Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are counting the days until JLo pops. Her due date is February 23. While attending Fashion Week, Jennifer was overheard saying to a friend, "I’m having twins: a boy and a girl.”

What a lucky couple. So blessed in every way.

David Lopez, who is the father of Jennifer Lopez, said in an interview on the Spanish-language show Escándalo TV:

"Yes, twins. The thing is in my family, my sister also had twins, so it’s a hereditary thing. I’m very proud. Jennifer has yearned to be a mother for many years."

Yes, it’s hereditary for celebrities to have twins. Dennis Quaid just had twins, and Angelina Jolie is rumored to be pregnant with twins. Maybe it’s just fertility drugs.

David goes on to say:

"In Puerto Rico it’s custom to buy an azabache [black stone] bracelet for babies to protect them from the evil eye, it’s part of our culture."

What about tinfoil hats, do those work too?

Jennifer Lopez was in Long Island, New York, yesterday, but she was not in a hospital having her baby, she was shopping, as you can see in the picture. Some sources, that said they had EXCLUSIVE information Lopez was in labor, haven’t said anything about how wrong they were, again, about another scoop.

According to some reports Jennifer Lopez was fired by her manager of one year Irving Azoff following the failure of her latest album. Sources say Azoff fired Lopez for being "unprofessional" and for allowing hubby Marc Anthony to "constantly meddle."

Reports say Azoff sent a letter to JLo last week detailing "in blunt terms" why he was ditching her as a client after less than a year. There was also a ’heated phone call’ last week between Jenny’s handlers and Azoff."

The rep Lopez reps denies the drama and says "she let him go on Friday with no drama." The rep also denies any knowledge of a letter.

Jennifer Lopez, who is seven months pregnant with twins, did an interview with, but didn’t go nude like Britney, for Harper’s Bazaar. Lopez said:

“I do realize people want to know about the pregnancy, because they’re interested, but this is the first time I’m going through this,” Lopez, 38, says of staying mum for so long. “I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway.” She said Marc Anthony, 39, was the biggest reason for keeping the pregnancy a secret.

“He made me realize you can be an artist, and have credibility and success, without your life being on public display. This is my experience and my husband’s experience, and we get to hold that for a little while.”

Lopez isn’t sure if she’ll keep working:

“I don’t know — and I like that, because my life has been so planned for so many years,” she reveals. “Once I did the tour, I really just wanted to shut it down. Jennifer’s taking it easy. She’s just thrilled to have the babies coming.”

Even though Lopez’s album bombed, and her career doesn’t look so great right now, she’ll definitely be back working.
