Britney Spears was spotted getting off a private jet at Van Nuys airport in California yesterday with Sean Preston, and Jayden James, after returning from her aunt’s funeral in Louisiana. Unfortunately, Jayden James was still under cover, which begs the question, is Britney planning to sell pictures of Jayden James? Rumor is that Kevin Federline will get part of the money if she does, so we’ll see.

Spears quickly loaded up her boys, and then headed straight to a rehearsal studio in Burbank.

Britney Spears is trying to put out her comeback album in November, but music industry sources say Jive Records is going to have trouble selling it to the public if the pop tart continues partying.

Spears, who was supposed to record tracks throughout November, December and this month, stopped going to studio sessions because it interfered with her late-night antics.

"Right now, she is trying to lay down some tracks, but no one is keen to move very quickly because there is the issue of how to market the album," an insider said. "Jive hasn’t even picked producers for the album."

The record execs are also concerned about Britney’s image. "If she doesn’t clean up her act – and soon – it is going to be a problem. The public has grown really tired of her antics and despite her, and manager Larry Rudolph, promising she would change, she hasn’t," continued our source. "She has lost her core fan base of teen girls."

Spears has gone out almost every night for more than a month to clubs in L.A. and Las Vegas, spending many nights away in hotels with her latest man candy, male model Isaac Cohen, instead of going home to her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Before she split with her best friend of one week, bad-influence Paris Hilton, Spears was photographed four times without underwear. She vomited at a club. Her wild ways took a toll on her looks, causing the once fresh-faced beauty to break out in acne and look puffy, overweight and exhausted.

Meanwhile, although Spears grabbed onto Isaac Cohen right after she officially dumped her ex, Kevin Federline, she told X17 that they were already over. As I said yesterday, X17 has become an unreliable rumor starter just to attract attention to themselves. If you want reliable facts about the stars don’t read X17. Although Britney did tell X17 her and Isaac were over, I said yesterday Britney hates X17 because they made Sean Preston cry, and Britney and Isaac were probably still together. Late last night Britney hit the recording studio (pictured below), after spending time with boy toy Isaac Cohen, (pictured above). Proof positive Britney and Isaac are still together.

Spears and Cohen, both 25, were first spotted power-boating on January 2 off Marina del Rey, California. They recently returned from a lavish weekend in Las Vegas, where they stayed in the $40,000-a-night, two-story Hugh Hefner Sky Villa at The Palms.

A rep for Spears e-mailed, "We are anticipating an album release second half of 2007. Jive is not worried about marketing the album, in fact we are looking forward to the release. We don’t comment on our artists’ personal lives."

Britney Spears has offered to do an NFL Super Bowl ad, specifically an NFL network promo to air during the February 4 football finale. Sources say Spears was turned down flat because, "She’s too much of a train wreck." The source adds, "Besides, we already have Paris Hilton." Hilton has not yet signed the paperwork, but it’s very likely it’s a done deal. The source cited Britney’s recent and frequent crotch flashing, excessive partying, rumor that Britney passed out at PURE in Las Vegas, and a lack of trust that something bad won’t happen, as a list of reasons behind Britney’s offer being rejected. Paris may not be much better, but at least she can be reasonably expected to perform her required duties. Looks like Britney has a lot of work to do to repair her damaged reputation.

We’ve seen Britney Spears out with Isaac Cohen, but where in the world is Jayden James?

Britney Spears went to the playground with Sean Preston for another photo-op. If body language and actions mean anything, then Britney is saying she’s not sure she really wants kids anymore, or at least she doesn’t want to do the child care. When Britney was still with Kevin Federline she would carry her kids, but now someone else carries her kids. This means Britney is distancing herself from the kids. The manny pictured above even carries Britney’s purse and yet she chose to hike up her dress, I have no idea why, rather than holding little Sean Preston’s hand. Where’s Jayden James?

This leads me back to why Britney defended then filed for divorce from Kevin Federline. Once Britney did her gum chomping, mascara running, hair looking like a bird’s nest interview with Matt Lauer proclaiming her undying love and devotion, plus defending, Kevin Federline, Britney finally came to realize her career was in a downward spiral and Kevin was only making it worse. That’s when Britney got rid of K-Fed. Now Britney seems to think that she needs to party like Paris Hilton, and the slut pack, in order to start revitalizing her career.

Britney comes from a trailer park image, and became a darling, then a bit of a naughty lolita. Britney really needs to get some good advice from someone who can help her define who she is and should be right now.

Here’s my analysis. Britney is a young successful mom, who’s career was on hold, but now can slowly begin to resume. Britney needs to stay out of the clubs, off the drugs, off the booze, and get on a workout program, eat healthy, take her vitamins, and make her kids her number one priority. With a disciplined schedule Britney could spend time writing songs, recording an album, which she is doing now, and explore other projects. The image Britney needs to build is that of a great, hardworking, loving mom, that sets a good example for her kids, and other young mothers. If she did that Britney would gain respect from everyone, and her popularity would hit an all time high if her music and other projects were done well. More riches would follow, as well as more offers for higher paying, and a bigger variety of work.

I’m sure there are some advising Britney to do all the right things, but she isn’t listening. Actions speak louder than words, and right now Britney’s actions say she wants to party rather than take care of her kids.

Carrying her Chihuahua Bit Bit, Britney Spears and her 16-month-old son Sean Preston, carried by manager Larry Rudolph, spend an afternoon at a Bel-Air pet store on Wednesday. If you were spending a day with your son, would you carry your dog, or your son? Britney didn’t spend the whole day with her kids. That evening Britney went out partying again at Il Sole and then Sky Bar.

Britney’s estranged husband Kevin Federline turned down a $10 million offer in December, and is now asking for an astonishing $50 million, about one third, or maybe half, of Brit’s net worth, to give up full custody of the kids. With all her partying Britney Spears has good reason to worry about keeping full custody of Sean Preston, 16 months, and Jayden James, 4 months. Kevin Federline has cleaned up, and laid low. Under the law K-Fed is entitled to half of the assets, but I believe joint custody, with no child support for either side, would benefit the children more than giving custody to only one parent. Neither Britney nor K-Fed are ideal role models.
