It seems like every skank drinking drugging whore that uses sex to get money from men to support their nasty habits has the same excuses, either they were m*lested or r*ped. Jessica Sierra was on the Tyra Banks show making those excuses, and talking about her career at hooters, and how her p*rn tape hasn’t been released yet. It would be refreshing to hear just one of them say they’re a drug loving whore who did this to themselves, and now they’re turning their life around. It’s a concept that young female celebrities don’t understand. It’s called taking personal responsibility. Instead these girls, like Jessica, tell their sob stories with a big smile, and a tear in their eye, looking to cash in on suckers who have bleeding hearts. Business as usual. Life changes occur inside, not on a stage.

Jessica Sierra is finally on her way to Dr. Drew’s rehab clinic in California, but before she left a Florida court room the judge forbid her from talking to the press. The judge was very upset when he found out she gave an interview after court, and told her she is not a celebrity. What the judge might not realize is that Sierra is a celebrity, and he may have meant he doesn’t want her being treated like a celebrity because of the crimes she has committed. Just cutting a celebrity off the media attention alone because they committed a crime is severe punishment to them, and should happen more often.

Jessica Sierra Rejected from Rehab in California

Jessica Sierra has been denied treatment in California. Sierra was released from jail in Florida this morning, and was to fly to Dr. Drew’s Pasadena Recovery Center, but never got on the plane. A judge had agreed to send Sierra to Drew’s facility for a year, to be followed up by three years of probation. However, City of Tampa prosecutor Pam Bondi tells us the California Department of Probation has denied treating Jessica Sierra as an "emergency transfer." Because of this, Sierra will appear in a Tampa courtroom tomorrow to figure out what her next steps are. No word yet on why she was denied, but it seems obvious.

Sierra had been in jail since December 1, after her arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence. The arrest came after she taped of the VH1 series "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew."

That arrest was a violation of her probation on previous charges stemming from another arrest in April. At the time she threw a glass at a bar patron and was in possession of cocaine.

Jessica just taped a video clip for Tyra where Jessica talks about rehab, and that her mother was a hooker and died from drugs.

Jessica Sierra faced eleven years in jail for violating her probation, but Dr. Drew saved her. TMZ reports:

After one of his former celebrity patients fought a cop and puked in her cell, a judge has decided to to allow Dr. Drew one last chance to help the pregnant, fallen "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra get her life straightened out.

With her family and the "Loveline" doc at her side, a Tampa, Florida judge cut a deal with the season four star Monday morning, giving her three years probation — as long as she completes a one-year stint at Dr. Drew’s Pasadena, Calif. treatment center. If she fails the program, Sierra will go back to jail.

Sierra, who is facing two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery, will not be released from police custody until flight plans are made. Cops will escort her to the plane once travel plans are set.

The judge also ordered Sierra to keep her trap shut to the media, telling the singer, "You are not going to become a celebrity because you are a recovering addict."

TMZ spoke to prosecutor Felix Vega who said, "Dr. Drew seems very concerned, very caring, but very serious about getting her the help she needs."

If Jessica is anything like Lindsay Lohan in rehab, then that is going to be one happy place for the next year.

Jessica Sierra is pregnant, and still in jail for violating her probation. TMZ says the father is a rapper. I hope it’s not Eminem, or Vanilla Ice. She was charged with two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication, obstructing or opposing an officer, and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery. Jessica Sierra who was arrested earlier this month, and told one of the officers she’d suck his dick if he let her go, apparently meant it. A porn video company now has in its possession a sex tape Jessica made earlier this year, and that porn company will be releasing it by the end of December. Jessica, however, won’t be able to do much to stop the tape from being released, since she is sitting in jail and facing eleven years more in jail if convicted for violating her probation. Life sucks, but Jessica sucks harder.

Jessica Sierra said in a recent interview:

"I made some really bad actions and I am ready to take the consequences that are given but I am really ready for this to be over."

Jessica also said she had not used drugs in weeks, (weeks?) that she was going to rehab three times a week, and see a psychiatrist. Is rehab an outpatient experience now? Jessica said in her interview she wants people to see her as an angel that has risen above her demons.

Then on December 1, Jessica was arrested. In the video she yells and vomits on the floor. In her defense I doubt she would have done the same thing if she was sober, which is why she drinks, so she can free her inner demons.

Over the weekend Jessica Sierra was arrested again. New details of her arrest have now been made public. We already knew Jessica was charged with cocaine possession, battery, and disorderly intoxication, but her interaction with officers made Mel Gibson look like a sugar coated saint. First Jessica kicked an officer, then told another, "You’re a dick-sucking faggot." Police then cuffed and put her in the back of their car where Jessica proceeded to vomit in the back seat. Air freshener anyone? She then told the female officer, "You f**king b!tch, I’ll kick your a$$. I’ll f**k you up, you whore." And you know how much women love to be called a whore and a b!tch by other women. As officers started driving her to jail Jessica started pleading not to go to jail, because it would F-Up her life. She said, "Please don’t take me to jail, I’ll suck your dick if you don’t take me to jail." The officer declined, especially since his female partner was sitting right there. So Jessica said, "F**k you, nigger" repeatedly. Jessica kept it going even after she was locked up, plus she even puked again. When she went before the judge she was denied bail, and told she could spend up to eleven years in jail for violating her parol. Jessica Sierra was arrested the other day for refusing to leave a bar, which may have violated her probation. A judge denied her bail, and told her she could face up to 11 years and 60 days in prison if convicted of violating her probation. Click the link below to read the whole story.

Former "American Idol" contestant Jessica Sierra was denied bail this morning, and a judge told her she could face up to 11 years and 60 days in prison if convicted of violating her probation.

Tampa police arrested Sierra in Ybor City about 2 a.m. Saturday morning after she created a disturbance inside the Full Moon Saloon, 1612 E., a criminal report affidavit said. She faces charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest without violence and violating probation, according to Tampa police.

"Obviously the bar scene isn’t working out so well for you," the judge told her today. "I would suggest that you find another form of entertainment."

About two weeks ago, the 22-year-old singer pleaded no contest to charges of cocaine possession and felony battery for hitting a man with a glass at a bar in April.

Sierra remains in Orient Road Jail. A jail official said Sierra declined The Tampa Tribune’s request for an interview.

The affidavit says she was escorted from the club and walked across the street, then began fighting with a friend. Sierra walked away, then began pushing people who were walking on the sidewalk in front of the club, yelling and screaming at them, the affidavit states.

She was arrested after pushing away a police officer who tried to restrain her. The affidavit said Sierra had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath, was unsteady and had glassy eyes.

On April 29, Sierra was arrested at Hyde Park Cafe, where she was accused of picking up a glass and striking Wisam Hadad above the eye. Hadad said he had never met the singer. She claimed he spat on her but later said she may have mistaken Hadad for someone else.

Circuit Judge Gregory Holder sentenced Sierra Nov. 19 to 12 months’ probation and random drug screening. She was to complete a drug-rehabilitation after-care program and follow up with a second component to that program.

A top-10 contestant on the talent show "American Idol" in 2005, Sierra entered a California rehab facility in July. Her outcome was to be documented on VH1’s reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" early next year.
