It seems like every skank drinking drugging whore that uses sex to get money from men to support their nasty habits has the same excuses, either they were m*lested or r*ped. Jessica Sierra was on the Tyra Banks show making those excuses, and talking about her career at hooters, and how her p*rn tape hasn’t been released yet. It would be refreshing to hear just one of them say they’re a drug loving whore who did this to themselves, and now they’re turning their life around. It’s a concept that young female celebrities don’t understand. It’s called taking personal responsibility. Instead these girls, like Jessica, tell their sob stories with a big smile, and a tear in their eye, looking to cash in on suckers who have bleeding hearts. Business as usual. Life changes occur inside, not on a stage.

Jessica Sierra is finally on her way to Dr. Drew’s rehab clinic in California, but before she left a Florida court room the judge forbid her from talking to the press. The judge was very upset when he found out she gave an interview after court, and told her she is not a celebrity. What the judge might not realize is that Sierra is a celebrity, and he may have meant he doesn’t want her being treated like a celebrity because of the crimes she has committed. Just cutting a celebrity off the media attention alone because they committed a crime is severe punishment to them, and should happen more often.

Jessica Sierra has been denied treatment in California. Sierra was released from jail in Florida this morning, and was to fly to Dr. Drew’s Pasadena Recovery Center, but never got on the plane. A judge had agreed to send Sierra to Drew’s facility for a year, to be followed up by three years of probation. However, City of Tampa prosecutor Pam Bondi tells us the California Department of Probation has denied treating Jessica Sierra as an "emergency transfer." Because of this, Sierra will appear in a Tampa courtroom tomorrow to figure out what her next steps are. No word yet on why she was denied, but it seems obvious.

Sierra had been in jail since December 1, after her arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence. The arrest came after she taped of the VH1 series "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew."

That arrest was a violation of her probation on previous charges stemming from another arrest in April. At the time she threw a glass at a bar patron and was in possession of cocaine.

Jessica just taped a video clip for Tyra where Jessica talks about rehab, and that her mother was a hooker and died from drugs.

Jessica Sierra faced eleven years in jail for violating her probation, but Dr. Drew saved her. TMZ reports:

After one of his former celebrity patients fought a cop and puked in her cell, a judge has decided to to allow Dr. Drew one last chance to help the pregnant, fallen "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra get her life straightened out.

With her family and the "Loveline" doc at her side, a Tampa, Florida judge cut a deal with the season four star Monday morning, giving her three years probation — as long as she completes a one-year stint at Dr. Drew’s Pasadena, Calif. treatment center. If she fails the program, Sierra will go back to jail.

Sierra, who is facing two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery, will not be released from police custody until flight plans are made. Cops will escort her to the plane once travel plans are set.

The judge also ordered Sierra to keep her trap shut to the media, telling the singer, "You are not going to become a celebrity because you are a recovering addict."

TMZ spoke to prosecutor Felix Vega who said, "Dr. Drew seems very concerned, very caring, but very serious about getting her the help she needs."

If Jessica is anything like Lindsay Lohan in rehab, then that is going to be one happy place for the next year.

Jessica Sierra is pregnant, and still in jail for violating her probation. TMZ says the father is a rapper. I hope it’s not Eminem, or Vanilla Ice. She was charged with two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication, obstructing or opposing an officer, and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.
