Joaquin Phoenix got into a fight last night with a heckler from the crowd around 2 a.m. at LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami, Florida.

The heckler got Joaquin all fired up right after he started his mumbling rap. Before jumping on guy in the audience, Joaquin said:

“I’ve got a million in the bank. What’ve you got?”

Nothing can really be seen in the video, except Joaquin being removed from the club by security.

We think this whole thing was staged for the documentary Casey Affleck is filming. It’s like Borat does rap. It looks outrageously fake. We refuse to believe Joaquin is this crazy.

Joaquin Phoenix is upset that a psychiatrist is analyzing his odd behavior as of late. Us magazine reports:

A rep for Joaquin Phoenix is slamming a Chicago-based psychiatrist for suggesting that the actor-turned-rapper, 34, is mentally ill.

Paul Dobransky — a relationships expert and author of The Secret Psychology of How We Fall in Love — told the Los Angeles Times that Phoenix may be schizophrenic, pointing to his "socially inappropriate behavior," including a new rap career, bushy beard and a bizarre Late Show appearance.

But Phoenix’s rep tells MTV News: "How absolutely inappropriate for a doctor who has no personal interaction or relationship with someone to diagnose them."

"And to do so in a public forum," the rep adds. "Hope they spelled his name right. Another 15-minute ’expert’ is born!"

But Dobransky came to Phoenix’s defense in the Times interview, even saying that he was "pretty offended" by Ben Stiller’s portrayal of Phoenix at the Oscars. He said it seemed as if Stiller was "potentially beating down on the mentally ill."

"The jury is not exactly in on what is happening," Dobransky said of Phoenix, whom many speculate is pulling an elaborate hoax. "Whatever it is, it’s not funny — whether it’s drug abuse, mental illness coming on or the clumsiest attempt ever at a career change."

We totally agree. Whatever is going on with Phoenix is not funny, it’s alarming.

On Conan O’Brien Thursday, Alec Baldwin imitated the bizarre interview Joaquin Phoenix did on David Letterman.

We’re not so much into making fun of Joaquin, and more concerned that he’ll be okay. We are hoping Joaquin is only acting for the "documentary" he’s filming.

Joaquin Phoenix appeared to be on drugs or suffering from some sort of mental illness during his interview with David Letterman.

If you’re not acting, get some help Phoenix, or maybe one of his friends can point him in the right direction. I really don’t want to hear people say later everyone saw the signs, but no one helped.
