Jennifer Lopez picked up a 2006 Women in Film Crystal Award Tuesday night in LA. Earlier in the day, hubby Marc Anthony displayed his love and congratulations for his bride by purchasing an $8,000 full page ad in Tuesday’s daily edition of Variety.

The ad was written like a movie script, outlining a scene at an award show, describing Lopez as “the most beautiful woman” and “Lola.”

The kudos to La Lopez didn’t stop there, as Tuesday’s Daily Variety was all about the multi-talented Latina superstar. The magazine also featured three more ads from top studios as well as a two-page editorial on Lopez’s life and acting career.

Jennifer Lopez is rumored to be three months pregnant with her first baby.

The Latin beauty – who has made no secret of her desire to have children with husband Marc Anthony – is due to give birth around Christmas, a source told America’s In Touch magazine.

The ’Monster-In-Law’ actress sparked pregnancy rumors when she was spotted sporting an apparent baby bump and grey roots at the ALMA awards in Los Angeles earlier this month.

During the event Anthony spoke publicly of having a baby, saying: “I’m looking forward to starting a family.”

The following day, the beautiful singer fuelled speculation by cancelling her upcoming tour.

It’s been reported Jennifer, who is due to turn 37 in June, could face legal action after pulling out of her scheduled gigs in several countries.

Bulgarian promoter Nina Girginova has said: “Whatever the reason is, she should have explained it, and even if she had lied it would have been better than not giving the fans any reason at all.”

Jennifer Lopez Fires Agents

jloap Jennifer Lopez Fires Agents

Actress/singer Jennifer Lopez has sacked her agents at top Hollywood firm International Creative Management (ICM) in an attempt to boost her film career. The actress left ICM for the third time on Friday (April 28, 2006), after reportedly being unhappy with the movie projects she had been cast in. A source tells PageSix.com, “(Former agent) ED LIMATO didn’t do anything for her in over a year. He got her into DALLAS – a TV remake that will probably flop. “She is doing Oscar-winning work in BORDERTOWN. She should not be doing Dallas.” Lopez has signed with the William Morris Agency, who will look after both her film and music careers.

Jennifer Lopez Sued Over Miami TV Show

jlopez Jennifer Lopez Sued Over Miami TV Show

Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a TV writer who claims she and UPN lifted his
idea for a series based on his move from Brooklyn to Miami and set against the
world of modeling and nightclubs.

Jack Bunick’s lawsuit, filed April 11 in Manhattan, also names CBS TV, Viacom
Networks Inc. and Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions company, reports the Associated
Press. The suit claims that the series South Beach, executive-produced by Lopez,
copies a script he wrote in 1999 for a pilot episode of a show that would have
been called South Beach Miami.

A recurring theme in his script "is that the main character is from Brooklyn,
New York, and that he is, in many ways, out of his element in South Beach,
Miami," says the suit.

UPN’s Web site describes South Beach as being about best friends Matt and
Vincent, who "abandon their world as they know it and head to the alluring
paradise of sandy beaches, beautiful people and hot spots in glamorous South
Beach."

Bunick claims his agent spoke to a UPN executive and delivered a copy of his
script to her in February 2000 but that he never was contacted by the network.
He is seeking monetary damages and an injunction barring further broadcasting of
South Beach, which debuted Jan. 11 but has since been canceled.

Lopez has not commented.
