Miley Cyrus appeared on Jay Leno last night, and once again offended Asians everywhere when she said the Won Ton soup at P.F. Changs tasted like soap. The funny part is, P.F. Chang chefs probably put the soap in Miley’s soup on purpose.

Miley also said she discovered she is freakishly double jointed. We’re betting Justin Gaston helped her discover her flexibility while living at the Cyrus home.

Any guess on what Miley will find in her soup the next time she eats at P.F. Changs?

Miley Cyrus will make a live appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’s Mercedes-Benz Outdoor Concert Series on April 3. Kelly Clarkson and Fall Out Boy will also be performing in the coming weeks. The concert series, held outside NBC Studio midway in Burbank, kicked off March 2 with a live appearance from The Fray.

Kelly Clarkson, who I like a lot, performed on American Idol last night, as did Kanye West. I really don’t want to be critical, but Kelly looked so fat. I really wish there was a better way for people to keep their weight under control, especially when someone so beautiful like Kelly has a body that has over active fat cells. Are we going to cure cancer before we can cure obesity? Hey scientists, we are waiting for a solution to this problem. Get on it!

Jimmy Fallon was on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno promoting his webisodes, as well as the premier of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, which starts in March.

Jimmy asked Jay how to deal with interferring networks. That’s when Jay threw a cup of water on him.

Was it staged, or is Jay feeling a little hostility?

Tom Cruise sang and did an Elvis impression on Jay Leno. Cruise kept himself from getting couch jumping carried away, much to the relief of his rep.
