Sarah Palin and Joe Biden Debate – Who Won?

sarah palin and joe biden debate Sarah Palin and Joe Biden Debate Who Won?

In the Sarah Palin and Joe Biden Vice Presidential debate, Palin performed much better than expected, and was able to go toe-to-toe with Biden. Palin is a great communicator.

I would like to see Biden go back and read the United States Constitution. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you have to wait to see the full video. We’ll post video of the debate as soon as it comes online.

The one person who definitely lost is Hillary Clinton. Palin proved herself to be a superstar, and is now the most popular woman in politics, and I should add, Palin did it all with NO help from her husband, as Hillary had to do.

Who do you think won the debate?

Katie Couric Asks Sarah Palin Which Newspapers She Reads

  Share

Katie Couric was allowed to travel and interview Sarah Palin for several days. Barack Hussein Obama only allowed conservative talk show host Bill O’Reilly to interview him for 30 minutes, and Obama never gave a direct answer because he refuses to commit to any position he can’t changed his mind on later.

It comes as no surprise that Katie finally found something the liberal democrats can call a weakness, and it is. Katie asked Sarah which reading material she has read to keep her informed about the rest of the world, but Sarah didn’t have an answer. I don’t believe Sarah did much reading about things outside Alaska, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Sarah will learn going forward like Obama started to learn about international issues after he started running for President. In fact, Obama is still so weak on international policy that he had to pick Joe Biden as his running mate, because Joe, who will not be President, does have international experience. If it’s okay for Obama not to have international experience even though he is running for President, then it’s okay for Sarah Palin who is running for Vice President. John McCain has more international experience than even Joe Biden, and McCain is running for President. If after several years some illness were to strike McCain, Palin would be adequately educated in international relations, and would be able to take over. Obama is in the same boat as Palin, and if elected President he won’t be ready because he’ll still lack interational relations knowledge.

As Joe Biden, Barack Obama’s Vice Presidential running mate said, "The Presidency is not something that lends itself to on the job training." Obama is not ready. He is the issue, because obama is running for President. Palin doesn’t need to know everything to be Vice President, but she will get the training in her weak areas.

McCain is ready to lead, and has been. Remember when Russia attacked Georgia. McCain came right out and condemned Russia. Obama started out saying both sides were guilty and should talk. Five days later Obama changed his position to exactly that of McCain. All while Georgia was being attack, Obama was vacationing in Hawaii, where he has temporarily suspended his President campaign to relax. When our financial and mortgage system melted down, McCain suspended his campaign and went back to Washington D.C. to work on a deal, and Obama criticized McCain for not making the first Presidential debate a priority. McCain made his country his first priority, which is something Obama doesn’t do.

Listen to Joe Biden comment below on Barack Obama’s international experience.

Joe Biden is Not Smart on the Economy

  Share

Joe Biden has impressed me recently with his honesty. First he said the attack ads on Sarah Palin and John McCain were "terrible." Refreshing.

Biden then said he thought Hillary Clinton would have made a better Vice Presidential pick that himself, and should have been the Presidential nominee.

Lastly, Biden really put both feet in his mouth, or at least he should have before he talk about the stock market crash in 1929. Biden said the President at that time was Franklin Delanor Roosevelt, who got on television … Wait a minute, F.D.R. wasn’t President at that time, it was Herbert Hoover (a Quaker), who served from 1929 to 1933. Sometimes Biden says some really dumb things, but his lack of historic knowledge regarding the stock market crash is especially concerning with our current stock market crash occurring now. Oh, and television didn’t exist when Hoover was President either. Biden said in the clip below, “Part of what a leader does is to instill confidence by demonstrating what he or she knows what they’re talking about …” Oops.

Below is a historical video about Herbert Hoover. It’s good to know who our Presidents were, and are today, not just what other people say and said about them.

Joe Biden Supports Higher Taxes

  Share

joe biden supports higher taxes Joe Biden Supports Higher Taxes

Joe Biden, the Vice Presidential running mate of Barack Obama, said:

"Raising taxes is patriotic. We want to take money (from the rich), and put it back in the pocket of middle-class people. It’s time (for the rich) to be patriotic … time to jump in, time to be part of the deal, time to help get America out of the rut."

Joe Biden wants to be Robin Hood. Take money from the rich and give it to the poor, which is also a concept in socialist and communist teachings. In America we are all expected to work for what the get. The rich want to get richer so they provide jobs, and start businesses, which in turn grows our economy. The poor and middle class work those jobs, and look for opportunities to make themselves rich, or at least comfortable. If money needs to be returned to the American people, then perhaps congress should stop spending so much on entitlement programs, affirmative action which doesn’t reward the best qualified job candidates, and lower taxes in areas that affect the majority of Americans. We don’t need to raise taxes on the rich, we need to lower taxes for non-wealthy Americans. Congress takes and takes in taxes, then expects the successful Americans to pay more.

John McCain said:

"Raising taxes in a tough economy isn’t patriotic. It’s not a badge of honor. It’s just plain dumb."

In an economy that is slowing down after a period of growth, the surest way to cause that economy to collapse would be to raise taxes, which insures money flows out of the economy, and into the government treasury. The government has already taxed us heavily, and now they want to tax the rich even more, as if the slowing economy is their fault. The government needs to provide tax relief, and incentives for new businesses to startup and provides jobs, and growth.

How do you think we can get the economy growing again?
