasons, but he didn’t start this fight, so he should not have any charges brought against him. In fact, Francis is the victim because he was not the aggressor, or perpetrator. Jayde, Brenner, and Brenner taser friend were all the agressive perpetrators who attacked Francis simply because they don’t like him.

We need to apply the law equally. If women want equality, then they need to stop expecting men to treat them like it’s the 1800s. If a woman hits a man, a man should hit her back to defend himself if he feels the need, and the woman should go to jail for assault, if the law is applied as it is written.

Men deserve equality too, not reverse sexism like the way this story is being reported elsewhere.

Jenner tweeted on Twitter:

"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

Jenner you’re a sexist jerk. You and you’re girlfriend started this fight with violence, and continued it outside the club again unprovoked, both you and you’re girlfriend need to be in jail. Just because Jayde is a girl doesn’t give her the right to assault (hit, slap, punch, etc.) someone and get away with it just because she is a girl. Let’s not forget, Jayde had an unprovoked feud with Audrina Patridge. Jayde has been starting a lot of fights lately, except this time she picked on someone bigger than she is.

Ashley Dupre Drops Lawsuit Against Joe Francis

Ashley Dupré, the former Spitzer hooker, has dropped her lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. She filed the suit back in April, claiming GGW used her name and likeness for profit. Dupre had claimed she was tricked into giving her consent for a GGW video, but Joe had video evidence showing Ashley did in fact give her consent. Joe said:

"The filing of the lawsuit was a serious lapse of judgment on her part. I never did understand how I could possibly damage the reputation of a hooker … This isn’t the first time I’ve faced false allegations against me. But the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated."

Ashley’s lawyer issued a statement, that said in part:

"Ms. Dupré wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive. She has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter."

Blah blah blah. Ashley never had a case. It was all for publicity.

Shayne Dahl Lamas to Pose for Girls Gone Wild

Shayne Dahl Lamas (22) won The Bachelor: London Calling, and was proposed to by Matt Grant. What does she do to celebrate? Shayne is posing for Girls Gone Wild magazine. This just shows how fake The Bachelor is, and even more important how fake the engagement is.

Girls Gone Wild publisher Joe Francis says Lamas’ appeal is easy to sum up:

“Shayne has a genuine ‘girl next door’ quality, but she also happens to be very hot.”

What decent man would want other men thinking he was marrying a whore next door. Francis isn’t publishing Playboy. Lamas’ appearance won’t feature her without clothes, but that doesn’t mean she’s a good girl.

Joe Francis Found Not Guilty

Today Joe Francis was cleared in a case of sexual battery by a Los Angeles Superior court judge.

Mark Werksman, Joe’s attorney, said he was able to get the case dismissed based on insufficient evidence. He said the prosecution realized the allegations were groundless and that there never should have been a prosecution, and that Joe never knew the girl, and had no recollection of ever meeting her.

Joe Francis said in a statement:

"This was just yet another false allegation against me in the past year. Every single time a case like this gets levied against me, it has been proven false. I have never lost a case, criminally or civilly. I feel this may finally bring an end to these frivolous allegations."

Joe still has several other legal battles to go.

Ashley Dupre Gives Girls Gone Wild Her Consent – Video

Joe Francis said Ashley Dupre had given her verbal consent, and said she was 18 years-old on camera, and she in fact did. Girls Gone Wild cameras also showed her ID saying she was of legal age. Francis has said before that the law allows a 17 year-old to be filmed without clothes on as long as there is no sexual activities. Joe Francis Responds to Ashley Dupre Lawsuit

Joe Francis wasted no time making a statement in response to a lawsuit filed by Elliot Spitzer’s prostitute, and fame whore, Ashley Dupre:

"It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification."

Dupre asked for $10 million in her lawsuit, which Francis believes she will lose, but he is still offering her a deal:

"She’s seeking $10 Million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. We expect to triumph in this matter and continue to offer the best and hottest girls. She refused this offer and in fact if she’d like to reconsider, we’d be happy to discuss. She should keep in mind, it’s considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren’t illegal."

We hope Dupre loses the lawsuit, and fades away into obscurity. Don’t be stupid Dupre, take the deal. TEAM JOE!
